The food was excellent, both in quality and quantity. The service was outstanding. Brittany was a great waitress. She and the rest of the staff sang happy birthday for my now 4 year old son. It was an all around amazing experience.

I went there with a gift card and was told that it was stolen. Then they claimed I bought some sort of cookie. Then they said the lady who took my card didn’t work there. Then they couldn’t get in touch with customer service, but stumbled and said something else.Bottom line? Never go there! I know I never will again!

Very friendly atmosphere. Customer service is exceptional. If the store doesnt have products in place, someone will look. If prices are in question after leaving store, I can get it checked and be given displayed prices. Thanks for being customers assurance.

It was wonderful, everything was properly organized and appeared to be well sanitized. I fell in love with not only the store but the scenery that was right outside of it!

I normally have excellent customer service at this Publix. However, the manager in charge came across like he did not want to be their or wasnt sure of his job. Im not sure if he was having a bad day or not. Nonetheless, the two African American guys working gave great service and deserve a raise. Excellent customer support!

Its in a great location downtown. However its the worst for parking. The free parking gets hijacked when there are events.They keep the store decently stocked, but they dont seem to always want to assist a customer.

This store is the best mainly because I can walk there and they have most of the things I need. The store is clean and the staff is kind and helpful. Occasionally, they are out of stock on some things like oat milk and tofu but they usually restock pretty quickly.There are a lot of things available here that i wouldnt normally expect to find at a grocery store, which is helpful when you dont want to have to drive somewhere.

Amazing people there. I got vaccinated yesterday and was very pleased with Octavios the Pharmacist. He was very informative and kept us comfortable and safe. Prepare to encounter people who live on the street before entering... The employees are fantastic however the store at the time had flies all over the peaches and it was gross...could use pest control. It always makes me wonder how clean it is there now..

This Urbanized Publix Has Always Been A Go To Spot For Downtown Groceries With Its Convenient Access To The Free Parking Garage Located Directly Underneath The Sales Floor. This Supermarket Has A Rather Eclectic An Open-Minded Customer Profile Made Up Largely Of Professionals And The LGBT Community.

The quality of food, Meats, produce, Deli products, make this an excellent place to shop. And, when you take into account that Publix makes the best sandwiches on the planet it is a no brainer when you want to have a picnic in Lake Eola Park which is right across the street.

Came in respectfully to cash a check, spoke with customer service manager and store manager both were nonchalant and didn’t care to give me a one time courtesy and allow me to use a copy of my license. I even offered to use my Social security card and birth certificate for identity verification. Literally opened the check in front of them straight from UPS. Discriminatory and rude.As times have changed and identity theft is at an all time high policy should evolve and keep up with the times. If I can make purchases using my credit or debit card on my phone I should be able to use my license on my phone as well. If it works for police it should work for staff as well.

Great store - prices bit high but given location understandable

Although this Publix is smaller than most, it still carries a decent variety of items. Also, you cant beat the location when downtown.

Conveniently located in downtown . There is easy parking in the garage attached. I usually stop in to grab a sandwich and some drinks for a pool day with friends. The staff has always been nice and helpful. It is smaller than most Publix due to the location. The bathrooms usually need cleaning.

I love this Publix, just what youd expect of downtown Orlando. They even had a protest out front complete with police. They were protesting the fact that monkeys are used as slave labor to harvest coconuts for coconut water. I seem to learn something new everyday.

Best staff around. So friendly, I feel the hometown vibe when my daughter and I visit. Wish I could list everyone but the seafood staff takes such good care of us and our Bourbon Salmon addiction. Also a shout out to Janice, the Willy Wonka of Publix, she always has a pocket full of treats for my daughter. Thanks guys!

Went in with the family for a quick bite while strolling around lake eola. The sushi seemed the best choice no waiting at the deli. I got the spicy tuna roll and it was horrible. I know Im not in a japanese restaurant but I expect the rice to be cooked. It was soggy and crunchy at the same time. Just beware if you find yourself thinking sushi because the deli is full. I wont ever make this mistake again.

Was visiting Orlando for a birthday celebration. Went in to purchase some items before heading home and was uncomfortable with the amount of undesirables hanging around the entrance. The store was also the dirtiest Publix Ive been in.

Publix really needs to start changing their policy and allow ESA animals Into their store. Anxiety is a real problem and it does prevent us from having a normal shopping experience. I was in this publix last night and no one gave me a problem. I come in today, and the customer service employee who at first was more preoccupied about her phone, states i can not enter the store with my ESA dog. Publix being so open minded to all types of people, really needs an in depth look at mental health and realize that it’s a problem that requires support. And that support, for some, comes from an animal. Will definitely not be returning.

I just moves iimto to this area an no lie, this is the most expensive supermarket I have ever been in. Milk is $4 a gallon (Wow!) I went shopping today and spent $75 and it looked like nothing almost was in my cart. I wouldnt recommend to shop here if you dont make high income, its not for the average person nor food stamps. Yes they do take them but again to fully food shop, go to Walmart or Aldi to et more for your $.

I’m so upset with this Publix store. I live here next door and come often. This lady called Janice so disrespectful. Went to return an item and she was so rude had my receipt wouldn’t give the credit back to my credit card, “because I didn’t have my credit card” had to go back with my husband to take the credit card and get back $2.67 I mean really??? She’s the worst rude person I ever had and not to talk about a supposedly manager that was worst then her. I don’t know where his from no customer skills whatsoever.

As far as Publix grocery stores go, this is the worst Publix in Florida. Lack of selection (due to limited space) and the deli has horrible service (slow, unmotivated, and not friendly). Everything else in the store is good quality and meets typical standards.

So I’m getting myself a soup and realized they ran out of spoons - no one is to blame, of course, it’s just something that happens - the deli was super busy and the ppl at the customer service were so kind and moved mountains to get me a single spoon. Lovely place. Oddly enough, my favorite to get lunch.

Dont bother ordering a sub online, they are consistently 1/2 hour+ late from the time the sub is SUPPOSED to be done. Ive seen customers come and go at sub counter before mine is even started. Ive also seen online orders that were time stamped after my order get done before mine. Whats even the point of having online orders ??

This is a rather small Publix as it is in Downtown Orlando. Not as large of a selection of items as they simply dont have the space for it, I guess. Also, there were some unsavory individuals there. Now, that may have been a one off situation, but they were rude, ghetto, and even left the line with their cart in it, with all their items theyd picked out including hot, fresh chicken tenders from the deli, they threw a sub in an aisle as they were upset for waiting in line to check out. They drank half their iced tea and left the remaining half in the cart they abandoned and paid for nothing. Also the shopping carts lock right outside the front door, so getting your groceries to your vehicle must be difficult.

This is a wonderful Publix. I posted a video showing the free parking garage and elevator used to access the store. I like getting a sub then walking Lake Eola. It’s always a quick and friendly experience. I’m glad Publix opened a grocery store in the heart of Downtown Orlando. Thank You.

Theres more than just cool bars and cool restaurants in downtown, I love grabbing a quick snack, lunch, or dinner at this publix. Even walking in at 45 minutes before close, the employees have a 10am smile and attitude. I attempted to order a sub late, which I felt bad about, but Adrian really made the sub with love!! Tbh it was the best sub Ive had from publix and thats really saying something lol but the bathrooms could be cleaner

Store is small. Dont enforce covid regulations, even the police watched 2 guy stroll around the store with no mask in sight. I also witnessed some employees with their mask down in the deli section. Once again with a police officer standing in the store. This place is just a breeding ground for covid!
