Every time I come in this place they always have everything you can every ask for as a stylist. I especially care for the amount of different products they offer, and Cindy’s knowledge of everything. She is truly knowledgeable. Thank you for a pleasant visit every visit.

I have been getting supplies and equipment from JC for over 10 years but unfortunately at this store on Orange Blossom Trail once you buy a machine youre stuck with the machine even if it does not work so I bought a magic clip from them on the 26th July I used it on the 27th of July and perform 20 haircuts with it on the 28th when I came to work the machine would not come on I tried to charge it but the light did not come on I called the store they told me to bring it in when I brought it in the young lady who was at the register was very undecisive whether she should exchange it or not mind you I had my receipt so there was another barber there who she started asking should she do it Im not this person does not even work for JC so anyway long story short I came the next day on the 29th and the lady at the register told me that the machine is too old I do not understand because this machines are new they even have a different plug than the old ones does I do not have one of these machines know what I had made a mistake and exchanged it I dont have time to be stealing from anybody that lousy $100 so I had to proceed to buy a new one and send this one to wall company thank God that they will accept my receipt in my machine but if there was a 0 rating I would give them that be careful when you buy from JC Barber Supply make sure that they Mark your machine or they have your serial number so that when you bring it back they dont try to tell you that you brought a different machine all they have to do is look at the serial number and see that its the same one

Staff made fun of some customers, were talking about being tough guys and how they get to do what they want in DR. Loud people, and the haircut was more painful than good.
