I couldnt use my phone number for ten days because of the careless customer service staff. I went to the company six times before and after. Finally, the sales staff avoided the bad company and made lazy excuses

I had the worst experience there ever. There was a employed helping me answering all the questions I asked, and from the back comes what appear to be the manager he was being super pushy in trying to get me to buy and activate lines that I did not need or wanted. I Would not recommend this location to anyone seems they only want to sell and not help you if you are not there to buy. Feel sorry for the girl helping me she seemed willing to take the time and answer questions but her manager just wanted her to sell me unnecessary things. I will not be going there. I took my business else where.

Love t-mobile. Been with them for over a decade. But this location. They seem to hate doing anything that makes money here. Multiple times Ive come in to buy things and Im redirected to bestbuy, or walmart ect. And not because the items are out of stock. Simply because the employees here are so lazy they will say anything to get out of doing work. Im done with this location as the OBT location is so much better friendly and are always ready to help

TERRIBLE customer service and salesperson. I wanted to come in and discuss my boyfriend getting on my T-Mobile plan and switch from AT&T. I already talked to a great online rep that was helpful and was hopeful that I would get even better customer service in person and do the switch there. Nope. The rep didnt even really seem to care that I was trying to get him switched to THEM. We ultimately left and I didnt switch my boyfriend yet because we just could not stand the apathetic salesperson.

Staff is friendly and want to help but inventory is always low been there twice for different items and they never had it on stock I guess that I really have bad luck.

We locking for 3 plans. Anyone offer the promotions or something different, we comment to Miguelz that yesterday we went to sprint and they offer a better deal and he dont try to we change our mind. Our friends recommend T-Mobile but our experience was very bad!!!

I walked in here and was helped by Jenny Liz and the word helped is being used generously. She acted like she didnt want to talk to me and I was a nuisance. I walked in with the intentions of buying a Galaxy S10 and two Galaxy watches. I left with nothing because of the poor customer service.

All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable of the services and products.Store use to be a repair shop which is why i first went in but Nick and Richie were both very helpful and I ended up leaving with a new phone so it all worked out at the end.

I’m trying to be respectful. As a customer I did my part. I asked if a device was available, confirmed three times via phone and asked if that said device can be shipped to my home in NY. I even advised the rep that i would need to take an uber to the store, as i do not live here. I’m visiting. She reassured me that they can ship the iphone to my home in NY. Now the expert reps arent the experts snymore, and just coming up with their own reasons as to why the phone is no longer available. No consideration or value to work something out with me. I came to the store just to b told “we don’t know what happened”. I wish the rep Camilla (in training) told me she wasnt sure, i get it. But transparency is important. If you’re in training you have a manager or an expert with you, who should be knowledgeable about tmobile. So now, i am asked about a more expensive phone as a typical sales rep would do. I would have respected the alternative over the phone. Now i have to spend more $$ to go back to where I came from. I get mistakes, but this was beyond a simple mistake or misunderstanding. I ask for reassurance, and to double check your FACTs. And, yet the rep was so sureeee. Smh. Wish her the best at tmobile. But, this was NOT OK!
