I went there for my appointment at 12p and they were ready and waiting for me :) They said it would take an hour and a half and they were done just before that. After a week of letting the tint cure I saw that there were some small hairline scratches all over my driver side window. I came in and he replaced it NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Terrible place to go, I left my car for 6 hours in this place, and when they called me to pick up the car, the inside of my car was dirty, they didn’t clean my windows, they left tinto rapper all over the car, they are not professional, they don’t do a good work, David and his partner did a terrible job on my car. Definitely they need to go to school so they can learn how to tint, my windows have bubbles.

Ive went there two times so far. Fair prices and excellent work. They offer lifetime warranty for peeling and bubbles. Not sure youll have to use it because I got mine tinted about 4 years back and its still in perfect condition.

So I got my window tint there when I first got my car, the guy was very nice but when they tinted my car, they did not cover the Alcántara arm rest on the doors, Alcántara is like suede and if you get it wet, it gets ruined, so I had to go home and dry it myself and try to save it as much as possible, also one of the guys who was helping him out stole my iPhone charger, I know this for a fact because I was charging my phone on the way to get my windows tinted, the tint on my car was good but I didn’t appreciate what happened

Disappointing, They break or damage something on your vehicle and please expect them to not resolve it! Would not recommend! Had my brand new vehicle there for tints, they broke my window and I had to call my insurance because the owner did not want to use his.it being his fault and admitting it.

Called with 2 hours notice on a Saturday and was told to come on in. They did a 5 window and windshield strip tint job on my F150 and it came out great. I was super happy with the price and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I will definitly be reccomending AutoXtras to my friends and family!

Terrible service I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have a sedan and they soaked my rear speakers with water and soap. And left a mess for me to clean up. Poor quality in tinting, poor customer service. Instead of having a solution for the problem I only received a attitude and was told there is nothing they can do about it. This place is a one 1 star

I called up late on a Saturday and spoke with the manager/owner. Answered all my questions on the phone including an accurate quote. He stayed late, did a great job and was very helpful since this my first stint at tint.He talked about changes in his business and how he had to start all over again. In this economy I cant understand how anyone could honor warranties from an old business - thats why companies incorporate so people dont go bankrupt and lose their homes. Been through that myself.Good location - across from Kanes, east of Best Buy on the same side of Hwy. 50. Not only would I go back but Id send my friends there. Ive dealt with some fly by night guys from Craigslist, but after you get the run around and they sell you the extras, I think Id rather deal with someone honest and upfront.
