This is the second time Liced do my hair and is just perfect !! I come for roots and refresh because after 3 months the color is exactly like the beginning! She is magical ! . She knows what she doing, she explains every step, she is nice friendly professional! She is the top 🔥♥️ . Called and got a same day appointment for haircoloring services, which was amazing! My stylist was Aida and she was such a professional and kind person! She treated my hair with such care and professionalism. Gave me great advice and made sure everything was to my standard and liking. She really created a miracle from the state my hair was in. The results were beautiful and I am beyond happy! Will be seeing her again for my follow up for sure! You rock Aida!

I must say of all the places Ive been to get my eyebrows done this has been the best. The young lady Toi Ruiz that takes care of me with my eyebrows is absolutely amazing. She has the knowledge of the products you should use for your needs. I highly recommend you to go see Toi and get those eyebrows on point! It doesnt hurt that she also has a great personality and great customer service 100 percent!! Thank you Toi !!!

Liced did a wonderful job on my hair! She transformed my hair into the exact color I’ve been wanting. She was able to sit down with me during the consultation and carefully listen to what I wanted and explained the whole process to me along with giving tips and advice for my hair! She made the inspo picture I showed her come to reality! 10/10 recommend going to Liced!

I had an amazing signature cut with Liced at the salon. She listened to what my hair goals were and was knowledgeable on how to best to achieve it with my hair texture. She also offered educated product suggestions based on how I typically style and what my hair needed.I will definitely be back to see her, I found my stylist!

What can I say... a girl in a huge makeup store? What could possibly be wrong with that! The staff at this location was super friendly and helpful.

What initially felt like help, turned into profiling.As I browsed the aisles, every time I looked up, an associate or their security guard was following me. I expressed this concern to an associate who responded mildly empathetic yet overall generic.Completely unacceptable and I will not be back to this location.

The store is very clean and organized. Some of the products I was looking for was sold out. Unfortunately due to covid-19 the testers werent available. The staff is very attentive and friendly at this location.

They have a lot of different products for the skin and more that are good. At the least, the ones Ive tried. Also, customer service was Ok. Oh, could be a little pricey.

I have been getting my hair done by Yami for a few years. At this point, she pretty much tells me what I want, which shows how much she knows her stuff and remembers what I like. There is no trust like coming in to your hair appointment and saying “Just do what you want”. I get compliments from other hairdressers and random people all the time (obviously from family and friends too). She is incredibly kind and professional with her clients and coworkers. Her blowouts are amazing and they last FOREVER, despite my kinda greasy scalp. I also love being able to walk around the store while my color is processing.

Went to the salon at Ulta today & it was a great experience! The stylist, Alex, was friendly, knowledgeable, & listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She did a great job! The store itself is bright & easy to navigate. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Definitely one of my favorite places to go!

Great selection of high end and drug store items as well as tools. A friend gets her eyebrows done at one location and is very happy. Usually a good amount of items to sample. Bring your wallet, you are sure to find many things you want to take home!

Absolute grifters

I believe it’s a wonderful store. However, I never had a chance to visit it because on my first and only attempt the MANAGER of the store, who introduced herself as Stephanie and the security lady ms White didn’t allow me to get in at 5:57 on Christmas Eve day, stating that they were closed, even though, I told them I knew exactly which item I was going to buy, and there were still people inside the store. Eventually, I bought this item in a competitor’s store the same evening.

Elizabeth does a great job with my hair! Shes always honest about what she thinks I should or shouldnt do and is very caring and patient! Dylan always does my brows at the Brow Bar and she is the best! She is fast and always makes my brows look perfect. I love this store all around and highly recommend.

Went in for a hair cut. They are profesional and friendly. A little pricey but the work is great. They also have a huge collection of different beauty ne brands for sale.

Our daughter loves this trendy beauty store and Club! It always has just what she is looking for. I like that it has a Salon and beauty consultants yet I have not a chance to go to them yet..maybe one day she will work for Ulta

Worst customer service ever they were so busy looking down and watching and didn’t even bother to ask if I needed help they made me feel so uncomfortable I had to ask them to assist me and every time I did they caught an attitude I asked one of the girls if she worked there so she can help me she looked at me and laughed I wished I knew her name she had on a black hat Latina looking she was acting like she was high or something she was worst out of all I mean ladies if u don’t want to work just leave people come and spend money and want to be around happy people especially makeup a girls favorite store get it together the girl with that hat just followed me around the store and was making me so uncomfortable I regret spending over 80 bucks there today worst place I have ever been. I love Ultas prices. They usually have buy 1 get 1 50% off most of the drug store brands. Great atmosphere. Typically helpful staff. Although there are definitely some better then others. I will keep going back.

The only reason I go into ulta is to get my haircut by literally the only person I trust with my hair, and that is Ashley Pratt. Every other person in Orlando has no idea what to do with the mop on my head but without even saying a word, Ashley cuts it and styles it to perfection which is an amazing quality for me. She always styles my girlfriends hair and she comes out beautiful every time and I appreciate all the hard work she does to make both of us look good.

Went to the Benefit Brow bar for the first time and wasnt really sure what to expect since my eyebrows are so light. I got the eyebrow wax and tint service, the price was great and the service was amazing! I highly recommend! Ask for Dylann..she did an incredible job!

Had eyebrows done with Dylan at the Benefit bar. She was super nice and loved the way she cleaned up my eyebrows. She did a great job and will go back to see here again.

Let me just start by saying Ashley Pratt has been doing my hair for years, and is the only person I trust with my hair. Ashley is an amazing and talented cosmologist. I love to change my hair often and before her I was coloring my hair with box coloring, which I didnt known at the time but is highly damaging to your hair. Ashley fixed my hair for me. She has recommended products and done treatments to my hair over the years to help keep it healthy with as much change as I put it through. When she moved over an hour and a half away from me I thought I was going to lose my stylest forever. Ashley assured me that she would keep me on as a client and has always made time for me. Even during emergencies. She is so honest and caring when it comes to her clients. She wants them to feel they look their very best. You wont be let down if you use Ashleys services.

Good selection. Had items and brands that are not found in other Ulta stores around central Florida. Service was blah. No greeting and cashier had trouble with basic math.

Im a huge fan of Ulta, but I typically buy online. This store has a pretty good selection, and most of the staff is helpful and friendly. Every once in awhile you go in and get completely ignored, but Ive noticed better CS in the last few months.

I highly recommend Crystal Maury for all of your hair needs! She has been doing my hair for years and multiple of friends now go to her! She has helped me achieve all my hair dreams- from going pink to auburn to blonde! You won’t regret going to her!

Staff is great!

I’ve been shopping here for five years. Sad to say as of this week I’m no longer returning to the store. I came here on a Sunday and wasn’t greeted and wasn’t asked if I needed any help for the 30 minutes I spent there. Most of the girls were deep in conversation and passed me numerous times as if I didn’t exist. To top it off a benefits consultant tried to politely ask me to move from her area so she could set up for the morning. No “hey are you finding everything okay” or nothing. Rude.

They seemed to be short staffed and when I asked the cashier for help, she basically told me as soon as the line has less people, shell come & help me. She never did. I just bought the next best thing. I got in line, paid & left. No one helped me. That sucked.

Terrible. A guy promo rep from Estee Lauder approached me to offer samples that looked like fragrance, so I said I dont usually experiment with fragrance samples, I just wear my favorites and he got all bent out of shape and said well this is NOT fragrance its foundation! And walked away in a huff. I said OK then Ill try it! And he gave a snappy attitude and suggested I go over to the counter and see it there. Wow, great way to promote it. So I asked him Why the attitude? You can give me the sample its all good then he went off on a tirade! Raising his voice and giving more bad vibes. That was NUTS! Ive never experienced anything like that ANYWHERE in any dept store or beauty supply shop. Those promotional makeup artists and fragrance models are always the friendliest, charming and most convincing salespeople! That was a strange encounter and definitely unpleasant and unwarranted. I purchased my beloved Philosophy fragrance shower gel and spray anyway and spent $100 bucks. I would have just walked out but I like Ulta and always get my beauty products there. But they need to realize that this dude is a big turn off and soured my normally lovely experience there. You are supposed to leave feeling pampered when you spend that kind of money on fragrance or makeup not beat down. Gosh what a jerk.

The wash was good but nothing else. No kind of finish at all. Thank god for the coupon other wise I wouldnt have paid. I could have bought the products and did better. Waste of money.

Love this shop, Always pay a visit when I am over from Ireland. They have a huge range of products. Only down side is you go in for one thing and come out with a load of stuff. If you can call that a down side.

Nobody take care about guest I couldn’t find any help about products I needed with my type of skin.. and my mom is a tourist so she nedeed someone who can help her in spanish and nobody pay attention to her.. disgusting

I visited back in June and have been dealing with the worst possible customer service since then. The reason? A highlight that they estimated would take 2 hours, took 4 and a half. Which made me late to pick up my 17-year-old sister from the airport. So theres that.Thats not even the biggest issue. The woman who highlighted my hair completely ruined it. I havent had highlights in years, long enough to where any hair on my head when I went in had not been treated. I hardly even blow-dry or straighten it. But going to this location was one of the biggest hair-related mistakes Ive ever made.Theres a huge section of hair right on the top of my head that is basically chemically burned. Every time I brush it out, the brush gets caught and more hair is pulled out, leaving my head sore. And now that my hair is down to the middle of my back, this one section is visibly shorter... only about 6 inches in length.According to Ultas customer service, I keep missing calls from them, despite telling them the day and time Im available. And when I try to call back, I wait and wait and never get a response.Not only is this location completely unprofessional, but so is the entire company, frankly. If you have a problem, forget about it. They dont care about their customers once they have your money.

I was so heartbroken with how they treated me. I called on the phone and asked them how much for a hairstyle they quoted me a fair price. I went in and the lady I had seemed great but insisted that I shouldn’t wash and dry my hair for my styling and I agreed thinking she knows best. My experience with professional stylists is that they always wash and dry before a style even if that’s not the ideal texture for the style. Then after I agreed to do it and I was pleased with the do the stylist told be that because I did not complete the service she wouldn’t charge me the full price. I thought great! I was getting and even better deal !but turns out they wanted to charge me twice and much as the original price they told me. After a back and forth they didn’t honor the original price they just gave me another discount but it was still so much more than I should have paid. So sad ...will not be coming back :(

The first time I tried an Ulta salon I wasnt thrilled about the prospect. I thought it was going to be a half a step up from those well known cheap hair salon franchises. I was wrong and have been a faithful customer for more than 5yrs. Having curly/unruly hair means I have to ask a lot of questions before I allow someone near my hair with their tools. However, both places Ive been loyal customers have directed me to the right stylist who was not just good but comfortable cutting/stylying curly hair. The prices are more than fair and I always recommend Ulta when people ask.

This has to be my favorite Ulta, so far. Usually the ones I go to arent as friendly as this one, plus they have the full line of Flesh Cosmetics. The staff were awesome, and very attentive as well. I look forward to shopping here a lot more; right down the street from my job!

What can I say about this store and everybody that works there. I love this place and the fact they care about Brazilians to have somebody that speaks portuguese and always happy to help. I went to the store and they had a nice event going on with people taking care of your skin and treating you uniquely. The Tula products is already making some changes in my life. I am very excited to take care of myself and have some moments for that. If you need anything please look for Samantha. Im not one to write reviews but I do feel that recognition is deserving of Crystal Maury at the Ulta at Millenia. Crystal has been doing my hair for years now and I have gladly followed her when she has transferred Ulta salon locations. Her work is consistently phenomenal and she always goes above and beyond for her clients. Shes a great listener and extremely detail oriented which means I always leave happy. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been and we lighten it regularly...she knows exactly what to do to keep my blonde looking fresh, natural and gorgeous. Crystal is an all around amazing and very positive person which makes my appointments enjoyable. I actually look forward to going to them to see her. You always go there knowing youre going to leave a happy and satisfied client.

Love this store... however the promotion signs say one thing...than when you get to check out...they say something different...happens ever time... I might start shopping online..

I came In to exchange shampoo I purchased the day prior. I had originally done 2 different transactions to take advantage of my coupons I had, when doing the exchange I told Sonyanell the cashier that I wanted to do 2 different refund transactions and for her to reapply my coupon I had used the day before for my purchase. The shampoo I was trying to exchange was cheaper by $5 dollars so I was expecting a refund of about $8-9 per transaction with applying the coupon. The cashier Sonyanell told me that both the coupons would be applied to my new purchase, which in fact did not happen. When I looked over the receipt & told her it did not happen she called her manger Ralph over & I had to reexplain the situation to her. Ralph explained to me very rudely not listing that there is no possible way she can reapply the coupon to my transaction and they only 1 coupon could be used for each transaction. Again, I explained to her that’s what I had done the day prior to the shampoo and I just wanted to do the same with the new shampoo but she told me that i was not possible and since it was “busy” (2 people were In line) that I would have to wait In line again to do a return. I told her that this was NOT very good customer service from a manger & she that I just wanted a full refund for my products. Ralph told me I had to get BACK in line that I originally stood in to do a refund. I asked if she could just do it for me since I already had waited In line & she’s a manager and she stated that she is “not the one on the register”. MIND = BLOWN! What terrible customer service by your so called “manager”. Never will I come to this Ulta again, I will happily continue to shop at Sephora or drive out of my way to go to a different Ulta location.

Honestly this isn’t a place to the one who is a beginner in doing makeup stuffs because there is nobody to help you. I am so disappointed and ended up buying wrong products for my skin type. Consider my comment if you are a beginner.

The manager or the owner was really helpful and polite, even with the store about to close. But theres one agent that was really rude to me! I asked if she could help me with something and she said go ahead. But with a really mad face. So I replied are you available? I dont want to bother. And she said Its just because the store is about to close. She almost expelled me of the store with that. I was really surprised and chocked with her rude manners. She has a purple hair and she seems Latin, she was with a guy that has a green hair. I hope she gets some manners! She is a really bad agent and she is making your clients to run away from the store!!!!it was the first time of my sister in this store and she was really upset. But I didnt want to say anything to the manager at the time, but we were so upset about it that Im writing this review.

Im not one to write reviews, however, I gauge my purchase or service on the reviews written by others. Not from the area I read the previous reviews as I needed a haircut and a color touchup. I decided to go with Ashley Pratt. I could not be happier! She was very helpful with a new hair style along with my hair color. My husband loves the new cut and have received compliments from others. When I return next year I will be seeing Ashley again.

Ive have had nothing but problems at other places getting my eyebrows done. A friend referred me to ultas brow benefit and im so glad she did. Dylan is absolutely a dream at shaping and consulting for eyebrows. I walked in with step sisters for eyebrows and came out with youtube twins. I could not be happier with the miracle she accomplished on my face ..As long as Dylan stays there . they have a new client for life . Thank you Dylan for making me love my eyebrows again .
