Great Staff, good consistent prices. I drive from South Florida to purchase supplies here and each time, Binh and team are helpful with picking items from my list ahead of time which saves me tons of time of having to pick out on my own. Special thanks to the gentleman that saved the day with making sure that all that all items i ordered got loaded to the car including the 3 boxes of pedicure liners. This is why i come here knowing staff take pride in their work and taking great care of customers. Much appreciated, highly recommended.

Prices are ok and the customer service was nice but they only sell to “licensed” people so they say. But in reality, they don’t check for everyone’s license. There were multiple people being checked out in front of us in which they didn’t check for their licenses but as soon as we got to checking out, he immediately asked us. Getting a feeling it had something to do with race. We were the only people of color in the store.

Theyre really nice here. They always help you find what youre looking for and if they dont have it, theyll definitely help you find a replacement. Really great selection of polishes with their matching gel color, all the bottles and implements you need for supplies, and a great selection of creams, scrubs, masks (including organic and single sized).

First time here a few days ago and loved it! It’s not too far from my house and they have reasonable prices! They were knowledgeable and helpful with their products! Witnessed a customer come out of character but Vin (the associate cashing her out) remained calm and professional! He even apologized for how she behaved. This has become one of my favorite supply stores and will continue to stop by for all of my nail needs!

I love this nail supply they are always honest with me about prices. In fact they helped out tremendously when I went solo. They gave me $80 free store credit with a purchase I made. Also they always have the latest and best products on the market. Im loving their exclusive nitro dip powder line! Its low fumes and amazing quality. Literally the shiniest dip top coat Ive ever used. Also they keep up with chrome, cats eye, anything else thats a new trend and the best brands of it. Not the no name products.

First visit-Amazing! So many products. Tommy and staff were friendly and helpful. Second visit- same! I asked to have a dust collector taken down and they plugged in and demonstrated the suction. I continued to shop and while cking out I asked if they could recommend one of the furniture stores. I was told they do not recommend because it would be unfair. Wow! I can respect that answer. I found that this store has friendly and helpful staff. Great supply, professional products, great pricing!

I hate coming to this supply store. Every time I go I have a bad experience. I went twice when google said they were open and they close early. So I go through tolls waste my gas for no reason. I’ve has two different cashiers be very rude to me. They have lied to me and told me they don’t pinch brushes and then I go back and buy two more and they pinched it. I’ve spent hundreds of my hard earned money to deal with the worst customer service. They are one of the few nails supply stores in my area so even though I say I’m not going back there I end up going. I’m in school to become a full specialist and I need supplies but after today I really might be done with this place. I literally took the 408 and wasted gas and time for them to close early. That’s so unprofessional. Change your store times instead of always closing early.** And no I do not have the wrong store try again. I’ve been to this store several times and all of my experiences weren’t the best. I bought 2 brushes. Asked the cashier can you make them flat for me. He said we don’t do that here. Came again a month later bought two more brushes I asked them to pinch it and he did. I came yesterday 4/29/2018 at 5:00pm you had a sign on your door that said closed early sorry for the inconvenience. What more do you want. I should have taken a picture. Stop arguing with people who spend their hard earned money with you and just make it right.

I felt like i was being watched.. I had no purse. No bags and my pants had NO POCKETS. Everyone kept asking me if i needed help but also taking that time to look me over... Then the guy gave me a basket.. 😀😀The signs were u break it, u buy... So i made sure to adhere and not touch anything. Over all the prices are great. Ill just make sure that when i go back. Have a dress on to REALLY give them something to look at

I love this store!!! I am a licensed nail specialist and I come here to buy my supplies they are great with customer service, they greet you in with a shopping basket and make sure you understand what it is you are buying. The prices are affordable!

Terrible customer service. I was going to spend a lot of money here but was not happy with the service so I went across the street at Sunlight nails. I spent my money there and I was very pleased.

I give 4 stars cuz they tend to make you uncomfortable like everyone steals... other than that, some of them are actually nice.Prices are good compared to most nail supply stores in the area, so thats the plus side. Hope this helps.

I absolutely love sunny beauty supple, I shop here a lot, I drive all the way there from Ocala (1 hour and 30 minutes) ......however they have become very strict and won’t allow ppl to buy from them without a license. I have been a nail tech for over 20 years and when I moved to Florida I went to the board and found out my certification from Puerto Rico was not valid in Florida and that I had to go back to school to be able to get certify in Florida. This is very unfair and frustrating as a professional because I already paid a course 20 years ago and there is nothing new for me to learn at a begginners class, have been doing this profession since I am a little girl. This does not make me less professional than someone that has the pice of paper w the name and I understand this is not sunny beauty supply fault however they should work w customer that do have certification from other countries. I still give them a 5 because they do have everything there and they all are nice guys...

Ive been going to this Nail Supply shop for over 2 years. They have great service, and have anything you need! I would recommend anyone to go there. They have recently remodeled the whole place, and extended the size as well. Looks Great!

After spending so much time gathering all the supplies I needed and approaching the checkout did they tell me I needed a license to purchase. I had been shopping there for years and never needed a license. But that wouldnt have upset me if there were notices posted on the door entrance or throughout the store. So of course I have taken my business elsewhere.

This is the second time Ive tried to come to this store and almost broke my arm trying to open a door that is locked before closing time. This time I called from my car before walking to the entrance to make sure they are open, someone answered and I said I was verifying that you were open and when I get to the door its locked and theyre walking around like I dont exist. Another customer comes up now its three of us outside looking at our watches and phone determining they just dont care. They close early and who gonna check them Boo! Pissed, I need another option.

I like the variety of the products at the store, but they’re watching you like hawks. When you asked them questions on other products or price, they were start to get rude and acted like you’re wasting their time. Most of the prices there are higher than the market unless it’s onsale sometimes rarely. I know their culture is kinda rude and they might not regconize it, but you have a store in the state be like one. After a 3rd time there, I think I’m done with the stores on that strip. They’re all rude. I’m rather to go to nail stores in Kissimmee area. They’re much nicer and more helpful or even online. It’s the same price or cheaper and free shipping.

I went in and bought a Upower 200 nail brush on last Sunday 10/04/2015. One of the sale man said there is the promotion, free 5 nail brush heads when you buy the machine. I told him I buying it for someone else and dont know what nail brush head they using. I asked if I can come back and pick them up next day. The sale man agree and wrote on the receipt that they own me 5 nail brush head for the machine. Next day when my wife come to pick up, they said the promotion only free for 1, not 5 and give my wife the hard time and refuse to honor there mistake. Instead they offer my wife a carry box that they said it cost them $15. I am very upset when my wife told me about the story. It really not about the money. It is just the way they handle the business and not stand behind there promise. What if I pick up all the nail brush head at the same day? Dont just happy to take customer money then give them the LOOK when there is the issue. There are at least 4 nail supply places around the area with competitive price. I could spend my money else where. Please do business in professional way, not Vietnamese flea market way. Thank

Worst customer service. Every time I go in. Girl (part owner) dosnt care and or want to help. Poor quality in stuff when brought. Dosnt honor prices and changes at register multiple times. No return or exchange what so ever even if told you can. Many friends felt the same in quality wise

One word: rude. The man with the British/Austrailian accent can only be called as such. Ask him a question and expect the kind of attitude you get from a gum smacking 7 month pregnant hangry (yes angry that shes hungry) chick. Aside from the subjectivity of feeling like I shouldnt have to deal with that, here is my opinion of the real. Bottles of polish are more expensive than competing nail supply stores by a buck or some. OPI curing light is about $10 more expensive. We price match signs are plastered all over, but you need a receipt to prove the price. (Now why would I buy something only to waste gas coming over to this place to get it for the same price and then return product at the other store - nuts) When asked to price match on the curing light, he said you can go over to the other place to buy it there. And ladies and gentlemen, that is what I am going to do. My cash money isnt any more special than the next and I never thought it so. So roll in that dough stash you dont need to add to and bask in your rotten attitude. Never coming back. Sorry, not sorry. My nails are not dying from the lack of your exclusive, cant-be-bought anywhere else, oh so glorious products. Peace out.

Hello, I would like if when we buy in this store must show evidence that we do the nails?

Ive been shopping here happily for the last 6 months until a recent incident. They now have a policy of you break it, you buy it. Fine, I understand you cannot afford to have all those broken bottles of nail polish because you sell them at below retail value- BUT there has been a price hike for those of us without a license, which reduces my incentive to drive all the way out here to stock up if Ulta is having a sale on the brands I buy ( it works out to cost the same with there buy one get one half off, or buy two, get one free). Although the workers there are awesome, the store owner is about to lose my business after I was charged for my first and only accident. Why not increase the level of customer service, Id rather you enforce a policy where only store employees handle the bottles ( and usually there are at least 4 employees for every customer in that store, cmon). His employees did try to make it up to me, they always hook me up with what they can because I am such a regular, but I no longer feel nearly as comfortable to shop there as I used to. I might not go back and save the gas.

The owner of this establishment his name is Son. Warning to all Manufacturers, if you are selling your product to them, make sure you make them pay first, otherwise they will steal your product and wont pay you. The owner is a crook.

I went there to just look around and I had this man just follow me around thinking Im going to steal. I clearly told him that if I needed his help I would call him but that did not stop anything. Was planning on buying a couple of things but I felt so intimidated and walked away. This is ridiculous.

After choosing everything, he asked me for a license to buy, I explained that I am from another country and did not have it on me, very unpleasant he told me that he could not buy without even looking at me.
