I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve had a terrible experience with both the customer service in this particular store and online. No one seems to be on the same page or keep track of any records or previous store visits. I’ve been lied to and misinformed multiple times now and unfortunately have had to pay extra for one of their own employee’s misconduct and lies. All they seem to want is more sales and money- they don’t care at all to keep their customers happy or at least be transparent & fair. Do not recommend this company at all.

I had a really negative experience in this store. I went in for an upgrade and the sales woman could less than be bothered to help me with being able to transfer my information from phone to phone. When dealing with the manager I was told I was not even due for an upgrade when u actually was. They lack customer service skills, knowledge, and efficiency. I would much rather drive to another location that is farther from my home than to ever deal with anyone in this store again. What took another store 1 hour to do, I wasted that same hour here simply trying to figure out my iCloud. Don’t waste your time coming here you will get better service somewhere else.

Cynthia was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was a huge help in my moment of need. She spent nearly three hours going above and beyond to setup my business contacts from my defunct phone to the new one she sold me. She is a valuable asset to your company and should be recognized as such. Ill ask for her for all my future phone needs!
We were having trouble getting our Samsung watch to phone sync. We have been to 3 different At&t stores and no one could fix it. Finally Frances took the time to figure out our issue and solved it. So thankful to her being knowledgeable and taking her time to fix it for us!!!
Alex was great. He spent time with my mother and myself to make sure our phones were set up before we left the store and was able to give us a discount on our phone plan that we were not aware of. Much appreciated!

Enrique was great in getting our new phones set up. Very helpful and responsive. We came in not knowing what we needed to do to set up the new phones from another carrier.
Frances was great! Patient ant very knowledgeable. Never ever sign up at a Target or Costco! They don’t work for the carrier they are representing and will say anything to close the deal. My bill will be $50 higher than what I was told. Frances did what She could to soften the blow.

Frances Maldonado was such a blessing, I had just got off from having a frustrating day at work and I came into the store looking for help with my account, As soon as I walked into the store, she greeted me with a friendly smile and welcomed me, I had so many questions, and she answered all of them, she was such a sweetheart with working with me and was very patient with me, I sat down and was venting to her about my day in the mist of the service and she showed excellent customer service skills. I am really glad my account was being difficult online lol because it forced me to come to the store, I just made a new friend and She’s the best AT&T member ever. 😊

Great service and was not rushed. Meet Ronnie he is a very good salesman saved me some money as well. They created an area where my 1 yr old son can run around and play as I handled the business I came in to handle. The bathroom was clean and the atmosphere was friendly and dress. I had a good experience.

Alex was amazing!! We were actually going to switch to a different provider based on our experience from the Retail Store we got our last phones at. Alex helped us with a better plan that fit our needs so we decided to stay with AT&T. Great experience and we also learned the difference between a retail and corporate store.

I was pretty discouraged after visiting two locations with bad customer service, but I feel like Jenny and Francis made up for all of it from the second I walked in to their door!!! First of all I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new screen protector applied AND new Air Pods added to my account. Francis took the time to search for discounts and saved me quite a bit without me even asking. They were friendly and their desire to serve their customers well was so genuine. Thank you ladies! I’ll be back!
Be careful & watch your credit card if you use it at this store, after I used mine at this store one week later I had charges on that card I did not do, that was the only time i used that card I a month, I told the manager & he passes me off no help!!!

Worst location Ive ever been to. Made the mistake of going into this store for an upgrade & I have gotten nothing but headaches with the way there sales man tampered with my account. There is an AT&T up the road inside of Colonial Plaza that was able to fix the mistake of this location. While sharing my experience with this store to others it seems to be an on going issue. My advice to you is skip this location by all means.
Unbeliebably bad service. Obviously no one wanted to deal with a return (which was very simple), so they passed the buck and then finally made me speak for 20 minutes to the phone customer service (refusing to speak to them themselves) just to allow me to drop off a returned phone order with no fee. The phone reps were shocked that they refused to do it without charging a huge restocking fee (25% of the cost). Worth noting that two OTHER reps that worked with me later, Enrique and Wilbur, were actually polite and made the process much easier. Obviously consistent policy and training are an issue

Theyll make you feel great, treat you like a king..... Until you turn around and realize that youve been bamboozled to buy a phone and a charger that dont work. As well as locked yourself in a contract that requires you to keep these defects as if it was your fault to trust them to begin with.Awesome scheme that this store excels at. Ive never felt so used and abused, all over a cellphone!

Walked in and was greeted promptly. Only positive experience. I was told a rep would help me shortly. Only 1 other customer in the store while many associates walked around. Waited 20 minutes until I decided to leave. I witnessed the rep that greeted me see walk out of the store without saying anything but walked up to another rep and laughed. Was in to buy a new phone and Google home. Definitely lost my business but no one seemed concerned.
I have to tell you, my faith is restored in AT&T, a company my family has had a plan with for a number of years. I had the pleasure of working with a Sales Consultant by the name of Cynthia. She went to great lengths to assure that my transaction with AT&T was not only as smooth as possible, but was in my best interest as well. She was sensitive to my situation, helped me select the best plan, and made me feel confident and comfortable with my choice. Typically with Sales Representatives youll feel as if theyll tell you things that are solely in the best interest of the company, but today I felt like I was more than a billing cycle. We had just left an AT&T Authorized Retailer to come to this store. The sales floor was clean, and there were plenty of associates available to help us. Doris was amazing.We had several things we needed to do (update 2 phones, transfer one phone to another account, and transfer one line from one account to another), and she patiently went through all the options with us and spent several hours out of her day making sure we got exactly what we wanted at the best price. She knew about all the different types of phones, and could explain and troubleshoot both iPhone and Android phones, and was able to help us set everything up for the 4 different lines we were upgrading/changing. We will definitely be returning here for all of our phone needs because of her.
Good staff. Quick service. Right when you wall in someone is ready to put you in the queue to get service. I have been going to this ATT for years with no issues. They have even made trips to other stores to pick up items that they didnt have in stock.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with this location thanks to the gentleman who closed the store on Sunday, March 15, around 5:30pm. I showed up after the store closed, thinking it was open til 6. He not only let me in, but provided me absolutely excellent customer service. The experience ended up being the highlight of my day because of how kind this guy was. I will always take my business here from now on. Guy in the blue shirt... if you see this... I hope karma repays you for your kindness!

I got DirectTV from a salesman in a Walmart. The offer was DirectTV and internet service and a $325 Walmart gift card in 5 days. The dish installer tried to get me to pay an extra $40 (cash only) for a special bracket to mount the dish. I tossed him out of the yard and another guy came the next day and installed the dish. 5 days later, a real AT&T guy did the internet. The next day, as instructed, I went online to get a gift card. I was told it was only $125 and I dont get the card for 3 weeks! I cant find my salesman now and I went to the corporate store for help. The manager could only tell me to cancel the service or accept the 3 week wait and see if I can get the additional amount in 30 days. AT&T rip off!!
Great group of workers here all times that Ive gone. Been able to walk in with a question or request and walk out with fulfillment.

The service is terrible, they don’t listen to the problem. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to tell me that I was lied to on the phone and all they had to say was “ok, I’m sorry they said that.” Then “Have a nice day.”

DESPICABLE AND DISGUSTED! Melissa was absolutely pitiful, untrustworthy and as shady as you can get as a sales personnel. I came into the store to simply upgrade to the iPhone XS and was approached by her, immediately Melissa made it seem like I was a hassle to her and became incredibly sarcastic and condescending when I had to ask a few simple questions about my plan and the phone. After giving me a half hearted careless answer she had the audacity to try to sell me DirecTV and internet to me and attempted to schedule an install date right then and there with no consent, which I politely refused but Melissa kept shoving it down my throat and BLATANTLY LIED in front of my face by telling me that there is no contract (upon researching this online later I found out it was a 2 year contract) and that the Spectrum service I had right now was garbage and I should switch (yeah not a chance). I was automatically able to feel that she was aggravated that I didnt comply to her shameful deceit to upsell me.With the tension already in the air, after my upgrade was processed, I kindly asked Melissa in a polite manner if she could transfer my data from the old phone to the new phone and was IMMEDIATELY met with resentment and told me that I can do it at home and Google the instructions. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!! How absolutely distasteful and disrespectful for those words to come out like that. That was it I couldnt take it anymore so I immediately got up and walked out. As if that wasnt enough when my latest bill came out I was shocked to see it skyhigh to only find out that Melissa added a Multi Device Protection Pack which was an additional $35/month charge without me knowing and without my permission on my account which Im responsible for!!!This was by far one of the most horrendous customer experience in a while. Now I will have to call up my credit card company to deal with the unexpected $35 charge that Melissa placed onto my bill. I seriously wouldnt even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid this place and especially Melissa like the plague, as her cunning tactics are beyond classless and dishonest!
Went on a Thursday around 10am . There was no wait to talk with a att representative. The representative was able to answer and address all my questions and concerns. was able to recommend acouple different options data plan options. The store it self is average but clean. Overall it was a good experience

If I could give them zero Stars I would. I placed an order online for pickup at this store and magically when I arrived things crashed and my order disappeared. Now an hour into it I am told that they have to recreate my order and it will take another 30-plus minutes. I decided to come back the following day and encountered basically the same time drain to recreate what I had already spent an hour online doing. How can a technology store not be able to complete an online saved order??? The manager is less than helpful and makes excuses. I have a feeling this is a sales practice in order to gain in store sales credits from online sales to the detriment of customers time. I would recommend having your items shipped to you at your home and doing it yourself.

Great experience at the store, however, I have been trying to call the store to get an issue resolved and I cant get anybody to answer. Not sure if their system is set up poorly, but Im going on an hour now with no answer. The phone rings, it says please wait, then it hangs up. Not good.

Convenient location but inconvenient traffic pattern. Theres always a waiit. I went in today wanting to reverse a setting on my phone that i could not find. I dont know how experienced the employee is who attempted to help me, but he wasnt listening. He snswered 3 questions that i didnt ask. His last reply was that he could do a reset and thats a no-no for me. Never once did he ask another employee for assistance. I asked for my phone before he inadvertently made a change i didnt want. I went dow the street about 2 blocks to Best Buy and the first guy answered my question and showed me where the reversal setting is. I cant think of a reason to go back to this location. Thank you, Best Buy.
BUYER BEWAREBefore leaving this store with your new phone double check it works, returning any type of items in this store is impossible. The store associates and manager are incapable of helping or even fixing their mistakes! Returning a defective phone within the 14 day period shouldnt be this stressful! This store in my opinion is a scam.

Been sitting here for over 45 minutes, nobody is even asking me if I need help. Has 5 people working here, and all except 2 went into back. So many people walk in and then out, because they got ignored. Im not Hispanic and I can tell that I was discriminated everyone is Hispanic. NOT a happy customer.

Jose. The manager. Rocks. Had a bill to pay using plenti points. Which is the worst rewards program from Amex. Anyway he was very generous with his time to deal with this way of paying. As I witnessed its not all about the commission. Its truly all about great customer service. Which he provided!!! Thank you Att and Jose !!!!!
Ripped off by ATT! I bought a lifeproof case from the colonial drive location that was on sale. The rep told me it was because it was an older style. I got home and found out one of the plugs was missing and the box had been opened and resealed! The reason people by these cases is because theyre waterproof and this one is not. It was on the rack with all the other cases and was not marked open box or missing parts. What a sleazy tactic to dump a defective case on an unsuspecting customer. Do not trust these people. Theyre not honest!
Depressing store. People try to be helpful but the selection of internet alternatives is confounding. Like you had equipment that was disconnected last week and you move into a new place and you cant self install. For 18 Mbps they want to charge $99 for an installer. At my last place I self installed and had 45mbps. The only real self install is for 12mbps.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I was eligible for an upgrade and went to the AT&T store on University. I was told I couldnt add upgrade price to bill and since my mom is paying for it she would have to be there -OR- she could order it online for in-store pickup and Put my name down to pick it up. We did that. I went to this AT&T location to pick up. The man got me through almost all of the activation process and then decides to tell me I need the physical card that was used to purchase. So I left and tried BestBuy. Only after getting to bestbuy did I see that my phone had been deactivated (SIM). Had to go back to att store (did not get one apology by the way). Got my new SIM put in. I am now home and trying to order the phone online now and the site thinks Ive already gotten my upgrade because of whatever nonsense they did at this ATT store. So no I have the pleasure of going back to this shithole tomorrowCustomer service is terrible. They just dont seem like they want to help you.Their phone line when trying to speak to a salesperson there is broken.DONT go here

I went to Order 2 lines an iPhone and an iPad. The rep and the manager telling me that I am not eligible to get either to my account. I called customer service and I got both devices/lines for zero down the same day. Every time I go here they cannot help you and do anything at all because they are too lazy to do their job.
