A solid location for the chain. Its a smaller location on the first floor of the mall. They have all the usual offerings youd expect, including chocolate for ready-serve in the case, and boxed candies for take-away and gifts.They frequently make chocolates in the window, which is super fun to watch - a personal fave is the chocolate covered strawberries. They use huge strawberries, and they are always delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Join the Godiva club and youll get a free truffle each month!Overall: AGreat location with friendly staff. I had such a great experience doing curbside pickup. Manny left me a very professional and detailed voicemail on what to do when I arrived at the mall and was very friendly when he greeted us and wore a mask. He got my order perfect which was a gift of assorted chocolates for my Mom’s birthday. He even spoiled her with an extra chocolate covered strawberry which was SO sweet!!! The shake and chocolates were DELICIOUS!

Godiva has the best chocolate!!! So sad to know they will be closing all stores. This store will close one February 15th 2021. Very sad to know they will be gone soon!😒

Too disapointing the change in the chocoelixir shake. Im just pay 8.47 for 16oz dark chocolate... And is only powder... Few chocolate flavor... I live it in the desk. Thanks for the employees at Milenia who tries to give me other choices... But I prefer to Lose my money while Godiva lose a forever client.

Super long line but there was super fast service everyone was very nice smiling and greeted you multiple times the quality of the food was perfect. Sure its a little more expensive than the average chocolate but well worth it if you are in the mall definitely come by and treat yourself.

Terrible service. The chocolate is great but the staff is terrible. Honestly one of the worst experiences I had. You would figure since the store does under 1000$ in sales a day you would be more motivated to deliver customer service and honor the rewards program... but no.

Do not bother walking into this store. Twice I was given horrible service within a month apart. I used to use Godiva as my perfect gift of choice but management is horrible here... I will be taking my complaint to higher management. Contacting corporate right now. There is no excuse the way my family and I were treated.

It was ok neither store representative could tell me nor even find out the percentage of Chocolate in the handmade almond bark. Disappointed.

I understand that a bacteria free environment is important to keep customers safe but using less abrasive cleaners (chlorine free) to clean the equipment / store would make a customer experience better when going into the store to order chocolates.. It strongly smelled like chlorine as soon as I walked in.

I bought two chocolixir that were completely watery. These did not have the particular flavor of godiva chocolixir as in other Godiva stores. I don’t know if the employees were new or didn’t have the proper training.
