Financed a 2013 Volkswagen my total cost $36,000 way too much and my payments were $486 a month interest rate was 26.7 %. They don’t have mechanics to fix your car if it breaks down. I had the car for 3 days and windshield wiper motor went out . Just save the money and go to CarMax

I had called telling them that I was interested in a vehicle and that I needed it within two days, because I live about 1 hour and 30 minutes( let’s not forget traffic) I asked if they are able to guarantee my reservation, and they gave me a firm YES right after I was pre approved. I went in the following day very excited to be able to take my vehicle home, I was there for about almost two hours ( we were working on my co-signers papers) and that was when I was told that someone else had already put down a $500 payment to reserve the same vehicle. I was very upset about the fact that I was waiting there for almost two hours with the thought that the vehicle was mine, just for them to tell me that all this time someone else put money down for it. I think the first thing they should have done was to check the status of the vehicle before wasting my time. Very very unprofessional and serious lack of communication.

Greg was super professional with the entire process. Was honest with me from day one. Never felt like he was pushy at all. Gave me all the numbers over the phone before I got there. And the process was super quick.

Terrible experience! lack of communication! do not go here! waste of time! cars are not guaranteed as they say they are. they only want to get you preapproved for no reason. they don’t even give you the car you want. not recommended! go to carmax guys

I bought my on 5/24/21. When driving it home I noticed that the malfunction indicator lamp comes on. The next morning while taking my son to his graduation rehearsal the car was acting really and could not accelerate past 3rd gear. All of a sudden, at the light the car stopped moving completely while it was still in drive. Im really disappointed and drive time cuz I went to drive time thinking that I was going to find a car that wasnt a lemon . So if youre thinking of going to drive time please be careful make sure you test drive the car make sure while youre test driving the car you look for any icons that light up when you turn on the car youre buying at your own risk at drive time.

Would highly recommend DriveTime, particularly the west Orlando location. The manager, Areikar, went above and beyond to say the least. She was extremely patient the night we came in, we looked at and drove several vehicles and stumbled on the one we wanted as we were leaving. She stayed after hours to allow us to test drive and reserve it. We then had delays with our closing package from our bank and Areikar went to FedEx to pick it up for us. Beyond floored with the level of customer service offered by Drivetime. We certainly would return when we are in need of a vehicle again!
