Store is small, somewhat limited selection, staff is what makes it such a great spot. Cannot say enough good things about Frederick. He is a great guy and is a young professional that is going places for sure. Super helpful and quick with everything I needed him to do but he read right away that I wanted it to be an engaging personal conversation rather than a corporate sales pitch. He managed to stay on track and keep me engaged with his personality and I never felt pressured to get more or add services for a higher sales price. Ultimately was on the fence about adding a high ticket item but just the fact that I didnt feel forced made the decision for me. Cannot thank you enough, my man.

Jesse was extremely patient. I did not come prepared with info/materials and I did not know what I wanted to buy. He explained several options and stayed until we got it all done. It was the perfect visit. He was also taking care of other customers as I dilly-dallied around talking to my previous provider and getting account information. He was flawless. Jesse deserves a lot of credit for his interactions that afternoon. He even followed up with a text helping me out with my iMessaging issues. Jesse is 10/10.

The store is clean, welcoming and conveniently located. I purchased two phones and some phone accessories from Drake. Drake is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. I found a small discrepancy between a Verizon price and a price at this Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer, Drake promptly corrected the issue and saved me money. Jesse was absolutely amazing. I was in town on vacation and my phone was damaged by the rain. I went in and Jesse went above and beyond to help me out. The entire time he was mindful of dinner reservations that we had made. He had me out of the store quickly with a new phone and made sure I was only paying for what I needed.

Frederick who assisted us was simply put the most professional person Ive ever encountered at Verizon. THATS a young associate going places.

My husband went there to get a new iphone and they LIED to him and said they were changing a $40 activation fee, which is a normal fee. BUT, I just got my verizon bill and verizon charged me another $40 because they said the $40 TCC charged was to help set up the phone since they are a third party. they completely LIED to my husband even when he specifically asked about this charge.Second, they can only handle one person for the entire store at a time. my husband waited for 45 minutes to get service.I would go somewhere else. Anywhere else is probably better than this place. I would not recommend them even to someone I dont like!

I have been trying to get in contact with a district manager because the location who sold me my phone closed and did not process my trade in. Now I am stuck paying full price for a phone because they didn’t handle things correctly on there end. The store manager assured me he fixed the issue but now will never answer my calls

Luis offered excellent customer service for both me and my husband, even though we came while he had a rush of customers, with him being the only employee there. He assisted us in a timely and efficient manner, and knew what he was doing.

I went out to this location not knowing anything about the new iPhones as I’ve had a 6s for as long as I can remember, Jesse was there when I arrived and proceeded to provide excellent customer service while clearly being understaffed. And even took the time to explain my new phone, features and reassured me that he could help me make sure all my info was backed up on my phone. Which was crucial for being purchasing a new phone. If I ever need help I will be going to this location, and asking for (Jesse) only! Thank you 🙏🏻

I received the best customer service from my rep Jesse. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and help me pick the best phone and plan. He stayed over after closing to get my phone situated and explained every document I had to sign. Highly recommend this store for top notch friendly customer service.

After speaking Jesse and the manager I have a different view of things. I dont think they intentionally meant to deceive me and I walked away a happy customer.

Amazing Tech Support! I went to this location after being frustrated with the lack of help I was getting through the Verizon call center. I had issues with my phone not accepting certain callers..after 2 hours on phone with tech support...they couldn’t fix it. I went to the professionals in this store and they diagnosed my issues and solved them within 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time anywhere else....This place is the best!!!

Great service! I was being extremely picky about which phone I wanted and they were very patient and informative. They helped me make an educated decision - even pulled up the specs for me to verify. I spent more time than expected but I left satisfied and grateful!P.S. They were able to transfer all my texts, pics, contacts and taught me all the basics before I left.I love my new iPhone!

WARNING: This is not an official Verizon Wireless store. Verizon customer service suggests you call them directly before letting them make ANY changes to your account.They lied to my face about how much my bill would change. Came into the store to add my mother to my account in the cheapest way possible since my father had just passed away. The employee gave us a great offer that would add my mother using my old cell phone, and upgrade my wife and my cell phone for ~170$ and a monthly bill increase of 15$ total. Sounded great, she was offering us great help, right? Wrong. Rather than letting us go for the basic cellphone for 20$ a month, this offer has increased by bill over 70$/month.. but at least the store employee made a commission, right?As a student, this cost is difficult to absorb, and Verizon has officially informed me that they cant do anything except lower my data plan for a whopping 15$/month decrease. Customer service at my local Verizon store referred to me as another person who was screwed over by an authorized reseller..Save yourself the hassle and drive a bit further to an official Verizon store.

By far, hands down, best customer service you will ever receive. Justin and Joe were an incredible help. For 4 hours, they stood by to resolve an issue with getting a replacement phone that had insurance on another phone line. Extremely professional and courteous, they were very knowledgeable and made sure that the isse was resolved. Justin even stayed 30 minutes past closing to make sure that everything was taken care of. The associates at this store will take care of you and give Verizon an excellent name

When arriving to this location I realized what amazing customer service I had received. The staff there goes above and beyond to make sure that you are being assured with any questions or inquiries that you may have. Excellent Customer ServiceI recently looked into purchasing the new iPhone 11 pro and coming back to this store reminded me when I always come here. Customer service in spades. Luis worked with me, helped me figured out my costs and expenses going into a new phone even though my upgrade wasnt quite ready yet (10 months instead of 12 for early upgrade). The best part was the district manager, Brian, was in that day as well and showed me all the features of an iwatch which had been on my mind. He even brought me into the car showing me how apple play works if you have a car that has it. Luis later even helped me figure out I had an additional iPad line I was still paying for that I didnt even know I still had, saved me money there which I gladly spent on the new iPhone 11 pro monthly lol. In addition he reviewed the new plans to see if it made financial sense to switch, it didnt this time, but thats ok. If you want knowledge, customer service and friendliness, this is the place to go. Best Experience Ive had at a Verizon retailer.

I recently visited this store while on vacation with a rather peculiar issue that I simply could not address on my own. The staff not only worked with me but for me, assuring that I received the desired outcome. Several times we were disconnected after making attempts to get in contact with the correct people to resolve the issue via telephone, yet the staff did not give up. In total, I spent over four hours in the store with direct attention from excellent and professional staff members Joseph Medrano and Justin (last name unknown). Their customer service far exceeded any expectations I had, and ultimately Justin kept the store open for an additional hour after store closing hours just to see my personal transaction attended to and taken care of....Thanks again guys!- Brian Foster

Walked into an empty store and was instantly told were closed.....I walked in with 1 question to ask and Id be on my way. Next time lock your doors after hours and dont just shove me out the door. Customer service is important. My bad for accidently assuming your open. Next time Ill drive 20 minutes out of my way just to never come back to this store.

I came in and dealt with Luis, I was unsure of which plan would work for me. I had Sprint and was fed up!!!! Luis helped me pick the right plan and get me into a phone I liked. He set up everything for me and I was off to the races. I really appreciate the extra time and attention I received.

I was a little frustrated when I walked in this store, and that quickly changed when the girl with curly hair helped me with my situation. Took the time to resolve my issue and did it with a smile, also got me a plan that really suits my needs.

Worst experience ever. I needed to use the phone drying machine service that they provide after my phone got wet. Not only they didnt know how to use it, they also didnt make any effort to get it working even after I (myself) called the helpdesk. In the end (5 hours later) i asked for my phone back with no service provided. If you dont know how to operate the equipment you have, dont advertise that you have it! And the staff is so lazy

Its almost like they dont know what they doing .. Verizon customer service was terrible it took 1 year to resolve my account for using it for 14 days.. And yet they pride themselves on being #1 in customer service .. Use a corporate store not this one if you going to use Verizon
