Great grocery store and highly recommended. From Canada and was surprised to see how much food prices are the same or higher than in Canada and that does not even include the currency exchange rate! Publix is a very nice grocery store with friendly staff and great prices. Very good Pharmacy too! We were at Whole Foods yesterday and talk about expensive!! Wish we went to Publix first!

This Publix location is very big and its very clean. I love the fact that there is ample parking for everyone and their family. More importantly, the taste of the food from Publix is second to no one.

What a great location. Great customer service and availability of products. They have a great seafood department and fresh sushi (being prepared fresh in store). And as all Publix locations, the store is very clean and organized.

Out of all old school supermarkets, Publix lives up to its brand promise of where shopping is a pleasure. They do, however,, have very real competitive activity from Trader Joes & Whole Foods Market, my top 3 favorite food stores to shop at. I like having choices. And, Chamberlains is an excellent local small business to support with all your health food needs.

I am a loyal Publix shopper but was very disappointed in this store. We were in Orlando for the weekend and stopped by to pick up a few things for a very short planned, small wedding. The bakery only had two specialty cakes in there front display area. I asked if they had any others in the back and they said no. So I did purchase one of the two that they had. Then we wanted a couple of gallons of Publix sweet tea. Found the display area up front but they had all unsweet tea. I went up front to a cashier to ask if they had any more sweet tea in the back. Was told she has no idea, I would have to check with the deli since theyre the ones that put it out. Walk back over to the deli and ask the young lady that was making some sandwiches if she knew if there was any sweet tea in the back. She yelled back to a young guy behind her who in turn yell back to her how the heck would I know.. When he looked up and saw me standing there, he did go into the cooler for a second look around and came back out and told me no. My local Publix store has always walked people to find an item. Has always been very professional and very nice. I have to say I did not come across anybody that was helpful in this store. My husband worked at Publix corporate in Lakeland for 10 years and when I told him about it he was very shocked at the kind of service at this particular store. Glad I dont live in Orlando because if so, this would not be a Publix store that I would frequent.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Publix. Went to the deli to get a sub and Natalia, the deli worker, was extremely rude. I asked for a BLT with salami as well, she rolled her eyes at me, shouted at her coworker to help her and her coworker said no. She threw the bacon and you could see she didn’t want to make the order. She spoke rudely, when I asked for salami she said she doesn’t have it and she will have to slice some. I told her to not worry about it. She wrapped my sub, handed it over and I said “thank you” where she didn’t even acknowledge that. I understand she may be tired and overworked, but as a worker I at least try my best to give great customer service to my clients.

This location is very clean. The food is fresh and I always find what I need. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Will continue to shop here.

Nice people very big store and clean as whistle. It saved our vacation by being close. We were looking for somewhere to have dinner. But none of the restaurants were screaming TRY US. So we decided to buy something and take it back to our room at The Grand Hotel Orlando on universal boulevard. AKA The dirtiest place on Earth.😤 We were not going to eat ANYTHING they had to offer.🤢 Thank you Publix for save our vacation and stomachs. 🤗

We are visiting Orlando on vacation and decided to go to Publix for lunch. “Kathy” who works in the deli was preparing sandwiches so we waited quietly assuming she would acknowledge us at some point. After standing there for 10 minutes without even a “hello” or “I will be right with you” my husband and said “excuse me do we need to take a number?” (as another customer informed us her Publix used the number system). “Kathy” says you will just have to wait I’m making sandwiches.” We have shopped at Publix for 20 years and have never experienced rude staff. “Kathy” needs to be removed so she doesn’t tarnish Publix stellar reputation. We decided to leave and take our business somewhere else.

This publix is HORRIBLE! They have nothing in stock ever!!!!!! There are several other publix in the area, id suggest avoiding this one and going to a different one!!!

I’m yet to go to a Publix I don’t like. I would say to be careful with peak hours. It has nothing to do with the store itself per se, but leaving the parking onto Sandlake can be a nightmare.

The deli department need to work on customer service the older lady was supposed to be getting off of work didnt want to really service me she made my turkey wrap sloppy

Great store with very friendly, managers, cashiers & all store employees. They go out of the way to help you no matter what they are doing. Even when they are on their breaks! I like to shop here only on certain days of the week because it seems to be the most stocked and clean and everyone is not bitter in the early morning and the first days in the week.

Nice store. I didnt care for their $13 cakes at the bakery. You cant see on the inside but its kind of dry and not tasty. I got the raspberry cake. The creams are ok I guess, kind of bland too. I wouldnt buy again.

Ive used their website to order subs for pickup 4 times now. Every SINGLE time there has been a mistake. Sometimes just annoying - a sub not coming with the dressing packets - Sometimes more serious - a sub coming without any of the toppings ordered. How complicated is this? Do their employees know how to read?!?

This Publix has the worst service in the deli area!! Stood there for 10mins and the lady behind the counter continued to make a sandwich and did not even acknowledge called on her she didn’t even look up at me! Very rude and disrespectful woman working in there!

I love Publix, especially their subs. I would rate them five stars but sadly this Publix and the one across the street screw up their online sub orders almost every time. There first couple times it happened I was just slightly about, but this the third time in a row separated by months? The issue here is simply systemic. The issues vary but mostly seem to stem from handling two subs on a single order. They omit the condiments, or put pickles on the wrong sub. The labels are printed off in a way that appears correct but then you go to eat it, and its wrong.On the bright side shopping in this store is truly wonderful

We shop at three place depending on whats needed and Publix is one of the three. We use Publix all over the state and all of them are nice inside. The biggest challenge is the layouts are not all the same (old store vs newer/remodeled) and this one is different than our usual which makes finding things more fun 😀. We been going to Publix for years and will continue especially as they continue to expand the natural and organic options.

A great place for a quick grocery shopping trip. The store is clean, well maintained, organized and has a good selection of baked goods, vegetables, fruits, meats and seafood. I was able to find oat milk and walnut milk that I am going to try. I like the fact that they always feature a few items on sale every day/week.

Your staff are one of the best Ive shooped from Miami and everywhere there is a Publix Im just aggravated that people are walking in with no mask isnt there anything can be done

The guy who works in deli Zakk was so nice & so helpful & so was the store manager Allen. They both made my publix experience amazing. I was upset and they both were so helpful and caring I will definitely come back to this publix because of them.
