Always empty! I stop here on my way to work every week and its always empty. So much for keeping their customers safe.

Seems to be the only safe station for miles. Not the newest RaceTrac, but all the times I visited, theyre the only station without homeless and others loitering nor soliciting. Plus, people are friendly - without that RaceTrac attitude you find at some other locations.

Just left the place and Ill never come back. Cashier had LITERALLY no mask on, even on standby! Plus the girl was wiping her nose constantly and touching everything with her snotty hand. Disgusting and dangerous to those of us 50+ in age! Needs fixing in this pandemic thats still going.

11/11/20: They have a laundry room, but no accessible detergent. Their vending machine isn’t working (Accepting Money). I asked the white woman @6:30PM, if maybe she could help me, her response was “There’s “nothing” I can do”. I asked if maybe she might have some extra single packs in the closet where they keep the extra towels and she responded again with “There’s “nothing” I can do”. When I asked if maybe she can call her manager and they’d be able to help in this situation, and her response AGAIN was “There’s “nothing” I can do”.This is completely unprofessional, and inconsiderate in every way. I have the money to pay for the detergent, and you’re not trying to help me. She then added that she had the same conversation with others as if that’s suppose to help matters. She didn’t try anything to help resolve the problem. Then went back to the table she was at to sit down. Her customer service is by far the worse I’ve ever experienced!

Its not a Racetrac anymore. It is a 7-Eleven now.

Just be aware that, despite what they say, this is definitely not a 24hr store. I have gone up there several times now late at night after getting off work to get cigarettes and the 24hr gas station is closed. I dont understand this at all. They shouldnt advertise that theyre 24hrs if theyre not.

Employees are nice but dirty gas station. Computer SCREENS doesnt work at Race Trac. It doesnt show anything. Poor maintenance. Cob webs and dirty floor by gas station. PUMPS are really dirty. THIS RACETRAC needs some serious cleaning.

I got my cc stollen here. Will definitely not come back here. A couple hours after purchasing gas here, someone purchased gas 2 hours away using my card number. I know it was from this gas station because I did not purchase anything else that day.

This Racetrack is closed or will be closing any day. This location will then become a 7-11.

I love and miss racetrack. I moved to North Florida and they have kangaroo. I reran into my middle school love at racetrack and we have been together ever since. 7 years ago. And racetrack for the most part was always clean

The actual store itself and all the employees are absolutely great, the only problem is the location that its in, safety wise not the best stop but if you just need to a drink for the road or some quick food pretty great.

Never had a problem with this gas station. It does it get busy and the customers that you get in the middle of the night are a handful but decent gas station.

Usually takes a lot for me to leave a negative comment or something not pretty positive. But I think now after about my 25th visit to this RaceTrac since I live almost a mile away. Comes a time when someone gets tired of management not changing. The last month I have made and ever to use this RaceTrac rather than my favorite Wawa two miles away. Because its closer to my home and closer to my work. But one thing I dont understand is if you pride yourself Zone your coffee how hard is it to actually make coffee. Every single morning I come in between the hours of 8:45 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. almost all of the coffees are almost empty. Or if they have a little bit left it taste like burnt coffee. Very frustrating I believe youre losing another customer. I will still occasionally buy gas here but I cant speak for any of their other services. All I can say is if youre looking for fresh coffee stay away from this store.

They have been having the same old pumps here as always. They have issues for a long time. Cannot use my rewards app. Wont print a receipt.sometimes I have to go to multiple pumps to find one thatll take a credit card. It seems like every time I come in here I have to go inside just to get gas. From now on Im never coming back here until these guys fix their pumps.

Store look dirty, the only thing nice about the plate was all the drink options. Problem with the drink options is you can only have a small cut cuz they did not have any lids for large ones and did not tell you until after youve already filled up a cup.

Personally speaking, I feel like Racetrac is a great choice for a quick-stop convenient store! I would stop by this store every other day because I was a growing fan. I loved their self-serving coffee stations with touch screens to choose the type and way you wanted your coffee to be made. They also have a pretty impressive selection of chilled creamers and milks to choose from if you want to add to your brewed coffee. At the time, they were promoting these peanut butter filled, Butterfinger pastries (photo attached), and I swear I mustve visited almost every day I was on my week vacation.At the time that I visited the Orlando, FL area, besides the normal gas up and go, I wasnt used to frequent stops at the local convenient store, but Racetrac quickly grew on me. This location is near one of the busier locations in Orlando. This is on OBT (Orange Blossom Trail), and its near shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment are all just minutes away. They do have offers and promos like 2 for deals and BOGO items, and I admire the fact that they keep the store looking clean, kept together, and well-stocked.The bonus is the excellent customer service that I had got literally every time I stopped in. By doing that, they gained a returning customer.

My last visit there it seemed like only one girl was working and the rest were just having their own conversations.

Horrible I travel alot and only use racetrac.....but this one..ha a joke. Homeless people everywhere....beer cooler locked and when asked to open they were like wait we will open it in a minute ...5 mins later still waiting...i just left....that location i will never Visit again.

Boy boy boy is they lying about this racetac..the bathroom smells like shyt, to much homeless people there, some of theyre food are old.And service sucks...I always have to walk back to tell them yo this pump like they caught amnesia 5 Seconds before I walked out. Wawa is down the street

Pésimo servicio un lugar público en dónde se supone que ofrezcan servicio público y los dos baños que tienen uno se encuentra fuera de servicio y el otro lo cogieron para los empleados. Se le pregunto a la persona encargada del establecimiento he indico que no se podía hacer uso de ninguno de los baños.Todo establecimiento público debería contar con el servicio de baños para todos los clientes eso es algo que es por ley. 8:30 am por favor hagan algo para que todo cliente se sienta satisfecho en su establecimiento y cada cliente tenga las ganas de volver a consumir en el.
