Worst Publix ever! As I walk into the store a manger is just staring at me don’t even speak, Stand in line for a sub for 10 mins it was only two of us in line no one knowledge us so the dude in front of me left I stood there no one said anything to me it’s 5 employees and not one spoke then a manager is here and didn’t say anything as well! Then the lady making my sub all messy and as an attitude, I get to a register I asked to speak to the store manager come to find out the manger that I pass by coming into the store was the store manager! Only one employee spoke to me and asked me if I need any help other then that all the managers and employees I came across didn’t bother to ask. I am a loyal customer to Publix as well as my dad work for Publix I never have a problem shopping at Publix until I visit this one on Kirkman I will never shop at that Publix again!!

Every time I go into publix people are just friendly and they have 5 cashiers on point and they are happy to help you......

Five Star Shipping experience where shopping has really been a pleasure. The store is clean, the staff is exceptionally advice standards with courteous, caring attitudes and professionalism. Prices are Family friendly, aisles are well ordered and assistance is available for handicap shoppers with mobile cart. Really love Public for a large many specific items that they are known to provide great quality which is important such as fresh fruits, vegetables, deli, Sweet Tea. I love the Public free and clear washing liquid as well. You wont regret shipping local, Publix is the Store!!!

Mislabeled food in bakery. This cause a huge allergic reaction. Was marked apple strudel and was actually cheese and lemon. It actually was half apple and lemon cheese. Spent the day having breathing issues. With the pandemic going on, didnt want to go to the Emergency room. (Safety risk). Breathing better but a massive headache. The store found more of the packages like that. So far all they have done is refund the money for the coast of the strudel.

Ordered sub on line it was ready and in the right spot it was supposed too be in . Excellent to the delli

What to say about Publix Super Market at Kirkman Oaks?I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at how organized and clean this Publix was, but especially at how serious they are taking the social distancing measures. The announce it on the intercoms, have signs on every isle to remind you of the 6-ft rule, masks, etc.Some shelves were empty so they might have been restocking because I visited very early but Management was on the floor and all employees had masks and were nice!Great job!

Staff is great! Available when needed for assistance and very friendly. Always have good positive interactions and if an item is not available, they try their best to find a solution or alternative. Deli Meat options are great and affordable! Their chicken is delicious.

Many Options at this Plaza. From Shopping at Publix, to the UPS to the good tasting food at the Bloodhound or Mexican over at El Potro. You can also get a nice hair cut or enjoy the nail salon, or buy some beautiful jewelry.

Always a great place to shop. The people are always friendly and helpful. Very clean including the bathroom, and usually well stocked.

One of my favorite Publix!!! To the Bakery, whomever baked and wrote on My Daughters 18th Birthday cake along with the cupcakes...THANK YOU SO MUCH💝 It exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautiful and delicious!!!

Purchase chicken this morning, thinking it would be fresh because it was morning, BUT nooooooooo!!! Hard, dry chicken. I have work in a hour, that was my reason for the purchase. I am unable to take it back and get an exchange because I will be late for work. Spoke to customer service, Jackie. Not much HELP!!! Now I have to order food for my family to be delivered later, costing me extra. I WILL NOT be GOING BACK TO Publix AGAIN!! Not a helpful and good experience.

Just went to the Deli and ordered two subs. The sandwich maker (I think Frandeline was her name) made my subs and she was sooooo slow. I asked her if the bread was hard on one of them because it looked hard and she said no. When I got home to eat it, it was very hard like I thought. I shouldve asked to feel it instead of taking her word for it.

Its just an okay location for a Publix that I shop at for last minute items. I truly do NOT prefer this particular location because its not the best experience! And start giving your workers more hours and stop doing them the way you do! Treat others how you want to be treated! Thats the Golden Rule right?! IF you treat your employees fairly they will in return forever be indebted to you, and will want to remain with you until the end of their time perhaps!? Ive heard horror stories from wonderful workers about some of the so called management. They are the ones who are supposed to make you feel the most comfortable and accepted. Sad. Pay your employees as good as you are paid management! 🤦

Publix is pretty similar to Kroger but Ive found a little different selection on brands. The price is a little high but not too bad. They have good bakery items.

Went to bakery.ask the guy andres working the bakery if there open. He said yes but looked upset and decided not to return for 7mins .had to get some 1 else in a different department to help me. Dont get it. This was the reason I left walmart.

The bakery used to be on point but not anymore.My last 3 trips yielded stale baked goods, even though there sell by date had not been reached yet. I miss luckys

Usually, Publix prides itself with top notch service. That was not the case here for my visit. My visit was about 2.5 hours prior to closing. Hoping to get a few chicken tenders. I was surprised to find the entire hot case empty and sparkling clean. The sub station was down to half of a side. Literally only lettuce (a small handful) some tomatoes, and onions along with condiments available. You could tell they were trying to clean up early. And there was a line around the cold case for subs. I didnt stick around to see how long the line would take or to see if theyd even refill the toppings. Switched gears and decided to grab a few lunchables. Nope. All out of those as well. Okay, plan C, uncrustables. Nope. All sold out. Hmmm...okay, lets try easy Mac. Whew! One pack of four left! Oh darn, I need to find the paper plates. Excuse me sir, can you help? Nah, i gotta finish stocking this....oh. okay.Not a top notch experience.

The store is clean well stock good customer service but the plaza needs a face lift.

I had moved back to the area I left from 14 years ago, decided to go to publix for quick in and out, I was totally lost, but as usual, shopping is always a pleasure at any Publix. Glad Id stopped by.

It is recommended that the water stocker restock at the start of the shift.

This is the cleanest Publix Ive ever been to period! The staff is overly nice which is a great thing and if they dont have something in stock they will order it for you and call you when it gets in. Thats going above and beyond. The people here care and it shows.

Needed $150.00 cash back to pay a friend for watching my pet while I went out of town for a few weeks - and they could only do two $50.00 cash back transactions per customer per day (???). Was inconvenient, considering I was is a rush to catch a flight. 👎🏻

I have always enjoyed this location and the friendly staff, but after my last 2 visits I have decided to shop elsewhere. There is one cashier (older Asian woman) that wears a face mask that can be tied at the top and bottom. It is tied tight enough at the top to keep it from falling but the bottom is tied so loosely it just dangles off her face, effectively rendering it USELESS!

Honestly the best customer service I have ever been experienced. I was greeted at the door, shared a joke with the cashier and one employee even went out of his way to look up the location of another store when this one didn’t have what I was looking for. Every one in here deserves a promotion.
