Today ADT sent out a fantastic technician Joe Louis, who helped us get our system back up and running after some technical issues! Very happy with this visit. Joe was fantastic yet again for handling our service needs. He quickly and efficiently handled the issue with ease. He was extremely friendly just like last time. We will make sure to request him again in the future.

My recent experience with ADT account reps and installer was excellent. I did not get the account reps names but my installer was Frankie. He was very professional. He went over and above to ensure my system was good to go. He met another installer to obtain a battery when he saw my control panel showed low battery. I am a longtime customer so my ADT sign out front was cracking and falling apart. The next day when I went outside i noticed he changed the sign. ADT has proven to be an excellent company thus far. Thank you!

I want to take a moment to tell you about John Carver, who came out to our home to install a thermostat. He was professional from the very first phone call he made. The knowledge of product and the time he took to explain everything to my husband and myself was outstanding. He should be commended for great work. We would love to have the opportunity to work with him again! I am sure everyone he is in contact with, has a full understanding of all ADT services they are getting. We have always had ADT in the past and have been very happy. However, now we moved out of state and didnt know what to expect. I guess ADT only hires top notch, competent individuals with phenomenal customer service skills...no matter where you live...YAY!!!Sydney Serrano (sales) was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we are dealing with a tragedy (to say the least) in my family...and Sydney had the patience of a saint with me as this is an extremely emotional time. She did something that is very rare today; she actually listened to me...genuinely cared...and because of her respectful competency, she was able to perfectly provide for our individual needs. The best part is that she was completely honest (another rarity today!) and upfront about everything. If a potential issue or question arose which was out of her expertise, she told me exactly what was happening (instead of making things up to look like she knew everything...which many salespeople do...We know as my wife and I have a combined 60+ years of sales experience) and that she would check into it and get back to me... And she did just that...promptly...leading to an even better security package for my family. Christian was very professional. He listened to my needs and made sure that I had everything I needed to feel protected. After a few break ins in my neighborhood I wanted to have some security. I have a camera system that has really been useful, even for tracking deliveries. I like to run but was nervous to be out in the dark. Christian told me about the GPS home health option where you can carry a fob that will call ADT with the push of a button and that has made me feel a lot safer on early morning or nightly runs. My favorite part about ADT is the App that lets me turn my alarm on or off from afar and I can even turn lights on or off for my dog! Another great thing is that Christian works directly for ADT not a contractor so you know you are getting the best service. I am so glad I got this alarm system and highly recommend Christian to anyone looking for security.

This week we had a security system and surveillance cameras installed at our home. Our sales representative, Enrique Gomez, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as he explained our options. Neither of us is tech savvy but Enrique was very patient and respectful and we appreciated that.After installation, Enrique reached out to us and made himself available for questions and concerns. He is most certainly an asset to your company and we will recommend him to neighbors and friends.

I signed up a contract with ADT that included support for devices free of charge, according to the sales rep. However, the very first time I called for service I get charged with a driving fee. This fee was never disclosed on the initial sales pitch from the sales representative. This is a dishonest business practice.I called a technician over to help me fix the door bell camera, which keeps on disconnecting from my WIFI. The tech helped set it up, but the camera went offline the day after. Not sure I want to be on the hook for another driving fee and have the issue remain.HONEST FEEDBACK - Please disclose ALL CHARGES associated with the services you offer. Dont bury those on the tiny print on these long disclosure documents.

My wife and I just signed a contract with ADT and purchased upgraded equipment. Our experience with the Orlando office sales manager, Larry, and the sales representative, Landers Harvey, was beyond expectations! Both men took much time and were very patient in a rather confused situation due to contractors in our home during their visit. They clearly outlined and fully explained the product and services offered. The technician Mr. Smith did a wonderful job installing my alarm system. His knowledge of the system was very impressive. He explained what he was doing each step of the install. His explanation of the operation of the command panel was excellent. He made sure that I was comfortable with the system. Mr. Smith told me if I questions about the system after he left that he would be glad to reach back. The whole install experience was done with Excellence. You should hire more like him.

On Monday, I had 5 false alarms on 3 different smoke detectors, so ADT scheduled to replace all 13 detectors on Wednesday. I also requested to have all sensor batteries replaced, since they were over 5 years old. When the tech showed up, he brought a new cellular transmitter. Zero smoke detectors. He reinstalled the 3 detectors with my spare batteries, and then charged me for a service call without fixing anything. Not happy.

Recently purchased a house that had an outdated ADT system. I upgraded and the process couldnt have been easier. My initial phone call was with Thomas Resner. He was extremely patient with my inquiries and concerns. Thomas explained all of my options and even patiently repeated work because I changed my mind last minute to add more services. For installation day, I cant give higher praises to my technician, Luis Santiago. My house schematics made it difficult to install items where I wanted them. Luis problem solved and explained the pros and cons of his ideas to make it work. I added extra work for him but he was more than happy to help and didnt make me feel like my requests were a burden. Luis is a wonderful technician. Thank you for sending him.

We had a great experience with our sales rep James McANAW, we were returning clients but had alot of questions and needs, James made sure all of our questions were answered and the price quoted was very fair. Our install team was amazing as well very helpful and very respectful of our property and home.

After many phone calls asking me to update my system and me asking repeatedly if this would involve paying any money, I was told repeatedly NO Not a cent.Technician tried to charge me close to $80.00 dollars twice.Very unprofessional. He had to call his supervisor and wait for him/her to proceed. Installation took very long time, waiting for his supervisor response. Very unprofessional.

Christine Mortimer was our sales representative and we had a great experience! We outfitted our entire home, with new cameras, window alarms, a new door lock and of course new control panel. She was courteous and funny and knew her stuff!!! We have loved our new system and it’s worked great for our family! We’ve done great with any needs and our installer was amazing! Horrible customer service. Just took 4 days for a simple fix. Then they give you a window of 4 hours that you have to wait for a tech. I am going to research alternative providers.

My sales rep was Enrique Gomez. Hands down one of the best sales/install experiences with alarm systems I have ever had!!! Very knowledgeable and easy to explain wants and needs of the system. Not only did he help Taylor a security system to meet my needs, but he also treated my family as if it was his own! Wasn’t about the sale with Mr.Gomez, but was more focused on the protection of the family. Would recommend him to anyone even thinking about security! It also helps when he works for the most trusted security company out there! ADT!! Biggest regret of the whole thing was not making my appointment sooner.

I’ve had my ADT system for exactly a year now. I want to emphasize the reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of our sales consultant Christine M. (I don’t have her card informant of me when I wrote this). She wasn’t just sales. She is our go to with any issues. And I’ve called about a few. My AC thermometer wasn’t working right. They came out and checked it out for me. Even adjusted my vents as that was the problem. Then six months after getting the service I decided I wanted a smart lock. Got it and couldn’t hook it up. Called ADT customer service and they feed me some bull so I hung up and hoped when I called Christine that she would remember me. Believe me she did. My smart lock was and still is connected. I called again and again she was very helpful. Thank you Christine as a first time homebuyer you made this part of securing our home easy. 🤤 The Mills.

My experience with ADT has been very positive and professional. Leo Hernandez is our representative and he has been excellent to work with - very competent, personable, timely and has taken ownership of issues, seeing them through to resolution. Josh did a great job installing the system (with Leo’s help) in a compressed timeframe and Mark McLean has been excellent at tweaking and improving it. We did have some technical issues (like all projects do), but they worked to resolve them quickly. Overall, my expectations have been exceeded and I do not hesitate in recommending them.

ADT used to give GREAT service. Now, the poor techs do not know what to do, are not provided needed tools to do their job, and getting in touch with anyone to talk to or give feedback is only allowed by postal mail. Unbelievable today. We like the techs. The problem is with communication with them by ADT before a job!

On the phone we agreed for 600 installation services, technician showed and wanted to charge 1200, refused service and still nobody called. Bad customer service.

I am very pleased Mario was my sales rep, he was outstanding! Very knowledgable, professional and helpful. He got me everything I wanted and was there all the way through the process. The camera footage is never up to date. We have 3 from them. I have had the service for a year and each time I check the footage it’s showing 2 weeks prior. So what happens if and when there is an actual incident ? I would have no footage to show!

Charged for $25 travel fee even though this was never the case is many years of ADT support contracts, and I was not advised when the appointment was made,

Called in for two issues with my camera system tech came out and could not complete the task. And l have not heard anything from ADT since. Basically it was a total waste of my time leaving work. After service ticket was complete I watched the service tech sit in front of my house at least 30 to 45 minutes . And I also have to pay service fee for nothing to be completed

The worst service ever. I trusted in the reviews and get the service . They took from my account $600 dollars without my approval. Took almost a month to get the money back. Customer service don’t have any answers and don’t fix anything. The only answer “contact your sales rep”Well is not my sales rep fault !!! Is ADT !!!! They need to get it together, really bad service . After that and battle with them for almost 2 months . Receive calls and email for a bill for 1500 dollars that wasn’t real . Just because they don’t fix the things, and because they DON’T care the customer . Calls, text, emails charging me . At the same time that we were dealing with a family situation. The create more stress and really make the things worst . And the answer again, customer service: SORRY, I will call you in 48 hours, to give you any information . Here I am, waiting after 2 months to receive that call with the information about my case .After this situation, at the moment to pay the monthly bill . SURPRISE is not possible to log in in the system because I don’t have an account with them. After multiple calls and multiple hours . I can log in. FINALLY!!!!!!Well they caught you with promotions, gifts and more but don’t trust them . They don’t honor the promotions, isn’t true . Nothing that they offer in this company .No answer or information from customer representative or even the DM . The only personThat help me was Christine, she have to deal with the entire situation . She response emails, answers, text . She is still b working to get the “giftcard” I know I will never receive that . Because that company is a fraud .The only good thing that I can share from this entire experience is the help and service from Christine . Is a shame that such a talent, and a good person who cares of the customers have to deal and be the face of a company that just see a customer as a number. And they really don’t care about the customer .

I was lucky enough to come across a customer service/sales rep in my building community, and he was able to immediately access my living space, and listen to my concerns in my current home security. My experience with ADT Security was amazing, because Javier Astor was not only an excellent sales rep, but patiently listened and took his time explaining all of my options, for security devices that would be installed into my apartment. Javier was extremely thorough, attentive and patient, answering all my questions. He was then able to get me an appointment almost two weeks earlier, than my initial one, and followed up to let me know.His communication skills and knowledge in home security, and ADT protection equipment were top notch. The installation was last week, and Javier stopped by to make sure everything went smoothly which really shows he is dedicated to his customers and job, truly there each step of the way until you are satisfied with your home and. security. I feel a lot better leaving my apartment since, knowing my stuff and my dog are safe and comfortable, and I have the ability to tune in, on the ADT security app, at any moment, to see for myself! We just upgraded our house from Blue by ADT to ADT command w/ automation and absolutely love it. Our salesperson Sidney was great, very knowledgeable and friendly and she got us a great price on our new system. Jeremy was our installer and he was also amazing. He was very friendly, helpful and definitely went above and beyond to help remove some of our old equipment and install the new equipment with minimal blemishes around the house. We’ve been with several alarm companies in the past and they usually refuse to take down your old stuff and have to make new holes to put in the new equipment, not Jeremy, he tried putting almost everything in place of the old stuff. He really did such a professional job installing everything and answering all of our questions, we couldn’t be happier.

If you are planning in getting security cameras in your home, think twice if choosing ADT. WORST service ever. 1st the sales person took wrong our order, technician arrived to our house all confuse in the order and with the wrong cameras. Told me to provide a credit card # so they can order the new cameras and give us a new app. No one call for the new app after that day. e have called ADT 7 times in 2 weeks and at the moment still waiting. We have complain to Customer Service requesting where is our new app and cameras and all they do is apologize and referring to the local office. I have to say very unprofessional the Orlando, Fl office if they are reading we have called 7 times in the last 2 weeks. Lots of advertising selling they are the best, definitely not in Sales Service and follow up with customers. Totally disappointed. Not to trust.

The technician arrived 4/16/2021 at approximately 4:45 - 4:50 pm of a 12pm to 5pm window. Even after I explained exactly what the issue was he checked signal strength, speed upload, and download which were spot on. Good to know but had absolutely nothing to do with the problem, except maybe the periodic lag time between doorbell ring or txt alert and picture text. He suggested relocating the modem, but when I showed him clear proof of the doorbell camera on my phone log taking random pink flash pictures of people and of nothing there he suggested it was because of the sunset. when I responded the sun sets every day he didnt have an answer. The only thing he did was narrow the field of view to compensate for the negligent outdoor camera installation with a 4 ft bush and a 7 foot tree in view, which takes a picture basically every minute, subsequently prematurely exceeding the picture amount allowed . This has caused my doorbell camera to remain stuck on fri April 9 and the outdoor camera to remain on Sunday April 11 to date. His resolution wait until the first of the month to get it reset or call and ask for more pic allowance. Dont even get me started on tech support! The only reason I gave them a star is that I couldnt post this otherwise.

We had ADT come in and upgrade and enhance our monitoring systems. Michelle our sales person and Ryan and Austin the installation team all did an amazing job. The building is over 100 years old but they were able to integrate everything very nicely.

Bad business they lie about prices over the phone. I literally hate them for screwing me over and making me feel awkward in my own home.

Your ADT Sales Person Catherine Borrrero has gone above and beyond the expectation of Customer Service ! This Lady is a true asset in every sense. Most recently on October 29 she actually drove to get a part for the technician and then again on October 30 she actually bought a screwdriver and replaced batteries so that we could lock the door! Who does this? Cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service given to us!

I just got installed and Im beyond happy that Mario Izquierdo was able to assist me from start to finish. He met with me initially to make sure that I was completely protected and kept in touch with me until the installation date. He showed up and walked the house with Edouard St Remy, the installer and together they absolutely make sure I was protected. Well its a new house and somehow a breaker turned off and I couldnt close my garage door. I called Mario and he immediately came over to get me taken care of. He discovered that the breaker had tripped, got it back on and made sure that my cameras and garage door opener came back online. He called Edouard to make sure he did everything right and I must say, you can tell they truly care about their customers. I will gladly refer Mario Izquierdo friends and family because I can say first hand that he not only cares he keeps his word and follows up.

I met Leo when I first moved to the area. His attention to detail and honesty around the features were very reassuring. I just had my home security system installed.My installer Jeremy R. was very very thorough to explain and with my input, configure the best places to position my cameras and other equipment. We talked almost an hour to get things just right for me. As an almost 69 year old I was a bit stressed and needed that.His patience was everything. Jeremy took his time completed the install and thoroughly explained the functions.I am pleased with what I have and my installer was top notch. Highly recommend the service but especially Jeremy.

Multiple sales rep with no customer skills whatsoever have come to my new home. We have a newborn baby and we also have a no soliciting sign on our door but they still have knock?? What???? The first guy just tried walking past me into my garage who does that? The most annoying, rude thing I have ever seen in my life. I will never ever go with this company and if they come back my German shepherd will be let out thanks.

Horrible customer service. ADT installed defective system when first put in. I have had to have them come out several times to fix it. The Tech was honest and admitted this. This last time they were going to charge me $500 + $25 service call. I disputed both and they gave up, but only after contentious discussion. Supervisor NEVER contacted me, despite being told at least twice he/she would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...dont believe the ads. I dont understand why they just dont fix the defective system and apologize instead of trying to rip me off for $525! Weird way to do business. If I was looking now, I would look at much cheaper systems out there. If they are NOT going to provide top notch customer service, why am I paying double monthly service fee of other systems?

We just finished our install with ADT and it went seamlessly! Our Customer Account Executive was Christine and she walked us through the entire process and kept us comfortable through the install. She worked with the corporate office to find our old account even when it was difficult. Weve attached her card because she really helped us. The installers that came were Abraham Lopez and Dominick. Dominick was a trainee and he was an incredible help. Both installers explained things to us clearly and even helped us to install the app and show us all the cool features. Thanks ADT!

I have been an ADT customer for about 10 years starting in Michigan. I now live in Florida and continued my loyalty with them. I am moving on now because of the disappointing service that I have received from them over the last few months. I first called them about a month ago about the 2 sensors not working. They said they will send new batteries. Those arrived about 2 weeks later which is crazy as you would think that it would be a priority.After changing the batteries, the sensors were still not working. I proceeded to call them. They scheduled an agent to come out between 12 noon and 5 pm but no one showed up until 6 pm stating that several of the prior appointments had caused a delay. Of course, no one was home. They apologized and gave me another date, 8/7/2020. The agent, this time, arrived on time. He, however, proceeded to change the batteries and when that didn’t work, he looked perplexed! He said “I’m sorry but I don’t have the right tools to fix this problem”! He said he would be back and that was the last I saw of him. I just called and the lady that answered my call was completely clueless!! After telling her what I had been through, she proceeded to tell me that she will send someone out to change the batteries!!!!!!!!! It’s crazy. It’s time for me to move on!!!!

Gregg was extremely helpful from start to finish, and has followed up a few times to make sure everything is still working properly. Gregg and I initially reviewed the floor plan to my office to ensure he could relay my vision to the locksmith he was meeting on-site. Everything went as planned. Thanks again, Gregg!

From start to finish, ADT was exceptionally brilliant with their service, products, installation and security. Mai Lyngh, my account manager has been an absolute delight to work with. Extremely responsive, empathetic and knowledgeable. When there was a slight misunderstanding in what thermostat I needed, she drove herself to provide me with the correct model. After that, when I had to leave the country and transfer the service to my tenants, she took care of everything from start to finish. If I’m ever back in the USA, she’s the one I’ll call for all my security needs. I can’t ask for more.

I have had the absolute worst experience with ADT. After a panel upgrade at their insistence, my ADT Pulse did not work any longer. After waiting over a month for an appointment the issue is not resolved. Three technicians have been out to resolve the issue to no avail. ADT informed me that there would be a charge for the third visit. When I called to dispute having to pay for the visit I explained the situation, was placed on hold and never got to speak with anyone else.

Leo Hernandez is our rep, he was amazing with everything from the first step all the way to the install, first thing I truly enjoyed was how personable he is and also the fact that he isn’t pushy just educated us on everything ADT offers. If you want good service and someone that will treat your home like it was theirs give him a call and tell him I sent you.

Service time frame 12 to 5, then someone call at 4 said it change to 5to 8,waste my time waiting all day, try to call to reschedule the wait is like you apply for DEO .Been with ADT for 20 more years, customer service is getting worse, after contract. Will switch to other company, very disappointed .

Theyre 6 month guarantee should include dissatisfaction! My cameras were only recording shadow changes, bugs, spiderwebs... not people pulling in my driveway or walking in and out of my doors. They told me that my upload speed was not strong enough to support my cameras and that this should have been checked at purchase and install. It was not !!! I would not recommend them at all !!! Now Im stuck with a system that doesnt work the way it should and they want me to put more money into it...

Leo was great at explaining all the features of the alarm system. He was friendly and very professional. He is also very responsive by text or email for any concerns.

Professionalism and knowledge were obvious with our tech Lawrence as was the safety with the Covid going on. He had a mask on the whole time. Thanks ADT and Lawrence our tech for helping us resolve our issue.

Ive had ADT since 2016 but I recently purchased a new home. Christine was my sales agent and she was very helpful. She works 24/7 and was very responsive (called, texted, emailed) which I appreciated. She came to my home, did a full walk through, and created my quote. The whole process was very thorough. We already have ADT for security at the brewery but were in need of an upgrade to our camera system. I contacted Christine and she responded promptly to setup an appointment. During the consultation, she recommended a fantastic camera setup and the next week we had our installation. After the techs (who were also great) were done, she immediately followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the system. My wife and I were in extreme need of a security upgrade asap, so we started shopping around. Gilbert was out of town with family and had to cut that short to accommodate our emergency need. He was very polite and kind as he explained all the options available for us. He made our decision very easy as he also helped to get us the best out of pocket pay upfront prices. I closed my business due to COVID-19. I told them multiple times that I wanted to cancel my contract and they continued to bill me for three months after the cancellation even though my contract had ended three months prior. They wouldnt return the money even after they knew that I had called three times to cancel because they claim the rep failed to note my request to cancel. I find those business practices absolutely corrupt and will never do business with ADT again.

Since the moment that Christine Kollar our representative came through the door with her vibrant personality we were sold. She explained all of the benefits of using ADT Security services and different options available to us that fit our needs. Weve only had the program for one day but we are really excited to learn more and more about it as the days go on.
