I called around 3 pm to see if they had a pair of boots I needed. They confirmed they did and he gave me the address. I arrived at 3:31 and the guy is walking out telling me their closed. I informed him that I was just on the phone to checking for an item and it wasnt mentioned that they were closing in less than an hour. All the dude had to say was, I dont know what to tell you.How about informing the person on the phone your closing in less than an hour? How about taking an extra 5 seconds to let someone make a purchase when you fail to tell them youre closing?Useless.

These guys dropped stuff so hard on my roof that it cracked my plaster ceiling inside the house and knocked stuff off of my shelves. Completely unnecessary and no way to treat other peoples property.

These workers are the laziest Ive seen to unload a truck you need to wait about 3 hours for them to unload it. And the entrance is lousy. You go and complain to them because they have not downloaded you and they tell you rudely if you do not agree you can go with the load and I am not willing to allow them any lack of respect here I do not come again
