Had my daughters 1st Birthday Party this weekend ( minnie mouse forever theme) & i have to say, the Manager Peter outdid himself! Everything was perfect! The staff was nice & friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Set back off the main road.Next to Hobby Lobby.Huge store for everything you need for party goods. Staff asked if I needed any help. Good customer service. A ton of things to look at. Many things for kids too. You can spend a long time discoveringso many items. The largest balloon section Ive ever seen.Pricing is moderate to low. Some high end products are available. All in all a fun store to shop. Rest rooms are in the backside left of the store.Wheelchair accessible entrance. Some isle are narrow and product are up high. Clean and welcoming.

This is a great store . I was in search of something for a Halloween project and to my surprise found the Perfect item....actually had to decide between one of two items😱😆.The price was great ....LOL 🤣 Ill probably go back and get the other one.

My sister got a costume

Located next to Luckys market, they had all their Halloween items 50% off. I was shopping for party lights and I didnt want to spend more than $15 for it. I was happy to find exactly what I was looking for in my budget.

I just want to first thank George and Amanda for their amazing help today! I have worked in retail for about 10 years and never have I had such attention to my complicated needs as fast as they did. They went above and beyond! If these two dont get lunch or some time of recognition it will be a shame. Thank you guys!!!

Smaller than I expected. Very little variety and too much of the same merchandise.

For everyone looking to have an adult, child, baby, anniversary, Halloween, retirement, etc. Wouldve given 5 stars, but so many things you need help finding what youre getting and there is NO ONE IN SITE. But still best store ever!

We went in looking for halloween decorations, hardly anything for decor, just costumes at this point. A week away from halloween you might expect a little more. Besides the point there was rude employee that yelled twice for no reason about me not throwing things in the store because I tossed a sanitizing wipe to my husband. Not even merchandise because Im not a horrible person. She sached around the whole store with an attitude the whole time; clearly happy to take her aggression out on the customers. Just bought a house so would be happy to come back to PC for Christmas decor but Ill pass if someone is going to act like a dictator in the store. Could not believe her attitude. Bad day or not, no reason to not be allowed to toss a Sanitizer wipe to someone. I mean covid?! I was trying to get to my crew to not touch things without wiping. Clearly not the vibe of this store. Avoid during a pandemic or mgmt needs to change the outlook the employees have on working. Worst experience Ive ever had a store. Never been scolded in my life for sanitizing. Or even just being in public. What a rude young girl. Saw her later wait for the Register line to die down before she came out from pretending to look at stuff. Not a good employee for customer service position.

Treven was so very kind and helpful! He approached me and asked if I needed help. He happily showed me examples of different balloon colors and how they look together. And was extremely patient with me deciding on my balloon purchase for a wedding shower, while I texted the bride to see what she likes best. He really brightened my stressful day! And in these times, I understand that people could be a bit frustrated in general with things, but his customer service was a breath of fresh air, through my mask.

Store is organized, with everything very easy to find. However, crazy lines on a weekend, with minimal staffing isn’t acceptable. Waited in line for 15 minutes, then had to wait in yet another line for 20 minutes. No communication with customers, just everyone taking their sweet time.

Returned a purchase on Oct. 24, and was only given option of store credit. Was given a receipt and an emailed one, told to use the email since the physical receipt fades. Tried to use the store credit with the email then next day. Was told the emailed receipt is a return receipt, but needed the merchandise credit receipt (printed only) was needed.Was basically ripped off for $60.

Kelsen was extreemly helpful and even went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for while also help 2 other customer simultaneously. Peter was fast but also efficient in making sure all the items scanned properly and had the correct price. He saved me $20!!! Thanks Guys! I spent WAY more than I planned but Im happy.

Difficult to see from Alafaya, but this new location is great. Stocked very well, but a little unorganized. The staff was super friendly and willing to help, a little different experience than what I have had at other party citys, which is a good thing. Overall pleasant experience.

Brandy, the manager, really helped me out with an issue. Put the customer first and made everything right when she really didnt have to otherwise. Will definitely be coming back for all party supplies.

Rude and unconsiderate manager. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I spoke with the manager in the phone asking if they had a product, which he answered that he had plenty. I told him I was on the way and when I got there at 8:02pm he did not let me go in. I told him that I had spoken on the phone with him 5 minutes ago but all he said was we open tomorrow at 10am. The worst part is that there were 5-6 other people outside waiting to come in. Never again am I going to this Party City or calling.

Highly recommend Party City, especially for Halloween costumes and accessories! Erika was extremely helpful in finding a specific item that I needed. The return process is easy as well. Party City accepts refunds longer than other nearby Halloween retailers, which is a major plus.

Busy on day before Halloween but expected. Sold out of a lot.

Spent 1 hour to get a few balloons for my girlfriend, nearly missed my bus to surprise her. Place is severely understaffed and the workers are quite undertrained. Takes forever to be taken care of even when it’s not busy at all.Can’t blame anyone but the Party City company. Spend more money on your labor and your service will improve.

One of the employees here was so helpful. I wanted to buy a princess dress for my daughter. Apparently, they dont keep most of the dresses on the floor. Most of them are kept in the back. The employee was so kind and patient as he went back and forth looking for the right size and right dress as my daughter kept changing her mind. I would recommend this tore to anyone.

For those of you who dont they have a helium outage across the country so for 1.5 dozen balloons it took 30 minutes to do because they have to wait for pressure to be up and they can only do so many per hour. Keep that in mind its crazy but true. Customer service is great

Unfortunately prices are too expensive and online prices will eventually close this kind of store. Times have changed and people dont spend money on the same items as before and with Amazon offering next day delivery, Im guessing that is the new way of buying party goods.The only movement I see in the stores is at Halloween and even then they have alot of competition. Why pay 5.00 for 1 mylar balloon when you can get 5 mylar balloons for the same price at Dollar Tree.

Need stuff for a bachelorette party? How about a gender reveal? Themed party? Joke over the hill decorations? Balloons of ANY type, helium OR non? How about some party favors? Doesnt matter cause this place has all of it. Not a terrible price either. Great place.

They told me they had the thing in multiple varieties (monocle). I drove an hour, the guy I spoke to on the phone apparently left. They did not have the thing. They may have it boxed in the back from halloween a month before, but definitely not for sale now.Started calling other costume shops and eventually found Embelish FX, which is an amazing store. They had it and saved me a wasted trip from the coast.

Very disappointed in the fact they had nothing for your 50th birthday a party hat. Selection has gotten very slim when it comes to numbered birthdays. They might as well just close because theyre a waste of time.

Party city is usually a great experience! However, today was a disappointment. When I needed clarification on if I could try something on, Mia was extremely rude. She did not even look at me before giving attitude and quickly saying “you gotta purchase”. Very rude and unprofessional.

Andy helped me create an awesome look for our elf on the shelf’s chilling in some “hot air balloon’s” not to mention he was so nice, helpful and handled a load of costumers at once, and he was about to get off the night before a holiday. He was a rockstar, so kind! Thanks Andy!

They offer a great selection but the location is not the easiest to get in and out of. The pricing is a little higher compared to the same items online but if you need something right now they have it.

I went to get some birthday party supplies at Party City. When I went in there was no one to greet or help customers. I needed a pinata, which they keep on the top. Its too high for customers to reach, so you have to get help. I asked 2 associates and apparently neither of them were certified, from what I could understand, to climb a ladder and get the pinata. What kind of certification do you need to climb a ladder?! Finally the cashier said she was qualified and so was the other cashier, so I had to wait for one of them to get it. That is ridiculous that the only certified people are the cashiers. Why would the people, who work on the floor, not be qualified? A huge inconvenience.

Told me my online order was cancelled without checking in the system. Made me rebuy product at store . After I left check bank statement got charged twice for the same product. Went back to the store got my refund. Do not use online and pickup at. I will shop on Amazon for now

I shop here from time to time. Had to return a few things. Was told by the only associate in the store I had to wait for the manager. 10 minutes later no manager. They were receiving a truck and could not leave to help me for a minute. No ETA on when I would be helped and acted as if I was a problem. Looks like my money isnt good here anymore.

I don’t like the layout of the store everything is crammed into a really small space and instead of making everything like easy to find everything is stacked up to the ceiling, I don’t feel like I’m shopping for my party needs I feel like I’m in a funhouse.

They got rid of the kids costume wall and now they just have a few types of kids costumes scattered around the sales floor. What happened??! Maybe they are pushing everything online because of Covid?
