He did a good job putting the viper basic alarm system but if you ask him to put in a advanced system he is not able to do it right. and I would never go back since he cant even follow the info I told him to follow since I had him also install a alarm and a smart start system together and he cant even get it installed right and working because he did not lesson to me. I would say he is great at sound systems and all other types but if you do any more then a basic alarm system then you are going to have to rewire it your self to get it to work right. when I got home had to rewire the alarm and the smart start to get it to work.

I honestly can say that Revolution Audio is by far the best when it comes to quality, price and availability. I personally made an appointment and Randy was very professional, polite & to the point. Got in to his store the next day unlike other audio shops waiting for a week or two. The store was clean and had ample room for the limousine to repair as i had to replace the CD player. Randy when out of the way to reach his vendors to get the CD player which i preferred to install in the limousine being a Hi Tech player which is rare to find. He was courteous to offer me beverages and waited in his spacious office while he got the job done. After the installation Randy had me test the CD player and also gave me some additional tips on how to maintain it. Excellent service from Revolution Audio and i highly recommend them to all my family, friends and affiliates. Thank you Randy.

Stayed late on a Saturday to install my switchbacks last minute. Hes super meticulous! He took his time making sure not to break anything. Quality, top notch!!

Randy is a great person, but i am going to have to give him a low rating. I had a alarm and sound system installed. I had to get a new set of woofers because the custom box he built suffocated the one sub i bought from him. My alarm still goes off at random times so i cant even use it. After spending about 2400. I had to spend another 600 to fix his work. Plus he did a terrible job putting the inside of my car back together. Sorry about this but i just have to be honest. My car sounds like it is supposed to now. The custom fiberglass box i hand built into my trunk is now used for storage space.

Randy Novotny (The business owner) did a great job on my 2014 Nissan Altima SL. I wanted to change the entertainment console to an aftermarket one with Apple Car Play installed. The installation was clean. All my main controls are working and I cant imagine not having this unit in my car. It feels like I have a 2019 vehicle now. He provides a 1 year warranty and was very transparent. I would definitely recommend him for your car tech needs.

Excellent experience. I couldnt be more impressed by Randy and Ernie.I found Revolution Audio listed on Vipers website as a Preferred Dealer, and I needed an alarm installed ASAP. They were able to schedule me the next day (Saturday!) and had my vehicle back within just a couple of hours. They were extremely friendly and took the time to explain every feature of my new alarm system. You can tell they enjoy what they do and arent in it for a quick buck. Their pricing for parts and labor were very competitive, as well.Ernie even took a few minutes and cleaned up my headlight housings, which were in awful shape. I cant recommend these guys enough.

I wanted to get LED lights installed in the dashboard of my truck. I called here, was told it would cost a couple hundred dollars, which we both agreed would be around 200. After working on it for a day, he called me and started talking about how difficult it was, and how many bulbs he had to use. I told him I still wanted to stay around the $200 range. When my truck was finished, they told me my total was $420.I guess the LEDs are okay. He also didn’t install some of the smaller LEDs on my dashboard, because they were “too difficult“.

I check out his reviews stop by the shop we talk gave me a price I could work with to install my radio Jvc 7720. My radio look like it was factory install he had it done in good time for me to drive back to work. A good guy will go back again dont let this one star guy run you away.

I wanted a new system in my Audi Q7 that was completely stealth, wouldnt affect storage space, and would have audiophile sound quality. Randy installed a system that exceeded every one of my requirements! This guy rocks! I cant recommend Randy highly enough.

Randy is the best. Best Buy/Geek Squad hustled and upselled me right out the door when I bought a Pioneer CarPlay system as a birthday present to myself. They told me they had a dash kit that they didn’t and took two hours and $400 I’ll never see again.I called about three different AV garages and Randy called back almost immediately and told me he had one dash kit left and he would hold it for me.It was a newer model dash kit (with included climate touch controls which was REALLY neat) that Randy told me up front was a system unfamiliar to him, but he would give it a shot. It was a two day installation, but you really can’t rush art because he did a beautiful job.I always recommend Randy and Revolution Audio for aftermarket systems. 5/5!
