Pablo is an amazing person, he will go out of his way to get the job done and was helpful each step of the way. Would of been 5 stars if it was not for one of his co-workers being dismissive, quick to anger and says I was threatening him. I do have a grumpy disposition but I dont go around threatening people right after walking in the door, especially now after my spine surgery, a moderately strong wind can knock me down at this point still. I have been working with Pablo with the matter I had with my key fob which was a special case and my mistake was in hindsight is that I should of explained my case better to the person when I walked in the door ( I guess) or asked for Pablo right off the bat as he was the one I have been dealing with.Nevertheless, if Pablo is working there you are going to get the best out of your situation.

Pleasantly surprised to learn Batteries Plus carried automotive/marine batteries. Ordering process was easy and quick. Ordered online and my batteries were ready for pickup in less than 10 min. They even collected the two extra marine batteries I needed to have recycled which got them out of my hair. Very pleased with my experience.

Outstanding Customer Service! I stopped by here to replace my car battery, and Im glad I did! Julian provided me with above and beyond customer service. He replaced my car battery which involved multiple extra steps due to my cars make and model. He never complained once, he was polite and professional about having to do extra steps in replacing my car battery and didnt once complain when it started to lightly drizzle while Julian swiftly put everything back the way it was. I had an unfortunate mishap when I had my battery replaced and then went in the pool with watch on. You can imagine what happened but what Pablo the owner did next was amazing. The people are nice and prices are pretty good. The online ordering is very clunky. Accidentally made the order to this store which is a bit far from my house but was told I couldnt get a refund and go to a diffrent location without physically coming to the location even though I made the order online. They said the battery would arrive in a week due to not having one in stock. After a few weeks I became frustrated my battery still never arrived and never got a straight answer from the store. After almost 3 weeks the manager Pablo informed me the manufacturer of the battery had been having issues and it would take 3-4 months from the manufacturer being a main supplier of AGM batteries for my 02 miata. He kindly refunded my order. Just wish they could have found out and informed me sooner than having me wait so long.

Paulo was who I interacted with. He’s a very personable person with extensive knowledge. They open at 8am which is awesome. I took my phone in because my screen was cracked and responding but not at the same time. It would allow you to open folders but not apps. It let you switch screens and enter the passcode. The power button was unresponsive so I couldn’t reset the phone. He looked at it and explained what he was looking at. He was able to reset it and the phone returned to normal. I asked him how much and he said “we don’t charge for something small like that.” That was a thoughtful action in today’s world. I was very impressed and grateful. Not only do they sell every type of battery, they sell light bulbs of every kind, they repair key fobs/remotes, and phone screens. They won a new client today!

Needed a new battery ASAP. Called the location near Altamonte who advised the battery i need is in the East colonial location. Im not from around the area but after calling 6 times and one of those times being sent straight to voicemail. Ive found what I needed from autozone. Business must be great for batteries plus bulbs. Even if your busy its common courtesy to pick up the phone and say please hold. Without autozone I would be stuck in this area for 3 days. Thanks autozone.

Even though there is no longer a mask or social distancing mandate in the state of Florida I was asked to leave for not wearing a mask. Thats there right and store policy and its also our right to shop in places that dont discriminate based on us living a lives as normal.

Easy ordering process. I walked in and my order was ready to be picked up. My payment was promptly processed, as was my refund for my core. The 2 year warranty is double anywhere else for the same battery and the price is very competitive, even before the discount for ordering online.

I went to buy a battery for my car. Instead of just selling me a battery, they tested it, then tested my starter and alternator. I just needed my battery cleaned and they took care of that too!! Free of charge!A few days later, I went back to purchase a battery and explained to the assistant manager, Jonathan that I had been the location to purchase a battery and they checked and told me I didnt need one but car was still not cranking properly. He checked my again and I actually needed a battery. He had to order the battery I needed and told me to come back the next day. He gave me a card and told me to show the card when I came back to do a warranty exchange. I came there with the intentions on purchasing the battery so I was pleased.When I arrive the next day, I explain what Jonathan did and showed his card. The manager, Pablo was there. He took my information to see when I purchased my original battery. Another attendant Anthony met me outside to change out the battery. Before he could put the new battery in, Pablo told Anthony to stop because my battery was out of warranty. I said well your assistant manager made a decision to exchange it based on his judgment. After going back and forth with me, Pablo suggested that they clean my old battery and put it back in my car knowing it was bad. I suggested he contact Jonathan to verify but as a customer I expect what was offered. He walked back in the store. After some time passed, Anthony goes back in to find out what he should do. Pablo informed him, they would honor the warranty exchange. He never came back out to say another word to me. He has horrible people skills.

Last stop before the non-hurricane that didnt hit. Got a good deal on some battery powered, motion sensor lights for key places inside the house. Also dropped off some depleted glass mat lead acid batteries that needed to be recycled.

I got in and out with no problems and it was easy to get my core fee returned with no hassle. Overall an easy process.

My daughters phone wasnt holding a charge, so we got a new battery here. When it still wasnt holding a charge, I brought the battery back. I called up asking if they had any 9 volt batteries in stock for my weather radio for the upcoming hurricane. The man who answered told me they had a 12 pack and I asked if it were possible for him to sell me a couple individually out of that 12-pack and that I would be happy to pay a reasonable price for them. After Consulting with another employee he told me no that was not possible and could only sell me the whole 12 pack which I didnt need. I would have thought that during a crisis of this kind they can make an exception but apparently thats not the case.

Jeff was amazing; I cant say enough as to how impressed I was with his assistance with the issues I was having with my remote keys. He replaced 2 batteries. One of the remotes was still not working properly and he did several things before figuring out the dealer actually gave me the wrong key! Ive never been able to use the key and now I know why! I was so agitated the night before when both keys werent working. Jeff put in the extra effort with just a couple of extra steps; going out to my car, etc and resolved this aggravating situation for me. Most folks wouldnt care and just refund me the money but not Jeff; he said give me a few minutes; let me check this out. Outstanding service and might I add I was there at the end of the day which is even more impressive. Jeff obviously likes what he does and Im appreciative of his excellent customer service and you dont run across a caring, helpful person in the service industry too often. Thanks Jeff; I hope you are recognized for your great attitude and I will be back even though this store isnt the closest to where I live.

Jeff was SO helpful with my airheaded iPhone situation. Great customer service still exists! I also purchased a laptop battery in April and they were very helpful--it came on time and they called me to pick it up promptly.

They make a point to over charge here. They wanted to charge $30 for a small battery that goes in your key. Just got to amazon or Walmart where you can get the same battery for $10. When you ask them about it they just don’t care. Will not be going back ever. They did the same thing to the nice lady next to me who had questions about her phone.

My alarm on my phone went off at 7am on a Saturday and I tried turning it off with the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus (had the screen recently replaced at another place of business) and there was no response to touch. So I was went online on a computer to find somewhere I can take my phone to, but all places didn’t open till 10am. I seen that this location was open at 8am which was great cause I had to elsewhere before 10am. So I drove to this location. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Pablo and I addressed my problem to him and he went right to work. I went to browse around the store they had some neat stuff in there actually. But in about less than 5 minutes the problem was resolved. It seems as if the last place of business who worked on my phone didn’t seat the cable for the digitizer properly and came loose. He put everything back together and isn’t charge me a dime. I thank you again Pablo keep up the good work.

I would give one point from the star if I could because another customer was fun to talk to. What a bunch of dimwits! The emoloyee didnt know his bulb from a battery. We had a stare down contest before I handed out my hand for my phone and we left. There was no greeting nor a farewell.
