If I could give 0 stars I would. We signed a 3 year contract in agreement for a lower monthly rate. They Auto-Renewed for another 3 years without telling us. We sold our house and moved and tried to cancel and they wouldnt let us without paying out the remaining 2 years on our contract.... when I asked to show the signed agreement for the contract Im on, they could not supply anything. They required a closing disclosure of our new home and we supplied it and 3 Customer service people have received it and they never respond to your email. Im still getting bills 3 months after we moved. They are complete idiots and just want your money. GO anywhere but here.
I have been with this company for a bit based on their great presence when selling me a system. Now they are NOTHING but a shady entity that will find some way to get money from you. They are have been and currently are; double billing me and harassing me everyday (seriously...everyday, 3 time a day. Weekends too) for a balance that doesnt exist as payment has been rendered monthly directly from my bank account. Unbelievably unorganize company in the billing department.
My system was not working and the company scheduled repair people that did not show up or that were unable to repair it for 5 months. I refused to pay for service during those 5 months and when it was finally repaired I paid every month until the end of my contract. I then cancelled my service. The company then went back and charged me for the 5 months I did not pay plus late charges and invoicing charges. I told them the situation and was told they would check it out and get back with me. I just received another bill and called to complain and was told my contract was not up for another year. I have a copy of the contract and it ended 12/2020. I am not able to speak with anyone in management. DO NOT USE THIS SECURITY SYSYEM.
Canceled service on the phone. They confirmed cancelation. Two months later they contacted me from collections for non payment. I was confused because I had canceled. When I called they said I had not canceled and since I didn’t they rolled me into another 12 month contract that I’m bound by contractually. I felt conned and for $35 a month. I explained that I had called and to check their recordings. I even had notes on the day I called. Of course for their convenience they claim they didn’t record that conversation. Luckily i had my phone bill and even had the date and time of call made on my Bill. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I ever signed on. In all my adult years of dealing with service companies I have never felt conned like this. The personnel were also rude. I could have hired an attorney but for $35 a month It hardly seemed worth it. I guess their reputation means nothing to them. I wish I could give no stars but it wasn’t an option. Stay away.
Be aware! I had to sign a 3 year agreement and was told that if I sold my house, that I would not owe anything. My house will be sold at the end of the month, and they said that I owe 90% of the balance (two years left). Very deceitful. Do NOT recommend.
I would give them zero if I could.I received an invoice which included a $3 invoice processing fee. I called to complain about the amount and additional fee. When I asked to cancel I was offered a reduction, two free months and $200 new equipment if I signed new 36month contract. In order to cancel my service I have write a letter and snail mail it to Corp. This is worse than a gym membership! There are so many better options than this. Shop around.
I have been charged 300$ plus dollars and sent to collection without explanation. No one will give me a straight answer and they keep sending me to voice mail and saying they will call back but never do. It is impossible to cancel service. I don’t know what to do anymore. 0 stars.

So basically, Safeguard America wants me to continue to pay for a service i no longer use or need (i moved to an apartment).Their reason for refusal? A sales contract signed with pressure from the sales team with terms that should be illegal!. I will look to contact my legal team and follow up on this!. Again, STAY AWAY!.Imagine selling your car and calling your insurance to cancel, only for them to tell you that you have to own car insurance even though you do not own a car anymore........ I have been double billed. They do not have their own equipment. Safeguard simply tries to Hijack existing equipment with a computer chip (ransomware). I am paying them for nothing!File a complaint with Connecticut Attorney General Office.
Sales rep going by the name of Jack Richard called and he said he worked as a rep for AT and T. He promised me he could lower my monthly bill and add a time security system to my house for $209 a month. I was paying $207 a month for AT and T plus $70 a month for ADT. It sounded like a good deal. Now I am kicking myself for not looking Safeguard up on Google first. THE BAD REVIEWS ARE ALL CORRECT! IT IS A SCAM! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! First off, my AT and T bill went up, then I get a bill from Safeguard for $209 for monitoring services! This is not what the salesman explained to me. He said I was getting a package deal. Lies! Did not buy into Safeguard America!
Terrible company...We started service 10 years ago, never made any changes or new equipment.....they lied to us when we tried to cancel telling us that Alabama has a state law that if we start one month into a new year they can charge us for the remainder of the year....total lies....had to go to the bank and have them stop the charges. Be aware of this company.
AVOID THEM!!!! After they purchased my contract, I told them to cancel on the phone when they called me for renewal, thought it was sufficient, and they ran up a tab. When i called back, they basically said, your fault for not emailing, the phone cancellation doesnt count.It is clear they they are a shady business who buys contracts, pennies on the dollar, and then looks to automatically roll contracts over for 12 months after not receiving an email.Hopefully this saves someone else
They found me via phone and scheduled an appointment soon after I moved to a new house. They pushed a sale on a 5 year contract. They did not perform services adequately. my fire alarm went off 2 times and I never received a call from them. I´ve cancelled my services and found a real company to do my alarm monitoring. Safeguard keeps charging me and won´t accept my cancellation, even though they haven´t performed services. They push you on a 5 year contract, don´t perform services and only charge you. This is not a real company. I´ve emailed them many times, but they never answer. All they do is send me bills. Will look into finding a legal way to keep them away from me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Very nice people always helping and assisting customers. I happen to sign up 6 months ago and i messed up had to get retrain on it. The tech Mike Knowles was excellent. I recommend this company they are way way better than ADT. I see people have had problems but u always will have problems its how the company respond and take care. 5 STAR for you George King
It’s sad that I have to even leave one star. I canceled this service six months ago somebody still charges me, they tell me I need to send a letter I send the letter I get a letter back that it’s been canceled and they’re still charging me money out of my account.The only thing I can do now is go to my bank and make sure that I stop this. When I asked why I’m still being charged after I received a letter stating that my account was canceled is that they need to talk to I manager over a manager about canceling my account. Then the guy on the phone tells me he’s a manager and if I wanted to re-state my account he would give me a great deal. I told him no I want it canceled like I was told it was, he tells me he has it now get a manager to confirm this..... what happened to him being the manager?We went around in circles and I got pretty much hung up on and questioned like I was the idiot because I am holding a cancellation letter in my hand !!! Even if I could get this service for next to nothing I would want nothing to do with this company .
Lot of issues with my past provider and in changing to Safeguard I found the agent very helpful and knowledgeable. New system works great and have friends who have switched theirs with the same experience. Very satisfied
Really not impressed with this company. Signed a 3-year contract to essentially pay for the equipment at the end of the contract my bill was supposed to drop $15/mo. They call me back to resign a contract I inquire about the new monthly price, and get told that isnt how it works the equipment is paid for and the monthly price remains the same. Im paying ~$50/mo for 4 door alarms and a smoke detector.... hardly worth the money.I didnt ever have to contact them for anything. So, I dont have much to say about their customer service. The one good thing I have to say is that every time my smoke detector went off they did call me within a minute to make sure everything was alright before sending the fire department.
I had safeguard America as my alarm company. The first thing that went wrong was the contract. I signed up for 36 months of monitoring, I was suppose to receive a six month reduction for referring another client, which means my contract is now 30 months. Instead of reducing the contract 6 months, he added six months which made my contract 42 months (my wife took car of the details, I wasnt in state). I could never get in contact with the person who wrote the contract. I called the safeguard America company and they gave me the runaround. Fine, I did the 42 months, at the end of the contract I wrote a letter and stated I no longer wanted the service. A representative tried to talk me into another contract, I declined. From that point I hadnt heard anything else, no need to since the contract expired. A year later I receive a bill for 883.07 for services. I called the company, told them I didnt renew my contract, they said (ms Burge) it rolls over automatically if I did not give them 60 days prior notice. If that was the case why wasnt I told when the initial contract expired; why did they wait a whole year to notify me that I was delinquent in payments? Why did they report it to the credit agencies without giving me a chance to rectify the discrepancies. I have never been late on my bills to anyone and yet they report me as being delinquent on a bill I do not owe. News agencies should be contacted for redress
If I could give this company a negative stars I would. They are a rip off. Oliver forced documents to sign my widowed mother into another years contact. Lied and said she upgraded her system and has been charging her. Everytime she calls this company they are rude and disrespectful to my mother. They took advantage of this my mother because she is an older woman. Oliver lied so he can get his upgrade sale and has been so rude to my mother. This company has the worse customer service and will be reported to THE. BBB. PEOPLE LIKE THIS REAPS WHAT THEY SEW.

I have been a long time customer with safegaurd america. recently i have a problem with my phone line.due to their equipment i have been without a phone in my business for 13 days and no one in the whole company could care less. i am very disappointed with the service i have been given. they also requested that i get a new 3 year contract and then they would come and fix my phone and still i have no phone service. i feel that they have put ransom ware on my phone and still nothing. my next letter will be to the attorney generals office and my attorney. i do not recommend this company to anyone. i had to put one star to post this

We had a 3 year contract and were suppose to have 6 months free. Instead they added 6 more months to the contract and my husband was not thinking when he initialed the change. Now I have to give them the last 6 moths amount. I have learned the hard way not to trust anyone in Florida as far as many business dealings here. Beware.

Id like to give HUGE kudos to the customer service rep Neil...I phoned him on behalf of my 80yr old mother in another city than I am living. Her alarm quit working and was given a few weeks away date to service it. I called customer service and got NEIL and he worked with me until he got my mother a service tech to go to her home immediately. He should be commended for that act considering her age and being hearing impaired, he went above and beyond.
This company has been scamming me out of nearly 50.00$ a month for 2 years. I initially signed up 4 years ago and paid for 2 years in advance. that was to be the end of it. It has come to my attention that they have been withdrawing a monthly charge without my authorization for 2 years. I spoke with a con named Joe on the phone and listened while he tried to tell me that what this company did is legal and for me to get an attorney. By no means sign up with this scam company. BEWARE of their tactics. I mark no stars. They deserve no stars. They are scam artists pure and simple. Find a legitimate company for your security needs.
If I can Ill never give this RIP OFF company even a single star!!! I am holding a 5 year contract and there are about two years only. All this company is care it is taking the money... The most expensive service without any service... I am a first time home owner and I decide I need alarm system to feel myself secure because I am a single woman. When I speak first time on a phone with them I was told I will be safe at my home. Then they come hooked three doors on a system, and job done!!!, NO even single window, NO even a garage... The system does not work constantly. The buttons stick inside on a panel. I asked to change it or prepare but all they give me a remote control, so I do not use buttons... Now the system tells me the door is open, when it is not. I cannot use equipment, I cannot turn on the alarm... After I call to customer service I was told they will lead me if I will prepare it myself... Am I a technician? What am I paying for??? I do not feel safe at my own home for almost two years, and I cannot cancel the Rip-off contract because they say I cannot cancel it... One of my window glasses was cracked and it is no problem because any one can break my windows, and get into my house without a little disturbing for the company... Robers can pick anything, even me through the window without any noise of alarm...
Please do not do business with this company. They are scammers and on artists. They sell equipment only. The ring record service is only for 30 days then you are done. Your phone will ring for someone current at your door but will Not record for later. If you dont screen shot then you lost an opportunity to see who was at the door. They do not tell you this they make you think its part of the service. They word things in such a way that its deception. Jessie Powell and Mr Clayton were my salesmen. I have left messages for Mr. Powell but no return call. I will give him the benefit of the doubt he is sick or family has a situation. Next month, Im calling it a what it is.
Salesperson made it sound like he was with ADT he placed a ADT sign in front and gave me a book with ADT. Safeguard is not part of ATD customer service will not work with me. Do not use this co.

I would like to know why your employees constantly talk down to my mother with rudeness. She is 83 years old and has been trying to leave your company because it does not fit her life style. Will 1 senior citizen actually break your company. She is told that repairs is free and then she is charged. Shame on you.. My mother is deaf and your system does not help her. She was told she renewed until 2020 and she did not. The only thing she signed she thought was the service ticket. She was never told that you offered different payments. You and your employees took advantage of a old woman. All she wants is her serviced stopped WITHOUT being penalized for doing so. I really would like to hear your reasoning on this matter.
Biggest crooks in the world!!! Came into my moms home and had her sign a contract at 80 years old for a five-year commitment!! She had no idea what she was signing. Then she lost the button that calls the police and they want to charge her $350 for a replacement! They will not let her out of the contract unless she dies! She moved in with me and they made her either pay for it monthly or transferred over to my house. They wanted to charge $400 to transfer it to my house. CROOKS!!!! #KARMA
Called to cancel my service which I was told my contract would end in August. I was not told if I didnt send in a cancellation letter by a certain date, it would automatically roll over. It is now September 13 and to cancel now would cost $550.00. Great!
This company is shady. I have been dealing w them on behalf my elderly parents. They had them sign a 36 month contract that rolls over?. The company has several addresses and according to the Cromwell, Connecticut branch, the Central Fl addresses are no longer there. My mother called them and asked them to stop the contract. They give her the run around until it was less than 60 days before the stop roll over deadline. An agent who is no longer there promised my mother to give her a lower monthly $29 per month if she signs another 36 month contract with an option on stopping the contract after the first 12 months. LIES! She is no longer there. The people there are so driven by making a profit and thrown out custumer service out the window. I called yesterday and we are stuck with another 36 month contract. Go to the Better Business Bureau, they have over 40 complaints and are rated F on a scale A to F
This company is horrible!! they had a mistake with my credit cart information to make the monthly payment and they reported to credit bureaus as not paid and my credit score got down. I called and spoke with KADELINE LOPEZ, she told me that will be fixed but one month later I still have the same problem. I called, I left messages and sent emails but nobody answered. Their customer service is very bad. Please..please do not take this service!
As an ex-employee I can tell you, stay far away from this company. I still get calls on a weekly basis from customers that are having service issues and cant get help from customer service. Basically, any other alarm company in the country would be better for you than Safeguard America aka Safe Home Security.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They lied and manipulated me from the start. They lead me to believe they were from my current security company and were there to upgrade my monitoring panel. Unfortunately I didnt see through them until it was too late and I had signed a 5 year contract. I am still trying to get out of the contract.Their monitor panel has failed on several occasions and left me with no monitoring for days at a time. The people who do the monitoring cant even turn an alarm off when the panel malfunctions. The techs I have talked to have to refer to manuals before they can answer questions.Two techs that can out couldnt fix the problem and had to send someone else out.
They are pathological liars. Not one person there is capable of telling you the truth. I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs. Nothing is what it seems. Equipment needs updates so they can raise your prices, they dont send you an invoice, then place you in collections, they claim they will fix billing, and the same issues continue, they tell you that YOU cant cancel for a year, when your contract is expired and you legally went month to month....JUST PATHOLOGICAL LIARS. Will quote scripture as they rip you off, and no I am not kidding.
These jerks have been calling me non stop for a week. A mchine calls and says Hi this is Angela how are you?, then it hangs up on me. This company is a joke and I would never do business with them under any conditions. Any company that your caller ID shows as being an INVALID NUMBER is probably a scam.
Doing business with this company is a horrible experience. They are not consumer friendly, they are very difficult to contact and if you have a problem getting it resolved is extremely difficult. I can clearly understand why the ratings for this company are very, very low. I am having problems making payments!

Mine was for 3 years and when I gave them a 45 day notice, they very rudely said I signed a contract to give a 60 day notice so my contract automatically renewed. If I dont pay them they will turn me into collections. They are still charging me late fees for not paying them. They were drafting my bank account so I stopped payment so they could not continue drafting, they charged me $20.00 plus $10.00 late fee! We cancelled safeguard a year and half ago. As well as sent in three notices of discontinuation of service . We no longer have their equipment I talked therefore they can not monitor my home. . The problem with safe guard is that they had employees who forged signatures and falsified documents. Safeguard fired the individual however, never made any effort to correct the forged documents. This review is to srevice as notice to safe guard to stop billing my home. You are longer montioring my house. The equipment is has been removed. . .. you are trying to make me pay for something I dont have nor want. We have been waiting on one of your supervisors to call us ...ah this was three months ago. Very poor quality of service .
Complete trash! Stay away! They are so horrible. They are just a dealer for Rapid Response who only charged $6 when Safegaurd said they charge $49.99. The office people are horrible I hate them all and now were are screwd into a 5 year contract. We are going to take them to court.
First off Google needs to change the ability for its users to rate these horrible companies honestly. Companies like Safeguard deserve a -* rating. I was sold this product mid October 2018. Then I had it set up on October 31, 2018. The tech, and Salesman were very nice durning the process. The salesman told me I had 6 months deffered, all we owed was $59.99 until May of 2019. After everything was set up I had a few problems setting off the alarm. I called the salesman, and he asked me if I used the fob to turn it off. I told him I never received any fob with the set up. He told me to call the tech who helped me out. I received a call from the security company I told them that I was ok and the tech helped me. The system went off again this time no one called me back, and the app keep saying it was offline. At this point I felt there was something scetchie going on. So I googled the company and seen they had a 1.4 * rating. I read the horror stories about their horrible customer service and their trapping people into their contract and realized that I had to cancel before I was stuck win this debacle of bad service, and costly unwarranted product. My wife sent then a letter of cancellation on November 2, 2018 to which they acknowledged and said they would be giving us a refund shortly. A month passes and we never seen the $59.99 hit our account, and the I notice a charge on December 5th for $123.58 from Home Security on my account. When I called the company the executive customer service representative (which is some Bs they use to not have you speak to a manager) told me that I was charged $59.99 + the first month, and equipment insurance fee. I told her that we cancelled the service and was also had been sold a 6 month deffered monthly payment. She then let me know that was not in the contract and the salesman was not wrong for telling me so. She then verified that I indeed cancelled the service and that my money would be returned. I told her I needed this refund to be expedited immediately as these chargers misrepresented what I was promised, she said I should be getting my money back within 3 business days. Today is the 16th day since I spoke with the first CSR. I have since called on three other occasions. I had been giving the billing managers name and extension, and left 2 voicemails with no response. Then I spoke with another ECSR how told me that the person did not answer calls and onsk responds through email because she is very busy. I asked him what was the purpose of having a phone and voicemail if you dont use it. He told me he would escalate my concerns in his notes, forward them to the billing manager. Now I feel like getting legal representation involved because this is just insanely dishonest, and uncalled for. This all could have been avoided if they simply returned my check in stead of holding it for a month and the sneakily processing it after a month of me cancelling my service in the appropriate amount of time allowed in the state of Florida which gives you three days to cancel any contract without penalty. This seems to be a franchised company who uses dealers to sell their product. But no one is on the same page as it concerns the salesman, installers, app, security response team, CSRs, billing managers and the owners themselves. I will be forwarding this to the BBB.

When a company (safeguard alarm system) promise that they are good until something happen to the ALARM system,you call the company safeguard alarm customer service is always bad always tranfer you from place to place, no one knows the owner name or phone number, and when someone get on the phone said a tech will be out never show up when schedule, the thing that is so wrong the company safeguard alarm still get paid but no service. then when you say the company safeguard america did not hold there end of the contract. the rep said you still is response for 80 percent of the contract,meanwhile the customer service talk to you so bad, they will not get the equipment but will offer you more stuff, this is why you cant trust no. one or no companys anymore. NOT A EMPLOYEE KNOWS THE EMPLOYER NAME OR NUMBER,.

HUGE SCAM AGAINST ELDERLY I am extremely frustrated with this company and I feel like they should be turned it. WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT USE THEM! These people went to my elderly grandmas house and convinced her to sign up for their service. I called to cancel service as my grandma can barley afford to buy groceries and is no longer living at the residence, so she doesnt need this system and they told me I would need to pay every month until 2020 if I would like to cancel service!!! or they could allow me to pay 90% of what she owes from now until 2020. Filing a claim against them! Such a SCAM!This company should be ASHAMED!
The Good:The monitoring service is goodThe Bad:1-The office sales employee are way to pushy.2- They even called me early in the morning 3 weeks after our contract was finished to ask why I decided the finished our contract in spide of them getting a letter (60 days before) to cancel the contract, an email and talking to them before the contract was due.I just wanted to make sure my contract was finished and they had no excuses to keep charging me for their services on my credit card.3-They did not work with me when I switched my landline phone company. I had to lost my many years phone number or end up paying 20 months remaining (31.50 each month) in our contact or give a 5 years new different more expensive contact service.At last they told me because I had a contract with them my next one will for a short term contract but when the contract was going to expire the they tried to trick me with a 60 months contract.Before the contract expired Penny called me but I told her I didnt like the new 5 years contract and I was looking a company with out contact, she told me Let me see what I can do and I am going to call you back today but she never did.Finally I am glad I found a company with out contracts, installations fee or other initials fee other than the monthly fee it self. Now I am praying only $15 a month with Alarm Grid. I cant be happier.Update Sept/16/20172 months later after my contract expired they are stiil chargin my credit card.I am going to open sa dispute with my credit card company.
Worst alarm company. I would let a prisoner watch my house before I hired these jokers. They dont answer your calls. When the alarm goes off they dont call and make sure everything is ok. so wants the point of having them.

Im have been with this company for three years,just got a call regarding low signal battery they charge me $29.00 for it (check it on Amazon its for $9.00 for the same one), two weeks later i got it, WHAT I DID called the company back and said I did replace the battery its still show the low battery signal They said its clear, BUT I DID NOT REPLACE THE BATTERY, I did cancel the service on June 9th and My contract will expired on July 4th, on July 5th I got charged again with $34.99 I called they said it is what it is, Its a B.S Company,

I STARTED MY SERVICE WITH THESE CROOKS 11/2015 TRIED CONTACTING THEM 12/2015 AND 1/2016 TO GET AN APPT SCHEDULED SO WE CAN MOVE THE SERVICE TO OUR NEW HOUSE.WELL NOBODY COULD LOCATE OUR ACCOUNT AFTER ME CALLING AND CALLING SO NOW THEY FINALLY LOCATED MY ACCOUNT IN 2/2016 AND SINCE I MOVED FROM THE OLD HOME INTO OUR NEW HOME THEY ARE CHARGING US $1200 TO BUY OUT OF OUR OLD CONTRACT AND START A NEW CONTRACT WITH OUR NEW HOUSE.I TOLD AND PLEADED WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE ASKING IF THERE WAS ANYWAY TO WAIVE THAT $1200 BUY OUT AND JUST GIVE US NEW EQUIPMENT HE SAID NOPE CAUSE WE SIGNED A CONTRACT. IN SECTION 4 OF THE CONTRACT IT STATED TO CANCEL THEY CHARGE 90% OF THE CONTRACT FEES. I TOLD HIM WE ARENT TRYING TO CANCEL WE JUST WANT TO MOVE TO THE NEW HOUSE. THEN THE MANAGER PROCEEDS TO TELL ME WELL SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE IN A STICKY SITUATION ARENT YOU.SO RUDE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. WE HAVE 6 KIDS WE CANT AFFORD TO PAY 1200 FOR SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL ESPECIALLY SINCE WE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BEFORE ESCROW CLOSED ON OUR HOUSE MONTHS BEFORE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRL THAT HELPED ME WAS VICTORIA BUTTS AND HER RUDE EXTREMELY RUDE INCONSIDERATE MANAGER CHRISTOPHER HEATH. HE ALSO SAID HE WAS THE ONLY MANAGER THAT COULD HELP ME THAT THERE WAS NO OTHER MANAGERS ABOVE HIM.MY ADVISE TO ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING THIS SERVICE RUN FAST IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!VICTORVILLE CA ACCT# 368010
Horrible. Im getting charged $42 every month for no services. They never told me that I would have to pay a transfer fee or buy out my contract should I choose to terminate the services early. Im in the military and move a lot and when I came back from Afghanistan and was relocated they told me I would have to pay $200 to transfer the service when I explained I get relocated often with the military they said its doesnt matter I would have to pay the fee every time. And Ive been relocated twice since being home for just over a year, and I am not going to pay that every time. And when I asked about cancelling they said I had to buy out the remaining 6 years on my contract.
Extremely rude telemarketers trying to sell their system! I have reported them for harassment when I asked to please remove my number. The sales person commenced to being rude and pushy. Normally Im never rude because it is a job and it isnt their fault to call. But I draw the line when one becomes extremely rude towards me.
I signed a contract for service and contract had a blank spot where length was. I assumed I could cancel anytime. When I tried to cancel 2 yrs later they said I had 5 year contract. I asked for copy and they sent me a copy with 42 no this clearly added. I sold the business where I originally started and they continue to add late fees etc. Im getting attorney to fight but this is a horrible company. Pushed me into buying wanted to discard the service and the two men came back and both were rude asking why I didnt want it after he sat him self and waited 1 hour for me to get home to sell us stuff. He wanted to wait I didnt make him wait. So so rude and are not business men. Save your self the hassle and dont get this!!!!
Horrible company to service security. Horrible customer service. My alarm has not worked for months, yet they still send bills to pay.
My system stop working on 09/29/18, I call on oct 1,2,3, with no result on 10/04/18, they call me back and told me some one will be here on 10/11/ 18 at 11:00 am to repair the problem.. no show.. !!!!!

Poor Service!!! can’t get anyone to answer your calls, the only thing they do well is deduct their money from your account each month. Very very hard to get in touch with customer service!

Terrible customer service, they will never send a tech for less than $100. It’s there equipment but they won’t service. They are rude and cancelling is near impossible.
Horrible! They lied and are taking money still even after our contract was transferred to someone else. The new owners and us are both paying for one system.

Very poor service, my App has been having problems for over a year and I have been getting the run around, I am very disappointed with their customer service and will be DROPPING their poor service.

I got the service for my husband who had MS and a stroke since he died 2 weeks ago i tried to cancel the contract since he died and my income has diminished drastically and they said since i signed the contract i have to keep it for another 4 years even though we had the system for him I will fight back if i have to close my bank account so they cannot withdraw their money
I chose safeguard and it has been wonderful.!!!!!!!
