I was in Orlando for a family vacation stop here to get gas. I went inside to prepaid $50 for gas on my debit card and only used $32. The next day I was charged the full $50. There were two numbers on the receipt. I called both numbers one was to the store and the guy said he did not where I pumped $32 worth of gas. I advised him I paid for $50 but my truck only took $32 still no help. I called the other number on the receipt which is someone personal cell he advised me it should correct itself within 72 hours. No correction made I called the store back to speak with the manager and left my name and number with Sam and I have not received a call back yet from the manager. I called the cell phone on the receipt and no answer. I am very upset this not how you do business. Now I have to go thru my bank to get the issue corrected, I will not go back to this location ever again while visiting Orlando.
Very much not impressed with this location at all. It is very run down and needs to either a be torn down or be remodeled. This location is very dated. Not to mention how small it is. Only has four gas pumps and God forbid if two cars try to pass side by side they will get stuck. Its kind of weird because everything around this gas station is newer or remodeled but this gas station is like I said very dated. None of the Mobil gas perks work like Speedpass
Stopped into Kwik Way while visiting Florida to purchase some tobacco products, bought a whole box of cigars but when we got home realized it had been opened and about half the box was missing. We did not have a receipt but went back a few days later and we’re served by a gentleman named Sam who we explained the situation to and he was happy to help and compensated us for our loss! Very nice guy, great customer service and will definitely be returning! You the man Sam
