Best place to work, and best place to buy or sell your car, what else can you ask for ?!

One of the worst auction to deal with, especially as a dealer. Most units needs to be arbitrated as they are not accurately described. Management does not regulate or attempt to fix any issues. They are highly unethical. Pictures DO NOT match the vehicle nor does the description. Highly disappointed with the way all upper management handles the issue. I have spoken with 5 different people and have yet to find any sort of decency and resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Licensed dealer car auction. One of the best in Florida. Good location, friendly stuff. Easy tuning process. Over 3 thousand cars each week. I would recommend you this auction if you are a car dealer.

This Is A Warning to All Future Buyers, Especially in the times of the Covid 19 Pandemic where most business is done online. Please Be Very Cautious, Skeptical, and Thorough with your research when doing business with Manheim Central Florida.This Particular Auction Location Is Defintely Lacking In Morals and Ethics Compared to other Manhiem Locations and Other Car Auctions In General.Dealing with Manheim Central Florida has been a Nightmare from start to finish.On 06/30/2020 my Dealership Purchased a Hyundai Veloster Via Simlucast. On the Original Post the Car Was Listed As is, Lacked any sort of description regarding Exterior Damage, and The Photos looked Great & Portrayed the Vehicle to Be Well Maintained and Ready to Resale.Unfortunately Manheim Central FL forgot to Mention the Numerous Damages and Cat-fished us with the photos. The Condition Report was Non Existent and Did Not State anything regarding how F*cked up the exterior of this car really was.My transporter took photos of the car as soon as she arrived at Manheim Central Florida. I looked at the photos with great disappointment and anger.The Front Bumper Was Cracked and Held Up with Tape, there was damaged to the passenger door, fender and a crack across the truck of the car, none of which was mentioned/photographed in the Original post by Manheim Central Florida.Of Course Arbitration was denied and the staff did not see an issue with how this car was portrayed, even though I find the lack of details and photos to be extremely dishonest.The best that they could do was offer to return half of by Buyers fee which amounted to $160. YAY ME!If you are someone who likes to indulge in shady business practices, this is the place for you! I would even recommend running a Damaged Car through this auction without mentioning the details of the damage and cashing out with a big fat pay day.Pictures are posted of what Manheim Central Florida Portrayed and what I Received.Good Luck Dealing with the Place, Youll Need It.

Not good experience. I can’t find my car around 3 hrs and nobody wanted to help me

As a Truck driver is a fine place, but they have to stop the covid19 question is taking precious time and some people always act like we dont know what like damm I already been here several times. Also they help out when car dont run but good luck trying to find them.

The absolute, rudest people on the face of the earth at 3 different gates!!!!! It makes no sense that you have to deal with that. It goes beyond someone just having a bad day.

Not good to sellers! They nickel and dime you to death after getting you almost nothing for the vehicle, so not only do they collect a hefty amount from the buyer they take a big percent of what you got as a seller too. Plus calling is a joke. You get a new story each time and you have to call a dozen times to get one issue solved. Also we’ve gone in person and they will drop you off but expect a veryyyyy long walk back. The workers do not want to help you!

Lost my car for a week. During said week, a tow warning was put on the vehicle along with profane graffiti stating that theyd urinated on my seat. This was written on the vehicle glass with the same instrument as the identifying numbers so it was not a random passer-by, rather very likely an employee (this hasnt been proven but police reports are being made and legal action is being sought).

Great place. The shuttle and the GPS app location of the cars are the best things ever.

Titles never arrive on time, after 30 days lost Waiting the title they simply offer to return the vehicle. There is not kind of respect or protection to the small dealer.

Just No. Bought a Car, CR did not show any Mechanical Issues, and had green tires all around. Show up after purchase - Driver Window is missing (was there in pictures), Flat Tire and Major Mechanical issue (Trans) making it undrivable. None of this was shown on the CR ... worse yet - it was represented as if those items were check and ok...Unbelievable!

Sucked up until Trish showed up and was able to help me locate my cars...with my bad hip...its hard to walk anymore

My first time coming to that location I have a great experience customer service is great and security very friendly especially that morning Supervisor was able to help me located my unit without problem.

I love this job because i get to drive all the cars on the lot.

Theyve got the rudest people working the pickup lane. Lady was on her phone the entire time I dealt with her, complaining about having to deal with a customer to whomever she was talking to. She had me walk half a mile back to my truck to get a mask, even though the other 3 employees I encountered while there werent wearing masks. I heard her being rude to a pickup driver while I was waiting for the shuttle. Certainly wont do business with this location ever again.

Most rude customer service ever! Security persons at the check out was not professional at all. We buy cars from different locations of Mannheim but this one is the worst so far!

We bought this car Vin 3VWD17AJ4GM259903 on May 27, 2019. The car coming with airbag warning light on and engine warning light on.We open a arbitration process and Manheim Central told us that the process was with VW credit.We call toVW Credit and They told us That we took the car to the dealership for stimate and resolve to recall.The Volkswagen dealership in Port Charlotte resolve the recall and the airbag warning light but They gave us an estimate for the engine warning lightthat VW credit did not want to pay and they preferred to pick up the car. The car and the title are in Manhein central since last week.We have not received our money back from what we paid for the car, the transportation reimbursement and the estimate we paid in VW dealership.We have been in this process for almost a month. We have spoken with VW credit and they say they are waiting for Manhein, who sent them an emaila week ago to solve this problem. Weve talked to central manhein and they say its up to VW credit. Today we keep calling to try to solve the problem.When and who is going to solve this simple problem, what happens to us often and solve it so quickly in any other manhein auction facility.First his problem has been for not checking something so simple, like seeing that the car had a warning light on airbag and an engine wagning light onand write it in the Condition Report. Second Because VW Credit did not want to pay the cost of the repair.We the client that we have taken our time to take the car to the dealership, to pick it up, etc. We have to continue in this eternal wait.Its a great pity that this is happening.Hopefully we can find a recertive ear that wants to help.

The CRs are a joke, the inspectors have to be paid off the give out high grades to jack up the MMRs. Cant trust them, bad people.

Be careful buying online, you cant trust their CRs, The people that do them are Crooked, they get bribed .

The security guard was not very pleasant and sent me in the wrong direction. She said that I needed a Suttle but didnt know when they went to work

Manheims business practices are killing us. Once again it took them 20 days to deliver a car through ready logistics, which is owned by the same company, and the vehicle was not as described and had a serious mechanical problem which not only wasnt addressed in the description, the description said that it worked fine! Arbitration told us we are past the 15 day arbitration period which obviously was due to it taking so long to be delivered. No, they were not joking when they told me this. The arbitration period started and ended before I received the vehicle, you just cant make this stuff up. I would never tell a customer they had a warranty but it expired before they took ownership of it, that is just ridiculous.

They posted a car that passed the post sale inspection, but in actuality they never even did the inspection because upon driving it, the car had no power and clearly drove as a red light/As Is car. After arbitration, mechanics saw that the car had numerous codes for transmission issues and many others. Can’t even trust them to do PSIs or trust them with your cars. We were supposed to drive back to Georgia and was left stranded based on false pretenses of a green light/good condition car.

It’s always an amazing experience at Manheim! The level of customer care is above any organization I’ve visited in Florida. Highly organized and efficient operation.

Picking up an Auction car has never been easier than picking up at any Manheim Auction..including this one in Central!!

Manhiem starts their arbitration period for vehicles you purchase from the day you pay for the vehicle, not when it is delivered. This is a serious problem because now it takes us longer to get a vehicle then the arbitration period actually lasts! This is a seriously flawed business model which Manhiem has told us tough luck on several occasions.

I keep being told that I will be able to bid with no issues each time after having an issue and not being able to bid/buy. I have been unable to bid/buy 5 times now in the last 2 weeks, and this is an ongoing issue as we speak! Every-time I call (After being on hold for well over 30 mins each time) I am given the same response after they quiz me for some time and tell me: Now you will be able to bid/buy anywhere in the country with no problems.I decided to now put up reviews because i finally thought maybe an email would get me somewhere, nope. I received a response email today with the exact response I had been getting over the phone in just more words. I am tired of getting the run around. I dont have time to play games.At some point, i figured someone would be telling the truth with as many times as I have been told that it is resolved on my account. Shame on me I guess for assuming they valued our business and that I could take their word.This place is severely mismanaged from arbitration to their customer service. If they had a competitor I would go to them in a heartbeat. But, as we all know, there is no one even close that offers the inventory choices.If this is ever resolved, I will edit/update my review according to how it is handled but i wont hold my breathe.NOTE: Everyone needs to realize that the 5 star reviews are clearly insider reviews- every time I see a 1 star review three or four 5 star reviews pop up posted by new accounts. No surprise this shady company is having their employees post reviews to boost up their ratings and to bury the truth about their terrible business practices, who would have guessed.

Cars staged bumper to bumper in no particular order..gotta look through 1000 cars to find 4. Response to get air or a jump over 30 minutes. You could waste all day here getting cars out.. Ill call someone to pull them next time. Hopefully I never have to come back

Do not tell me you were not informed. Manheim all over the world is a scam. It’s more like mafia in the 70s and the 80s. You would lose your money and regret your purchase. They said their CR report is irrelevant that simply means they do not guarantee their own words and they do not back their own work.

Be careful buying online like any other purchase. But you expect integrity with a condition report. I purchased a car with a 4.0 CR from Manheim Central Florida GREEN LIGHT!!! Had it shipped to another state. Received the car and was wow!! This is a 4.0? Arbitrated it at my local Manheim. They did an inspection and I requested another condition report and it came back a 1.7 with structural damage, a bad engine, and a transmission code. Not to speak of the God awful cigarette smoke that also was not reported when I purchased it. Ive read other horror stories such as mine describing this dump of an auction. Buyer Beware!!!

I have been buying cars from this auction for few years. If you come and check cars day before sale you are ok. If you rely on CR( condition report) good luck to you!Al Hendrickson Toyota runs in lane 7. I purchased many cars from them. Not anymore. Wow. This place is so amazing, they have any vehicle you can think of. They have over 300 acres of just vehicles. But you have to have a Registered salesman (Broker), to sign you in. The Broker I used buys cars that people order and he ships them anywhere. They just tell him what they want and he finds it. He got me 2016 GMC truck at a very, very good price.

Where do they get the employees!? At least now you can night drop trailers and they wont do anything, I saw trailers park by themselves there.

The staff at Central Florida is BY FAR the most unprofessional, shadiest of any auction Ive ever done business with. If you choose to buy anything here, know that you do so at your own risk.

In my experience working with Manheim it started out good until you really get get familiar with the people thats pretty much running the place they really shouldnt be running that place because they have some serious issues but some great workers that they are now starting to treat like slaves thats a No-No

The rep i talked to gave me wrong info even though i asked 3 times is it okay if i come today (Wednesday). I drove 2 hours only to find out that i needed an appointment. The next morning (Thursday)i called and spoke with the person that was actaully assigned to my case, not the guy that misinformed me. The lady apologized but stated i would have to make an appointment for the following day (Friday)because they do not make same day appointments. I was upset and angry, i followed the rules and still was not going to be able to get my car back and i would be without now for a total of 9 days. I spoke with the supervisor and pleaded my case and she was able to accommodate me. During this whole ordeal i kept my cool and the employees that i saw face to face were empathetic to my plight. Eventhough Savanna did not have to go above and beyond her scope, she took it upon herself on Wednesday night to see if she could go to the building that was closed to see if she could find my folder. Unfortunately she could not but the gesture was greatly appreciated. The supervisor i spoke with (MS. J.L.) showed so much compassion in working with me that i was amazed that i was getting this high level of customer service from a place that i assumed would be jaded by the constant onslought of victims of circumstance. Lastly, the young lady Brenda, got me squared away with my car, got it jumpped, and advised of what i needed to do to recover the damages to my vehicle. The experience i went through was a nightmare, but because of these wonderful employees i was able to overlook the misinformation or misunderstanding of one employee. Thank you to the entire staff to include the security guard at the exit point, what a great soul. I wish i would have remembered to get his name. Again, thank you for making this so much easier on me and keep up the excellent customer service, you allowed your staff to be human beings and not drones or bodies in a chair and it paid off with this situation.

Manheim is more like a criminal mafia organization. They think they are untouchables please tell them you can touch them. If you buy a vehicle greenlight with CR report of 3.9 expect that vehicle to be red light and garbage and not be able to arbitrate that vehicle.

It is an auto auction where I used to work, they have great cars there. If you can buy a car there do so but you need a dealers license because once a dealer buys the cars there the price goes up dramatically.

My husband and I just bought a car through this auction and it was he WORST experience ever! Terrible customer service and the whole business is shady. Many damages not reported in the condition report of the vehicle purchased. Nobody willing to admit or own up to it. Will NEVER purchase from this auction again! Would recommend you to purchase elsewhere.

This is a car auction but you have to look very well to find a good deal.

Transport parking lots (both of them) are a mess (both over crowded and very dirty!) The over crowding is mostly because of all the people who park their rigs there and go home for days or weeks and a few I think have not moved in a couple months.Thank you for the GPS locaters in the cars (finally!) Need this at ALL locations.
