I am from Dallas, TX and I am vacationing in Orlando, Fl. I have never been to a Publix before this and I wish they had these in Dallas!!! The stores are so clean and organized! The deals are great and you don’t need to signup to get the deals! They also sell that amazing bread brown bread from the Cheesecake Factory !

Every morning I come in, I hear manager Lukcas saying hello by name to each of his staff. He is always working to keep the place tight. Patrick and Andrew always greet me and are willing to stop whatever they are doing to help locate an item. April and Kat are such a joy always so lovely and excellent work ethic. Bethany, Brian and Ginny and the other employees are always so helpful. Manager Chris is always cheerful and hard working. Kat has been exceptionally caring wherever she goes. There are so many wonderful people (employees) and managers that make this Publix a stand out. The place is always spotless and organized. They are my favorite Publix. Thank you for having me and helping me do my inventory job. 😁 S

I do inventory/product quality/price control for certain brands. Ive only been doing this the last month which requires me to visit various grocery stores. Publix app makes finding items so easy and saves me so much time. I prefer this Publix. Even though its in the tourist area they keep it clean and organized. Most of the employees are nice and caring. Appreciate them. Wanted to give them a shout out. As they make my job and my personal shopping enjoyable.

On vacation from Colorado and I thought we had the nice people! This store Jas the most helpfull and super nice employees. The place is week organized and above all really clean.

More expensive than Im used to, but friendly staff and helpful

Efficient deli, especially ordering on the Publix app!! This deli got everything on our order correct EVEN the extra stuff that we put in our notes!!Checking out was helpful too. The bagger (wish that I got her name) made me aware of how to make sure my purchases show up in the app (it makes it easy when making lists in the future). She bagged my 2 purchases in different type bags so I could pull my friends order out of my car without going thru the bags, good idea.

The employees here are great. Extremely caring and helpful. I had not been here in a while and the new deli is amazing. They often have good deals.

I was a terrible experience with instacar, the cashier Susana was so mean with me, and so rude, she just don’t know the politics from instacar. The cashiers we had to learns the politics of the place before work there and she didn’t know about some things in the register machine.

Such a great store and friendly people. I have one 4 miles from my home and shop there all the time. Check the BOGO offers!

This location is pretty good for quick trips. Easy to find what you need. The only problem is that during busy time they need to open more checkout cashiers. Those times the lines can go back into the aisle. Otherwise, people are very friendly, is clean and will help you if needed.

It went from ok service to great. It has been my go to for 5 years, but it was hard for me to give the 5 stars. Now, happy faces all around even though its always crowded because of the vacationers. Props to the mangers and employees. Love it cause there is some for everybody and its always fresh.

Very clean and friendly store. Deli is very slow so you might consider using the app to order your deli item prior to visiting the store. Other than that a very pleasant experience.

As usual this store had everything we needed for a weeks stay. And several items we cant get at our local Publix. Great service and in/out of parking lot is easy.

Ran in for a few things for our room here on the resort. Most aisles were bare or almost bare for what I needed. Not sure if they are doing a new planogram and moving things around or just poorly stocked.

Sushi and poke bowls are amazing! My family ate this almost every night when we visited Orlando! Great service and super clean store

What a great supermarket lots of variety super help that works here. Wish they had these back in New England

Came in to pick up a cake. Was shopping with my daughters. They found lots of good deals, even considering my one daughter cant have gluten. It was quite crowded and busy but we got out fast.

Convenient to where we are staying. Very clean store. Had everything we needed. Our checkout Gentleman was very polite and professional. Getting in and out of the parking lot was easy too.

The crew were amazing, I mean they took me to the few items I needed. Very friendly, its a must you get your groceries from here. It will be your best move, and they close st 11 again now.

I absolutely love the variety of food here. My usually go to Target but now it will be this Publix. The prices were great too. Fresh baked items were a delight!

Great customer service we are visitors and had an employee ask if he could be of help. Perfect timeing for us helped us find what we were looking for and gave us some useful information as well. We were in and out like we lived here.

Everything you will expect from a neighborhood supermarked and more. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

Fresh product selection has decreased since the pandemic. Unfortunate experience of purchasing seafood with a parasite and BOGO spring mix which was soggy, brown and wilted upon opening. They did kindly refund me in the form of a gift card.

Great staff great people working there,awesome mangers and people who do the pills and the lunch meat cutting lunch meat or making a sub also awesome workers stacking the shelves,everybody knows me when I come in Im the guy with the tennis bag on my back,I really like the subs the best with the multi grain bread,its clean inside Publix and the bathrooms are clean also,my favorite is the Manger her name is Shannon she is a hard worker plus there are all nice and friendly to me,what they need to do is put the sunscreen on sale, 😋🤠😎🤓🥸✌✌

My wife forgot her medication at home which was two hours away. The pharmacist was so friendly and accommodating in her time of need. Would highly recommend using them!

Clean, well stocked, with great customer service! One downside...they are over priced on most food items by 20% or more. The Disney and summer supply pool section was fairly priced and to s of selection!

I came in to make a money order as I have many times and the manager calls down and says he’s not comfortable making the money order I actually own two spas here in Orlando ranked number one on Google number one on yelp and I cannot believe someone upstairs would be uncomfortable making a money order that they are supposed to sell. This is absolutely unjustified and ridiculous to think someone offers a service and they do not perform it. I think it’s time for a new manager.Bret

Beautifully remodeled store and very clean!

I walked in and felt welcomed. It just seemed like everyone was so kind & happy & it was less than an hour before closing. I mean who does that?🤔😁 I wanted some shrimp because it was my birthday 🎉 & even though they were cleaning up for the evening the mgr was there and guess what guys I got my 🍤🍤🍤 shrimp steamed and fabulous baby!I am so loving this Publix store and I am GRATEFUL for the wonderful service that they provided to this Brooklyn NY girl! Cashiers are so friendly. Offered balloons and coloring pages to my kids. I was stunned!

This is my favorite Publix. From the bakery to seafood, meat or deli and cashiers, everyone is so helpful and friendly and some employees have been working here for over 35 years. Amazing. If you cant find an item, ask anyone and theyll take you right to it. Keep up the good work.

Personal is great and the place is clean. Also, prooducts are always in good state.

The young man that helped me was very kind and easy to talk with! Found what we needed for the most part! They dont seem to have Cara Cara oranges, but I think the season for them is coming to an end, so its okay! :)

Good store, however they have spanish section which covers lots of things but they do not carry Goya dry beans (not canned) Gandules (pigeon Peas) with no other alternative, so I have to go to other stores. Pigeon Peas is a #1 staple when making Spanish Rice or soup and many more items. Also spanish rice with pigeon Peas in the rice is #1 item cooked for all special events and holidays.

Amazing as always. Everything is clean, really early in the morning everyone saying good morning and hi to my 1 year old son. I just love publix. I love that they have fruits for snacks to the kids and balloons. My son also love publix for that lol.

Publix is publix, pricier than in Pace FL, but had all we needed and more

Ordered a special where you by two 12-pack cans of Dr Pepper zero sugar and get one free. The shopper said only two are available so we got jipped out of our free one. I called the store and they confirmed there were more on the shelf. As they say buyer beware.

I always enjoy going to Publix is my neighborhood supermarket the people the employees always excellent. But I do have one complain. You got one regular customers riding on the scooter he never wear the mask hes always sticking his hand and picking grapes and always close to the soups.

One of the best out of the many Publix I have been to in FL. Very clean, nice layout and excellent customer service.

A horrible supermarket, I tried to order a sub, waited 14 minutes in line, and a the end. Walked away, Very rude Deli manager. Store manager was not around supposedly was in a meeting. Waste of my time. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN.

Prices tags on BOGO items sometimes does not in line with the product itself and you may ending getting the wrong item because of this tactics intentionally done or not which happens quite often.Beware to look match exact sale item with sale BOGO tags.

My husband and I went to different register. The one he went into the cashier just looked at him and took the customer behind him. So he came into the one I was in, and she was really sweet.
