Hello my name is Richard Riley I work for are Lando Allied building materials for 8 years for Richard Lopez In The warehouse when there was job opportunities white coming in office and working behind the counter to learn more are to be a dispatcher I was simply told by Mr. Lopez N mahendra the assistant Manager that I couldnt do The job so that basically said that they thought I was not smart enough to do the job how can you tell someone that they cant do the job without giving them a try I will admit that what I did next was probably not the best thing for me but I called human resource on Lopez and mahindra and like I figured they would lie and said they did nothing wrong They got Chain Mac to come in and physically threaten my job and tell me that if I called you marry source one more time I would not be working there I would not recommend anyone to work in that place as long as Lopez and mahendra are in charge they have another manager by the name of Mike Shipman he is absolutely awesome we did have run ends but he still is an awesome manager I have the upmost respect for That man as for mohendro he is the real reason why I do not have my job there right now all he does is harass people and hold grudges Ive had customers and everyone tell me that how rude he is and disrespectful he shows no respect for now employees talks to him like a dog and then lies to Richard Lopez he is a worthless manager and Richard Lopez please every word that he says just because hes assistant manager that is sad that someone like me that gave 8 years of his life to try to build something for himself get shattered just because the 2 managers couldnt do their job but like always the hard working employee loses against 2 managers and he has to find work elsewhere which I found the job the same day when I put my 2 weeks notice in and they told me to leave I was supposed to be the workhouse manager but there was another individual that was get paid more than me how is that right it is sad I really hope that Someone from corporate gets this message and really would call me are get ahold of me So we can talk I have no reason to lie about this obviously I had more to lose than them but then to individuals should not be managers theyre hypocrites and mahendra is a bold face liar
