Food is over priced and quality of it changed a lot. Used to be my go too spot. Customer service, Wow very poor and rude. Seems like the person in the counter doesn’t really care about good service. They better step it up and change things or their loyal customers would disappear and go somewhere else.

Poor service and lacks quality inspection of the food they sell. The kutchinta be bought smells and taste like rubber. The woman attendant did not care and with no remorse offered no refund. Shame on you ! The owner better step up! You are in business because of us good customers!

Im a Filipino and I know what good food taste like. Too many Filipinos cut corners when cooking Philippine food. The Beef with Onions is too tough. The Pork Adobo too salty. The Langka w/ Coconut is also tough. As a chef myself, its important to taste the food. I dont think these people check the tenderness of the food they sell. Come on folks, lets do better in cooking our national dishes.....

Made a catering order a week earlier. No calls about any issues today so went to pick up the order and was told oops, they ran out. And with no empathy, rudely was given a half bag of frozen lumpia (in a zip lock, frost biten with no label. Indicating they dont track expiration dates) and no hot options. Like me coming to pick up my order non existing order was a hindrance ti them. And only hours before the SUPER BOWL we no longer have our catering order and have to scramble to figure out something else. I was at first happy to finally find a Filipino spot close by. I will never step foot around this place ever again.

Please be nicer when answering the phones. Good customer service should be given to everybody regardless of race or just whoever you feel like nicely interacting with. We are still paying customers.

I have always bought the homemade lumpia from here and absolutely loved it! Today I was craving some pancit and lumpia so I went and bought my two bags of frozen lumpia and the sweet chile sauce and some hot pancit to go! I couldnt wait to eat the pancit because its my favorite, so I dig in and there was no seasoning at all! I dont know if whoever prepared the pancit today forgot to add the seasoning but I was so disappointed, please next time add the seasonings to the pancit! 🤬

The food is ok and way too expensive. Now instead of charging $5 for the small size it’s per pound. The food kind of cooked fast and way too much fat that sits on top. The other items in the store are way too expensive too like $11 ice cream!

I love this place!!! I learned to eat Filipino food while I was in the Navy, I really love the food here. They are so kind and very eager to please, you will find all the products from the homeland at very competitive prices. Great place to shop!!!

This place is a hidden gem. I love coming here to find Filipino grocery items that I cant find anywhere else! They also serve hot food like chicken adobo, pancit, fish, and more. I have never been treated rudely coming in here, but I always make sure to greet others when I first see them as well. Love the people that work here and love the products they sell here. Salamat po! :)

Reading other ppls review I thought it would have been much more food. First time Ive had pancit. Loved it. Not sure if its supposed to be hot or cold but they had it prepared and it was just sitting there so I took it. Pancit is my favorite so far.

I brought a la paz batchoy noodles . When I Get home and cooked it the taste and smell are horrible. Check the expiration it was expired!!! really!! selling expired stuff??? but yeah talk to them but they do say sorry but still..come on now..

Bought a drinks that was expired. Was my mistake did not check the expiration date before buying..traveling from Jacksonville...😡🤬... Shoppers don’t forget to check the expiration date before buying item from their store.
