Terrible service experience followed up by an even worse sales experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!I had a very bad experience with their service department months ago when I wanted a simple tire replacement.I figured I would give them another try due to location and look at purchasing a vehicle this week. It was the biggest waste of time for my family with very unprofessional sales people. I was passed around to three different sales people and the sales person that walked the inventory lot with us had the zero personality and zero professionalism. After he pointed out a few vehicles to us, he said he was going back inside to get the keys so that we could look inside and then test drive. We STOOD IN THE PARKING LOT next to the vehicles for about 20 minutes and finally a different sales associate came out and said she had no idea what was going on but that our previous sales person had another appointment that came in so he handed it off to her. I was given a ridiculous price that was not even close to my original quote from the first sales person.I was lied to over the phone by the first salesperson in order to drag me and my family in and find out that the price quote I was given over the phone was more than $350/month less than what they offered when I got to the dealership.Very disappointed! I would highly recommend finding another dealership. I could provide names but I’ve decided not to.

I totally recommend Emir! Emir has helped me out on figuring what my ideal car is.. I told him im big and tall and need something for family and to race. and for now he has been the greatest salesman I have ever talked to. this guy is something else! Emir stays in contact, he doesnt push the deal or anything, he lets you take your decision and make sure you are sure about the decision that you are taking. If you guys need a car go to this dealership and ask for Emir and he will get you right!

This was my first time ever at this dealership and it was a great simple experience. I called and spoke with Emir (EJ). I gave him the task to find me a certain Jeep that I was having trouble locating and he called me as soon as one arrived. Bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit.I highly recommend Emir…Not once was he ever “pushy”. He stayed in contact with me through text until he found a vehicle matching what we wanted.Negotiations was very simple, came to a deal quickly and went to finance. Walter (finance guy) was fantastic. My 2 yr old daughter was with us and he noticed she was needing something to do while we signed the papers. He went out of his way and grabbed a box of crayons and coloring paper for her to play with while we did our thing in finance.Keep it up guys

Was charged $149.95 in LABOR COSTS for them to hook my car to a computer to diagnose the problem. They also tacked on a miscellaneous charge of $18.74 to pay shop charge for repair order because they typed in a website to see if my warranty covered the repair or not. All in total, I paid $179.65 to this business for about 10 to 15 minutes worth of work. Absolutely shameful!!I called Chrysler Group and found that each dealership sets own prices and found that this diagnostic is usually about $65.00. Do yourself a favor and call Chrysler Group and find a better service department for your vehicle in this area!

Karibe was wonderful. He helped me resolve my fab key issue in great timing and he was pleasant to talk to you! Great job! Everyone was awesome from the service department, to the guys in the waiting room who lent me their charger and all the way through check out. I was informed the whole way. Ive been to other Chrysler Dodge dealerships, but this one at the airport killed it!!!

Stay Away!!!! Scam artist at its finest. If you’re looking for an honest transaction STAY AWAY from AIRPORT CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP. Place is a crooked as it comes, not a single trust worthy person in there. Sales managers Chuck and Eric are the epitome of a sleezy car salesman Brent is a sales guy there along with another guy named Nick. Both are snakes and cannot be trusted. Same with the finance guy named James. The finance guy straight up lied to my face during the signing process. Tried tacking on all kinds of extra fees and lied about sales price. Seen other reviews with the same issues. One day they are going to steal from the wrong person.Enjoy your nee Jeep Brent!

Would have been my second jeep from them. Walked in to buy a Gladiator, perfect credit. All I asked was for the advertised final price. Salesman takes to the floor manager and comes back saying the price is good, dealer fee tax tag title... But oh buy the way the only way we will sell it to you is with $1495 airport value package which is locking lug nuts and window shades. It was not installed yet either. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate governing bodies. The worst part when I said no way and was walking out the other sales guys actually laughed and waved.

I was getting my Dodge Dart fixed at Firestone and they had to send it to this dealership to get the computer fixed. They reprogrammed my car’s computer within a day, but gave me and Firestone this whole runaround about it not being fixed yet and needing a new grill shutter and all these different things. The grill shutter isn’t broken. Never has been. It was obvious that these people were just trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need and I felt almost scammed. Like…does the car go when you hit the gas? Yeah? Cool, then why are we having this conversation? It was frustrating and they kept my car for over a week after it was fixed. NOT how you do business if you ask me.

Ordered off of their website, verified the part was correct and they STILL SENT THE WRONG ONE! And now wont refund the shipping. I didnt make the mistake and order the wrong part, they sent a different part. Im reasonable, but after waiting for 3 weeks to get the wrong item, thats ridiculous. Now they tell me the right part is back-ordered, but if I go on their site, it magically says its available. Be honest with people when parts arent available! And be honest by owning your mistake and refund peoples money, ALL OF IT!

I went to the other dealer and repaired my A.C. line and rotated tires out the door $612.80 plus purchasing the part on Saturday for $99.88. so $712.68 versus your $971.21. It took 3 hours to wait for the vehicle. I am appalled that youre overcharging and over-stating the time it will take to fix an A.C. line; Im not a mechanic and knew that the line is sitting on top easy enough to get to, so 6 hours which is what your mechanic is stating is over much.This is the second time I left your dealership feeling let down.I will no longer come in for an oil change, or any other issue with my vehicle; I will drive the distance to other dealerships besides airport dodge. They reached out to me on my cell phone regarding a specific car I was interested in. I make an appointment for the very next day to go see and test drive the car. They even called to confirm my appointment that day. When we get there we are told the car was never at their dealership. Complete waste of time. We were lied to, just to get us in the door. Where to begin.I don’t think I have ever been taken advantage of so bad. I found a vehicle that they had listed online. When Nick the salesman told me it was available for the listed price I drove 1.25 hours to purchase vehicle. It wasn’t until I Finally made it to finance that I realized I had been lied to. The finance guys name was James I believe or something like that. He was really jittery and trying to get me to sign paperwork way too fast when I noticed a dollar amount significantly larger than what the vehicle was listed for I questioned him. He started acting very sketchy. I told him in the middle of his rambling that I was taking my buisness elsewhere. Come to find out they were trying to add $5k+ to the actual sales price due to vehicle demand. They never once said this at any point at any time. Oh and the sales manager Eric is very unprofessional. Amazing he actually has a job there.STEER CLEAR IF YOURE LOOKING FOR ANY HONEST TRANSACTION

Took my 2016 keep compass there. The electronic throttle control (ETC) light was on my dashboard. They did a diagnostic test, and apparently couldnt find the issue.My battery and spark plugs replaced. On my drive home, the ETC light came back on and i had issues driving. Also my muffler started rattling when idle. I didnt have that problem before going thereTook my car to a Honda dealership and they fixed it no problem. My throttle body had to be replaced.I dont have a problem with my battery and sparks plugs being changed. I needed that done. My problem is that the main problem wasnt addressed. I barely made it home.

Fantastic experience and service from this dealership!! This was our second car purchase from here, and for good reason. Shawn Stuart was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and was a very genuine and honest salesman—which seems hard to come by. My father who has purchased 15-20 cars in his lifetime and brother who is a car salesman for a different brand both said that this car purchase was the smoothest they had ever experienced as well. If you get a sales guy named “Brent” (he has a terrible haircut), he’ll try to be cool then turn into a hot head. He plays the “bad guy” role so you can walk away. Then the manager (good guy) will call you back if you are giving a realistic offer to continue the negotiations.Then the finance guy tried to add $200, blamed it on the tag fees. Then he tried to add $60, blamed it on unexpected tag fees lol. “It’s only $60” they said.Fun times.Not the best experience but that’s what you’ll deal with until the Tesla purchase model becomes more mainstream to put these scammy dealerships out of business. I met some cool sales guys at other dealerships (Kevin @ Ford of Clermont) I would have loved to give my business to but inventory is low now a days.I Definitely won’t be coming back here again, ever.

I would give 0 stars if I could for the reasons below. I do not recommend this dealership at all.1. I was coerced into a very high survey rating while at the dealership on the tablet. The salesperson watched what I gave and then complained to me when it was not a 10. I should have given a zero after that. Very unprofessional.2. Car did not come with a full tank of gas and I was bribed for a full tank if I gave a 10 on their survey (I did not take the bribe). My paperwork even showed that I should have gotten a full tank of gas with my car.3. I was told that the Airport Package comes with the vehicle when I buy it from this location (and was told my price was based on that), however I was told when picking up my vehicle that I actually did not get all the features of the Airport Package. I am still waiting to receive all of those features that I was sold on.4. The car was used on a tollway (twice) with my temporary plate before I had bought the car and I received the bill later for it. I should not be paying for tolls I did not take. When I asked the salesperson, he said he didnt know what happens in that scenario.5. My name is spelled incorrectly on the emails I get from Dodge, SiriusXM, and other emails I get relating to my car and car purchase. I just spent thousands of dollars and the dealership cannot even take the time to make sure my name is spelled correctly?6. I was told I would be able to pick up the car as soon as they brought it from another location (which they said would be the next day), but then the dealership changed their mind and forced me to wait an additional day from the original day they had told me I could pick it up. The miscommunication was very frustrating and affected my plans.In conclusion, I would avoid this dealership at all costs. They just want your money and will nickle and dime you for everything. I later realized they also charged me an extra fee for no reason.

This dealership is full of crooks. They tried to sell me a $1,000 repair on a lie. When in reality the vehicle was fixed under recall and sat there for almost a week because no one told me it was ready to be picked up. Imagine if I didn’t know about the recall I would’ve payed $1,000 to fix something I wasn’t even there for LOL.On top do that I payed a diagnostic for a repair that was done under the recall. Just lol

I was servicing my Ram 3500, dually, there recently. Just doing tire rotation. They gave me an estimate wait time 2.5 hours and $89,99 explaining that they will have to dismount tires and put them back on. So, I waited for almost 3 hrs. They just swapped the rims without dismounting the tires and charged me $108. (I paid before I saw the truck). When I asked the manager why I was misinformed and why it took so long, he said the advisor is new. He guessed another vehicle was on the lift. What’s the purpose to make an appointment then!? Which I did to save time.My truck is a dually, and the technician put the tires the way the air valves were blocked, so I had to come back.During my another visit, they forgot to tighten the air hose when replacing EGR cooler.Horrible experience. I don’t think I will ever be back there.

I have purchased all of my vehicles from this dealership and loved every single one. I recently purchased a Dodge Ram 3500 to tow our travel trailer and it’s perfect. The truck was used (2017), but in excellent condition, perfect for the entire family and I; plenty of room. My experiences with the sales department was pleasant, as always. Management was great in explaining the truck details to me and provided all paperwork needed. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a vehicle or for their service needs. I may not have had a worse experience at a dealership in my life. My visit in short:I searched online and found a great price (seemed too good to be true). I called and spoke to a manager about the specific truck I wanted and was assured the discounts were updated and the price online was my price. Upon arrival I get to the quote and Im quoted a price that not only excluded the discount, but they add a 5K market value price addition. Thus the price of the truck jumped over 10K from the price listed online. Upon asking the manager at the dealership, I was told the internet price may or may not be correct. Combine this with offering 8K less than their own internet (KBB) value for my truck and you simply have a disaster of a deal.Long story short is I was flat out lied to in order to get me in the dealership. Maybe this is simply how this company does business, but I would shop elsewhere.

First and foremost this place has the absolute worst customer service, specifically the service department. I arrived to the place at 2pm, and I did not leave until 5:15pm. They told me that that the wait would be 1hr to 1.5hrs (no problem things happen). They apparently did a service recall, an oil change, and a tire rotation. When I received my vehicle, I drove it 10mins to the grocery store. I spent exactly 6 minutes in the store and when I came out my car would not start. I called the dealership to let them know the issue, they sent someone out to give me a jump. When I arrived back at the dealership the service member Karibe Moses checked my car and told me that my battery went dead (before I arrived nothing was wrong with my battery). Instead of taking accountability for the issue being on them. He proceeded to tell me how batteries in cars work (as if I didn’t know that). This inconvenience made me late picking up my child from daycare and on top of that I received another bill for $195 on top of the $144 I had already spent. The best part is he told me that if I didn’t get a new battery the same thing was going to happen when I cut my car off. My problem with this whole situation is that the factory recall that they did on my vehicle drained my battery. It was the techs job to tell me that prior to letting me drive off and get stranded at the grocery store that I needed a new one or take accountability for his mistake. When I told them I needed all of my money back for the initial service that I received they told me that there was no manager on site and they could not give me my money back. This place is truly horrible and I hope that no one has to deal with their terrible customer service and inexperienced technicians. Save your money and your time.

I was employed by this company for almost a year in 2019-2020 I watched as an associate in the shop laid hands on a manager shoving him into a wall WHILE ON THE CLOCK over something so silly; a car pile up in the wash bay. The higher ups discussed the situation and fired the manager whom was shoved into the wall for doing nothing wrong and let the other associate stay employed. I no longer felt safe in this work environment and left the same day as the manager. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE! ALLOWING UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY IN THE BUILD IS AN UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT

Then, to add insult to injury, he tried to sell us a lesser model. We left there and went to Greenway CDJR. The atmosphere is sooo much better there!!!!!! Took my car in for a tire rotation and balance. I used the express lane and was out in about 2 hours. The advisor was nice (Tyler I think was his name) and now my vehicle runs so smooth. No more vibration! The only thing is, they overfilled all 4 tires by alot! My PSI is 32 and tire should not exceed 40. Tires were 48, 49, 50 cold. Over 50 when hot. So just keep an eye out on that. Otherwise, everything was good.

Their online parts department has UNBELIEVABLY SHADY return policies/logic.Ordered ~$250 worth of parts from these guys, including a door wiring harness that had a short in it DIRECTLY out of the plastic wrap. They refused to take it back. First it was Oh, we dont provide returns or exchanges on electrical parts.After we talked through how absurd that stance was on a BRAND NEW $50 item, their next excuse was Oh well you didnt enter your VIN on the order form, so we wont take it. Thats an easy fix. Heres my VIN number, I apologize for the oversight (?)Then they switch gears to Well, this is the right part number for your Jeep, so we wont accept it back. (By the way, yes it is.)Jeep owners are heavy modders that spend thousands of dollars... I cant believe these guys would play hardball over a $50 wire harness. I would STRONGLY recommend you avoid doing business with them.

Terrible service! Tactless, inconsiderate, thoughtless! Was given an appointment to service my car, I left my car at 9:30am on that day. I was told that services for my particular car issue was offered only on Tuesday’s. It was 2pm when I asked what was the status on my vehicle, get ready for this… my car had been sitting there since I had left it (9:30am) it hadn’t been worked on. Supposedly they said there’s no one there worked on that particular issue. They had my number, they could’ve called and tell me. I was clearly told that there was someone that worked on that issue only on tuesdays. So that’s why I’m giving it a one star review which is too much, if I could leave a ZERO star review, I would.

What I witnessed in their treatment of a potential customer was appalling and just plain rude.He wasn’t even allowed to test drive a vehicle for ‘insurance’ reasons? Huh? He has full coverage and wanted to test drive.Buyer beware. This dealership will lure you in with an enticing email/mailer offer, then give you a full, judgmental shakedown before you can even take a look at what they have to offer. By far the best Lease buying experience I ever had. This was my Fifth Lease and 1st at this dealership. Shaila was fantastic as my Sales Associate, she always responded to my text or calls promptly and came through with any last minute fixes before I signed my deal. I want to go in and speak about a customer posted not trues and simplified what really happened to makes us look bad and not take responsibility for a part that he installed incorrectly and it would not be under warranty. Not the dealers fault that he can not follow simple introductions on how to install a cold air intake and then wants us to fix it for free just because he could not follow instructions. Then goes gives a bad review. The $100 dollars was for a full synthetic oil change and for tech to fix his mistake. Not retaliation!!!! Today was my last day working at Airport Chrysler they are good people working hard to make customer experience be excellent and when people like J Smith go and are rude to everyone and want good service well is hard to service some one like that with a smile. I went to this dealership to get an oil change and I believe the gentleman I worked with was named Edwin. He did not want to check to see if my oil change was covered by the warranty and told me to pay for it or leave. I was also promised a ride back to work and he told me that there were no vehicles he could use on the entire lot. Do not recommend. They do not have a transparent process! None of the prices are on the vehicles. They don’t even have the specs on the vehicles!Furthermore, their used lot vehicles are nasty!If you go here you will be sure to find a high mileage used car with stains, scratches, and a flat tire for more than 40k.Not a good experience!

We bought a 2018 Jeep Trailhawk and our salesman was Edwin. He was fairly new with the company but they made a great decision hiring him. He was so energetic and genuine while dealing with us and didnt treat us like a typical car salesman. We had a couple little minor issues during the negotiation, but due to his hospitality we moved forward with buying the Jeep because he took such great care of us. If you receive this coupon, dont waste time. This coupon, which doesnt say anything about it, is only for Chrysler cars according to the person who answered me. I tried to change the oil in my car and they said that the value would be $60, that this coupon would not be discounted because it is a Hybrid car. With that I said that I had another car, Kia Forte, and the person said that this coupon only served for Chrysler cars, and thats when I asked to show me where it was written on the coupon? Of course it is not written, but the person discarded me ... Definitely if we cannot trust a simple promotional coupon, how can we trust a few thousand dollars when buying a vehicle at a store like this. A total disappointment with this store. Next time you send a promotional coupon to the customers home, please specify that only want to serve cars of their own brand, because for me this is misleading advertising. Have a great week.

Buyer Beware – Certified Preowned Jeep (Damaged)In early November 2019, I went to the dealership because I saw a used CPO vehicle online. Upon the initial walkthrough inspection I did visually, everything seemed okay, and the dealer did not disclose any damage, nor was there any reported on carfax.I worked with Scott and Todd in the sales center, which on the surface was a pleasant experience. I took the Jeep home after agreeing on a price that day. The next week went out of country for a month. I returned back Jan 4th and noticed a large dent on the tailgate which had rust!! This told me the damage had occurred some time ago in the past (for rust to occur). I thought CPO vehicles go through a rigorous inspection process?I called the dealership and explained this wasn’t disclosed and was sold like this, (no way the dealer didnt know about the damage). Scott (the supervisor of used cars) told me he wouldn’t do anything to correct the issue, and all vehicles are sold “as is”. To be fair I should have caught this damage before, but it was behind the tire and therefore, visually blocked from sight. However the dealership had a chance to do the right thing and address the problem, they chose not to.This is a warning to you future buyers, to check the vehicle, and ask the dealer to disclose any damage. I am beyond frustrated with CDJ AIPRORT DEALERSHIP! I’ve expressed my concerns with my 2020 Jeep Grand cherokee which i purchased from this DEALERSHIP. My Jeep has been struggling to start ! i informed Nick in the service department regarding my concern. He told me he couldn’t find an issue with it but if i can take a video of it when it happens i can send it to his email. It kept happening again, constantly ever since i spoke with him about the issue. i video recorded it and called him he then asked me to come in on Thursday, Which was yesterday. i brought in the jeep around 8am. Spoke to Nick around 1230pm and they were still trying to find out the issue. spoke to Randy the service manager and was snarky and quite sarcastic with me over the phone! his doesn’t have any customer service skills! After, around 830pm i received a call from i believe his name is kareem . He told me he found out the issue and was told by nick to give me a call as soon as he found out what the problem was. He told me it was the battery and the car should be ready around 10am. nick called me then and told me that it was both batteries that needed to be fixed and that ONE WAS COVERED BY MY EXTENDED WARRANTY but that i Would HAVE TO PAY FOR THE OTHER ?? I DONT UNDERSTAND THAT ONE but then there’s more . i came to dealership to pick up my jeep and paid THE 180 for the battery. SO NOW IT IS 825 pm And guess Who still HAS THE SAME ISSUE???!!! I DO!! Which means I PAID FOR A BATTERY FOR NO REASON BECAUSE THE JEEP IS STILL MAKING THE SAME NOISE!! We made an appointment to go pick up our new truck and hours before our appointment they tell us that there is a market adjustment and the price of truck is now 5000 more then what the website advertises. This at a minimum is false advertising but it also seems like a breach of a verbal contract. These people are criminals.

Look no further than Andrew Cohen as a terrific sales person at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Was clearly more knowledgeable and helpful than others at this and three other dealerships. Knew the cars inside and out, including advanced features, options and even the multiple layers of the dashboard touchscreen. Encyclopedic knowledge. Very impressive. Even came in on his off day to close the deal. Found his name on multiple other online reviews from very satisfied customers, and altered my schedule to make sure he would be there on my first visit. I rarely leave reviews but he really earned this one.

Buyer beware of undisclosed fees! Went to purchase a used 2019 Ram listed for 28k, after test driving and inspecting it we decided to go ahead and “pull the trigger “. I told the salesperson upon our arrival exactly where I needed to be, so there would be no surprises. The salesperson returns with a breakdown of the cost of the vehicle, it is now at 35k. Not only were they not willing to drop the cost of the vehicle one penny, ( despite being a cash offer), they added on a $1700 “ reconditioning fee”, as well as a $1500 fee to “ certify “ the vehicle. Both of which are bogus fees! After a lengthy back forth, the sales manager comes out to greet us with his robotic monotone. He states that he’s negotiable, which in fact was untrue. I said I willing to pay for the truck outright for 30k and the best he could do was 32k. That’s removing the bogus fees and not dropping the price of the vehicle one cent, that’s not negotiating! I walked and it must be nice to be in a position these days to be willing to blow a sale over $1700, especially for a truck that has been sitting for two months. Oh yeah, I forgot, the arrogant sales manager said that it would sell eventually. Thanks for wasting our time on my 44th.

Crysler, Jeep, RAM airport is not just a corporate business. This company has warm beating heart and It is run by real people, with real skill with real passion for service, sacrifice, duty and honor. I have issues with my RAM 350 that can be fixed in 10 days due to stock backlog of parts but I have to report to my next duty station in 4 days. The Service manager has played an orchestra with every instruments are synchronized in one tone in order to make sure the process is expedited in one day. In other words, he went beyond the call of duty to make sure parts and service are done 100x faster. The issue of my RAM 350 got fixed and I continue with my travel. For the stuff and the management, I want to let you know that I am genuinely appreciative and a recipient of your excellent.service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recently leased a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer. The vehicle had 46 miles on it when I got it. Right after taking it, I noticed the 8.4 Uconnect display screen is defective. I told Airport Chrysler about it immediately, and instead of getting me a new vehicle without defects, they have me making warranty claims through their service department.After much back and forth, many unreturned phone calls, and being passed on from one person to the next, they have told me there is no fix and nothing to be done. They have said my vehicle is drivable and I should be satisfied with that.In the end, I am left with a malfunctioning Uconnect screen (a huge technology flaw), paying a premium price for a premium product that doesnt work. The lack of concern from the dealer and service department is like nothing I have experienced with any other car dealer. Beware if you buy from this dealer and something isnt working properly.

To give credit where it is due, every salesman I have dealt with here has been respectful and upfront on their end. With that said.Its not the best dealership Ive been to but not the worst either. There are definitely some old time car sales techniques being used here, which quite frankly just do not have a place in this world anymore. For instance, theyll advertise a vehicle at a discounted price to get you in the door. Then lay out the numbers and add on almost $5k in dealer addons/fees/etc (Outside of the normal tax, tag, title etc). I dont understand these dealers adding in window tint on a brand new vehicle automatically. Do you not consider your customer, in that maybe they would want lighter/darker or ceramic vs normal? They they want to charge you thousands for a dealer package that is tint/wheel locks/ etc. instead of just trying to sell the vehicle as it is from the factory.I get they have to make money, but deceiving a customer to get them in the door, IMO, is not the way to go. Its just a red flag that makes me wonder what other practices are put in place. I have previously purchased two used vehicles from them in the past, but I think I have made my last visit to this particular place.

Most horrible experience. I agreed on a price on a Tuesday and I was to pick up my truck on Saturday. The finance department refused to send my bank the bill of sale in hopes I would use their financing department. Finally on Friday at 4:50 they finally sent the bill of sale, but with the wrong vin number. My bank was unable to process my loan in time so I could not pick up the vehicle on Saturday. I still went hoping for a full explination of all the buttons and features. The sales person was knowledgable in some areas but not all. I wanted to know how to get out the spare tire and the sales person didnt think there was one. There is definitely a spare tire. The people in the service department were too busy and unable to assist with the tire. On Monday when I was finally able to pick up my truck, the vehicle was dirty. I was told it was detailed for Saturday. Well there was bird droppings on the vehicle and I found more in the bed of the truck when I got home. I should not have had to wash a brand new vehicle the day I bring it home. The service department was apparently closed later on Monday when I arrived so I was still unable to learn about the spare tire. Although posted hours state they still should have been open. The sales person promised to send me a video about the spare tire and that never happened, although I was promised a detailing at a later date. I wrote a complaint about my experience and a manager contacted me. Of course they seemed understanding. He also seemed to blame the entire bad experience on the sales person and none of it on the finance department. They were the most aggravating of all. The manager was probably patting the finance department on the back for trying so hard to get me to use their financing. Above the doorway of the dealership it clearly states if you buy a vehicle and the sales person fails to introduce you to the service department they owe you $100. The manager stated he would send me the $100 but a few weeks later I still have not recieved a check. I attempted to e-mail the manager a few different ways and it all got kicked back as mail deamon failure. Why doesnt that surprise me? Absolutely horrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

All I went there to do was fix my back light. They broke my car window regulator, then had me pay for it. Then on top of that, they left it outside exposed to rain with no cover!!!
