I have been to a lot of MetroPCS stores but this has been the best experience ever. My fiance and I went in for a upgrade to his phone and his line wouldnt activate which could have been an instant where we got upset but the sales Rep Alyse was so pleasant and helpful that we forgot that there was even an issue. She ended up needing extra assistance from customer service.The customer service Representative made us upset with their lack of concern with our situation which by the way was no fault of our own but leave it to Alyse she made us laugh and smile the whole time. Even other employees showed their concerns. This will be the store I will continue to go to as long as Alyse and her crew is working.😀😀😀

Samuel at metro PCs delivered exceptional customer service he went above and beyond to take care of us in every aspect of our phone upgraded, he made sure he informed us about all promotions and actually we paid 1/3 of what we had expected to pay and got more accessories and a better phone than we expected. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced ! Origins staff and management! Store representative told my father to Say It Dont Spray it and when asked what he meant he said you heard me motherfuker! Of course my father became confrontational and response to the confrontation and vulgar language of the representative and the representative responded by telling my father he knew where he lived. MetroPCS corporate told me to call the police since that it was an indirect threat! The manager not only dismissed my concerns but basically said my father was at fault. This is unacceptable! Do not put yourself through this verbal abuse!

Salah aka Sam is a crook. He wont refund me my money back. He will lie to you. I file 2 complaints on him. I already reported to him to the BBB. He needs to be fired. He charged me $799 for a note 5 when the note 5 is on sale for $399. He charged me for two headphones that was supposed to be free for $99. The akram speakers are 50% off and he charged me regular price. Also he charged me for a Note 4 glass protector $29.99 and never got it. He said because I called corporate on him hes not giving me anything.

Angel has​ been my Metropcs representative for over 4 years. Hes knowledgeable and polite. A man of integrity and one you enjoy doing business with, which is why I go to this dealership.

Do not come here unless you want to be ripped off. Went in to get a new phone, waited over an hour to get help because the phone I wanted was out of stock and they had to bring some from another store. When i finally got the phone, the cashier then took a case off the shelf and put it on the phone without saying anything. I thought it was a free case as a customer service gesture for waiting so long. I was wrong. When I got home I saw they charged me $30 for the case. I went right back to the store and asked for a refund. He stated he wasnt allowed to refund open merch. I pointed out I did not open it, he did, and he didnt tell me he was charging me for it. He still refused to refund my money. I sent in a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from this store.

Dont have good deals and unlimited means unlimited when Im watching Netflix after a while they will send me a text saying my network is going to slow down thats a lie when they say unlimited. Cause if its unlimited you should never have any issues with your internet or network period. So dont ever think you are getting unlimited cause your not boost mobile is what you want better antennas. And internet switch over quick trust me.

I stopped in and immediately was recognized to get help with my phone and was in and out paying my phone bill. The woman that helped me kept it simple and quick just the way I needed it

Belen the little lady that works at metro is just the sweetest girl and did her job just wonderful. i came with my phone being stolen and she offered a great phone and asked me if i knew my gmail account and i had honestly forgot it and password. i dont know what she did but she was able to find out what was my email and reset my password and retrieve all my contacts!! shes just a wonderful worker and knows what she is doing !

He lied about the pricing of my phone, the leasing price and he signed my name on the leasing agreement. That I was supposed to do and didnt know that until later! After I got a totally different price,ALSO BE AWARE THEY ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO SEE YOUR PASSWORD ON YOUR PHONE THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING that would have sent in an email. Bought headphones yesterday today they broke in my hands!!! Went back to return them and they said I broke them no refund or no repair and no exchange. Terrible service and I will never go there ever again nor will I recommend this store. I literally had to call the police in order for them to do the right thing.
