They changed their exterior and interior. They painted all black now. Small store but offer a lot of good deserts and foods.

First time at chewy boba. The atmosphere is too dark and gloomy for a shop that delivers sweet drinks and desserts. I expected a brighter and cooler looking atmosphere. Aside from that, the customer service was good and the macaroons and boba had a pretty presentation. Slightly too sweet though. I couldnt eat more than one macaroon and sip anymore of the boba after feeling like I was going to go into diabetic shock. #tryit

The boba was delicious. Thats the main thing to go for. Parking sucks at the front but it seems like there is parking in the back from the other reviews. It seems like the place was really cute before. The all black didnt feel very cozy to stay in. Maybe they can add more decor.

A tad hard to find at first, but worth it order ahead and get a Boba, 2 macaroons and a sushi box bam! Instant picnic date or just to cheer up loved ones.

Staff was very nice. The Thai tea was way too sweet, much sweeter than the last time I had it there or when Ive had it anywhere else. I liked it better before.

Very interesting coffee place. Only have blended/iced drinks from what I saw. The Viet Coffee with Boba was refreshing. The Boba adds a unique texture to the drink.. also got a couple macaroons on the side. Solid place to try!

This is a pretty standard boba joint with classic options to choose from. They also sell merchandise such as hats and shirts that are pretty fun. Aside from boba, they also sell macarons and mochi ice cream.I ended up getting their Tarocado which is one of their Avocado Smoothie options. Its a fusion between taro and avocado, but came out a little too sweet for me. The avocado was present, but I felt that it could have been stronger because it was overwhelmed by the taro taste. It just wasnt as balanced as I would have liked and could have been mixed better. Im assuming that they are using the taro power since it did also have a slightly chalky taste. Nonetheless, I wouldnt get this drink again, but would probably try something else.

The food is pretty good. The bubble tea is fantastic and reminds me of the stuff I had when I was in Korea. Knocked down two stars because the profanity on the menu seriously turns me off.

I liked so much I thought it tasted a lot better then some other boba tea shops out there the wait was a little long but other than that it was delicious

No good after it changed to Japango! Been a long time customer too! My Vietnamese iced coffee boba was overly sweet, barely any coffee flavor, skimpy on the boba! The other drinks we got were the taro boba, very weak in flavor. Sorry to say, we won’t return.

Used to be my to go for Boba, ever since changed to Japango name, Boba teas taste like pure sugar and very liquidy, unfortunately will not be coming back

I love milk tea, especially taro root flavor. I always try it wherever they have it and, occasionally, even go out of my way to get it. Frankly, this is the best tasting taro root milk tea Ive had in the past few years. The flavor and texture are perfect, unlike anything Ive had in recent memory. Trying out a new place paid off for me. If you like milk tea I highly recommend this place. They have a ton of different flavors and options so Im confident youll find something you like. Its also surround by great Vietnamese fare which makes this a perfect place to pop into for dessert after lunch or dinner. The service was great as well! The staff was very happy and helpful throughout my visit. 10/10 cant wait to come back!

Smoothie was ok, very sweet and tasted like perfume... Dont know if its from the sweetener or what. Boba was good. Macaroon was ok also nothing too exciting.

Hadnt been here in awhile. Tried it again and its as good as a I remembered.The taro flavor was recommend by the man working there. He gave us samples and it tasted like Lucky Charms milk, just like he said. Very delicious with little boba in it.Had a creme brulee macaron that was overly sweet and an overpowering burnt sugar taste. Overall, it still had a very good filling and tasted pretty good.

The inside of the restaurant is very modern and very clean. I LOVE their boba and is the best I have ever had and I am a boba freak. I definitely recommend the Oreo cookies and cream boba tea, Match boba tea, strawberry boba tea, sea salt coffee boba tea and you can also add both Matcha and Strawberry tea together which is amazing! The staff are wonderful and I go there every week! Extremely fast service, dine in area, and there is also sushi there as well as mochi ice cream and macaroni!

Recently visited this place for the first time, ordered the thai tea and hokaido. To my surprise both drinks had a concentrated amount of flavor. Got addicted to it that i went a second time the very next day

The boba was TERRIBLE. It tasted like water, i ALMOST THREW UP, we wasted 30$ for a drink that we didnt even like, we ended up throwing it away. Im never going back, staff was nice and place was nice, but otherwise its horrible. There was also alot of people, bearly any people with masks. Its a good place just not that great. We even got some gas and acid reflux.

So many choices of milk and green teas plus the list goes on with specialty drinks and they always have new flavors when I go in. The staff is very friendly and will let you try stuff. I get exactly what Im looking for every time I go in and thats the important part

Perfect tapioca balls. We had taro smoothie and honeydew milk tea. It’s mostly almond milk so it’s not heavy at all. Yum!

I love all the chewy Boba locations. The staff at each one Ive been to are always super friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The Boba, popping pearls and jelly Boba are all great tasting additions and they have a variety of flavors to try which Ive found a lot of other places have limited choices. 10/10 would recommend this location. Their tea and Boba is addicting.

Pretty good no seating really ...if you have specific allergies or questions maybe somewhere else but they are decent and seem to be clean

Teas are great. Price for their items are comparable to other boba/milk tea places. As other reviews have mentioned, finding a parking almost always a problem. Go around to the back of the store to find one. Otherwise, service is ok and fast.

Nice friendly staff. I personally do not like the location of it because is near downtown which is crowded and hard to get a parking but once you go inside is very nice and creative. I ordered the vanilla smoothie with passion fruit and it was really good flavor. The macaroon was yummy, try the wedding almond flavor and the pistachio. They have other flavors like nutella for chocolate lovers.

Ive only been like 5 times but its been great every time. I do get very typical drinks (mostly the taro Boba) so that may play a role but its been spot on for me. Drinks are always cold and tasty, service is quick, and staff is super nice. My wife is from Taiwan (home of Boba) and were humans (who doesnt like bubble tea?) so we drink it often. Its over an hour away so we typically go elsewhere but I always like to stop by when were in the area.

Excellent!! I recently purchased over 100+ boba teas for a company function and not only were the beverages delivered on time, in a perfect cooler/packaged for moving to meeting space, the drinks were delicious. Thank you to everyone for making it a success and being so kind. Well be back.

Good place for dates around Orlando.This place does offer a reward program and its worth coming back. This place is on my way to work and is working itself into my weekly routine.

If you ask for suggestions for flavors and combos they will help, and introduce you to new drinks you never knew you liked. I have been visiting this establishment for years now. And so far it is my favorite one in town. Their selection is extensive. They sell macaroons as well. Its a small little corner shop off of Colonial, but for the 10 years Ive lived here it is a staple shop in Orlando. Highly recommend it!

My favorite place to stop & treat myself to a freshly made to order Drink...Don’t forget the Macaroons. It’s a little on the pricey side ($15 for a large smoothie & a few of the best macaroons I’ve ever had, but it’s worth every penny!)

The workers are very nice. They work with you to get you drink correct. I ordered the Avocado smoothie with boba, lightly sweetened. They gave me samples to get the order right. The bobas were the right size and consistency.

BUT, to have a service staff so completely disinterested in explaining the product to a 1st timer epitomizes EVERYTHING WRONG with new innovative products/companies!I couldnt engage either of the associates to educate me on their products. Thankfully, there will probably be a cult like following for this unique shop, or else, theyd be in big trouble!Management/Ownership: tell your staff to smile & engage...upsell, maybe? At the very least, answer a question, right?

Its not the worst, but definitely not the best either. To be completely honest its more of a “hit or miss” depending on who’s working there. The hype-beast owner who used to run the show made the best boba drinks and knew just how much “less-sweet” is and always nailed it whenever we came there. But other employs sometimes made it either tasteless by adding much less sugar/flavor or even sometimes keeping too much. Really wish they had a chart that allowed you to choose “20% sweet or 50% sweet” for example, to be more consistent. That would allow the employees to follow precise recipes and measurements and the customers to find their perfect taste. Regarding the food, it was good the last time I had one of their bowls and they have a rewards card for you to accumulate points towards a free drink. Overall decent place, but don’t expect to be blown away.

Id definitely consider myself a regular here. Wouldnt change a thing. I tend to get the same slush every time however Ill branch out and try something new from time to time. Always great flavors and a great experience. All the employees are friendly and the atmosphere is pretty cool. Whenever I have company Im sure to bring them to Chewy to get a drink and sit out on the curb to chill.

This is a fantastic location. While they do not offer the selection of some of their competitors, the quality of my orders has been spot on every time.4 stars for slightly slow prep time on larger orders.Would recommend to friends.

The food items were delicious. I had the the crumbreule macron and almond avocado smoothie and my had the dark chocolate macron and Jasmine milk smoothie. Theres a good variety to choose from on the menu.

Great drinks! Spend a while reviewing the menu and asking some questions so you can make the right flavor combination, three are a ton of options. The pomegranate tea with Boba was a great choice.

I love the creme brulee macaroons....I came with my husband and I always wanted to try them, we both loved it, though I not big of a fan of boba tea, but I did loved the sugarcane, its a shame when I came back they didnt have sugarcane boba tea,so I just got two macaroons and passed on the boba tea, none for me.

My Favorite place in the world!!!! Need I say more? Been addicted for 10 years and go every chance I get! They have every exotic flavor you can dream of. So delicious the drinks and they have mochi ice cream and macaroons. To die for!!! Its pure Heaven!!!

The place is super chill and the people who serve and take your order are sublimely nice, the only struggle Ive come across is having to go into the place with a car. Its kind of impossible because of the fast paces traffic and the minimal amount of parking space. But I love that place, would risk a car accident for it:)

Best boba place in town! My partner and I love coming here after a visit to avalon. Very tasty, and cute atmosphere. Im giving 3 stars because it smells strong of chemicals, so I can only walk in to get my drink. Some staff is also rude !

Nice service and yummy boba. They have a large but not overwhelming selection of drink options and some little snacks too. The only down side to popping in this cute little establishment is finding a parking spot.

I give them one star because I have ordered a mango slush 2 different times thru DoorDash and for some reason I always get a mango milk tea. I’m not sure why this mistake has been made more then once.

I have been going to this Chewy Boba location when the layout was different and they had photos of every person whom visited their store for the first time, and they have never missed a beat.Every single time I come down to Colonial I HAVE to stop by and get me a Passion Fruit Tea, with boba of course.Always greeted with a smile and super fast service, always will be a favorite, love it.

Drinks were made quickly and were delicious. Would be even happier if they introduced Mini Boba all week instead of just the weekends.

We went for macarons. Flavor was great but texture was not on scale of a macaron. A bit disappointed. Will have to try tea next time.
