I am usually a Ulta and Sephora girl. Today, I walked by a Morphe store at the mall and decided to go in and get some lashes. (I had no idea what I was doing) There was one lady busy with the cash register. Though she was busy, she introduced herself as Laura and managed to make that the most pleasant experience by far. Not only did she educate me about lashes, she helped me find other lip products; as I am still learning. Laura was patient, kind, educational, and introduced herself to my family as she went along. My husband was impressed with her service. When I got home I was excited to try out the new products, review the products and created a new profile. I somehow ended up ordering more things online. Thank you for such a great introduction to your store.

Was first time at Morphe and I was welcome by Valerie was early in the morning and i loved that she speak spanish because i’m little bad a english . I have no experience with foundation or makeup in general she help me find the perfect foundation and recommend a lot a good product for my complexion. She educated me. She went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be back.

I took my daughter to buy makeup for her show. Yackie was above and beyond amazing costumer service, truly, it was Gods send. She was very detail, patience, well mannered, well spoken. Her demeanor was excellent. Finally!!!! somebody who cares about hospitality.

First time ever visiting a Morphe store! My best friend brought me to this store! Nicole greeted us at the entrance with such a bubbly and sweet attitude! Told us about the products, showed us what would look good on us and overall recommendations and she knows what she’s talking about. Plus her makeup was on point! She inspired me to do more bolder looks with the palette I ended up buying! Nicole is seriously the epitome of exceptional customer service! Definitely coming back if I ever come back to this mall!

The girls that work here are truly sweethearts they help you come up with different combinations for lip colors and they are very accessible, willing to help and overall angels — way different than Sephora

Went to the morphe store today located in Florida mall and the staff was so amazing there were two girls there one named Fatima and the other girls had blonde and black hair they were so helpful when it came to matching my skin with the perfect foundation also helping me find my concealer I never used it because I could never find the right one without looking like a ghost I truly appreciate them for all there help thank you ladies also it was bonus knowing how inexpensive morphe was I left with foundation concealer and blush all for 60$I know that’s right I’m going to be coming here again and spending my whole check

Went to the FL mall location. store was empty but you were still made to line up outside the door. I was asked at least four to five times what I was looking for. I said that I just wanted to shop I wasnt looking for anything in particular. no matter how many times I said this she was asking me the same question over and over. not used to being interrogated to go into a store. waited about 5 minutes and left. there was only one customer in the store. completely unnecessary. worst store ever

Me and my daughter were on vacation. We stopped at the Morphe store just look around as it was our first time. I have to say that we have never felt this welcoming at any other makeup store. Thanks to Fatima who helped my daughter and Jojo who helped me. They were both so nice and so knowledgeable about the products I can say that every other makeup store I have been to never made me feel this comfortable as Im not to good with makeup. They were awesome!!!

I got eyeliner which was described as waterproof It is wrong I have had a bit rash on my eyelid think about your product quality! Stuff seems a bit more rude.

I came to this store a few days ago and I literally had THE BEST SERVICE I have ever received from ANYWHERE. Preston greeted me so sweetly right when I walked in and helped me out with E V E R Y T H I N G that I needed. He was so patient and inviting and just had an overall magnetic energy. Im super excited to use these products on myself and my clients. I will definitely be back! 10/10 would recommend.

My cousin and I stopped in the store this morning and was immediately greeted by Ms. Emma. She was so incredibly helpful and kind! She was so patient with us while she tested a handful of lipsticks and concealers on us. Not only was she very helpful, kind and patient, she made our Morphe experience super fun! The products she showed us have amazing quality and were exactly what we were looking for. I ended up buying 2 lipsticks, a lip liner, and a concealer. I have pretty bad acne near my jawline, but the concealer she tested on me fully covered up my acne and I was so happy! The nude lip combo she tested on us were perfect for our skin tone. First time in the store but I loved this brand for years. After soaking in the awesomeness, Nicole helped be pull my brow game together. She recommended the kit and showed me how to use it. Definitely coming back.

Nicole was super helpful ! She took the time and helped me find the perfect lip liner and lip stick to match me. She did not have to at all and I am so happy she did. I walked into the store expecting to get only one thing, I left with six. I am so happy with my shopping experience, she made it really special ! When I come back I will most definitely ask for her.

One of my favorite makeup store experiences! Armando was not only honest about products, but extremely knowledgeable. He showed me products that fit my needs as a professional MUA, as well as some fun bits and pieces I could use in my personal collection. And while I chatted him up for a while he still stayed customer focused and serviced others. You dont see that level of service or passion in most makeup stores- I would def fly back down to Orlando just to see him!

My family and I had a party at the Florida Mall Hotel on 9/30/ and we all stayed at the hotel. We were browsing the mall when we found Morphe. Not only did we get great items but we were treated to the best customer service ever...definitely want to shout out Emma and Armando I cant say enough about both, professional, courteous, warm friendly -best service. I came to Morphe looking for a gift for my daughter. She had a specific pallet that she wanted and when I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and guidance. The staff was kind and helpful and even made me laugh. I wish all places I shop were this inviting!

I went to this store about a month ago and still can not get over how amazing Carla was! She was so sweet and helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I’m makeup illiterate and she answered all of my questions with such kindness. We also shared a love for Jeffree Star which was a plus. Lol I 100% recommend asking for her whenever you’re here.

I have not physically visited this place. However, I did call them and asked a few questions about the Jeffree Star 🌟 recent launch and Marietta was extremely nice, informative, and all around a pleasure to talk to!! I am 200 percent positive I will be visiting this store in the very near future. Primarily because Marietta was very welcoming. Secondarily because even though its roughly 60 miles from my house, theyre the only store I can buy Jeffree 🌟

My boyfriend and I came into the store today. It was our first time, and we were wanting to get matched with concealer, but we ended up having a great time with Preston. He was awesome! If I had a bullhorn to shout out what a great experience I had at Morphe Florida mall I would definitely use it! I went in for a James Charles palette for my daughter which I tell you has been a mission in its self, but I was so pleased that the store had a bunch that made me so excited but what made me excited was the team shared their excitement with me for me being able to get it for my daughter. I ended up getting the brush set as well because and the girl who helped me told me how awesom the brush cleaner was so of course I got that to but I just want to say the the staff made me feel so comfortable and had such great energy! I will definitely be back

Honestly I was really disappointed in the quality and service of this store. As someone who works in retail there were a couple of issues. Starting with the fact that when I walked in the associates where too busy talking to each other and not helping guests or to greet those coming into the store. Then the issue that the store seemed to not be fully stocked or wasn’t prepared for the amount of people coming through to shop. To add on to the fact that when I bought items they were out of bags for the product and didn’t tell me until I had already purchased it and had no solutions to resolve the issue. The issue with the store isn’t the quality of product but the quality of service.

Emma was amazing! She took her time with me even when I asked stupid questions and I’m going to the master class on the 20th I really hope to see her there. Thanks again Emma!

I just wanted to give the biggest shout out to EMBER, this lady today had not only the patience but also the time to help my family out, but on another note she noticed my 6 year old daughters love for make up and she took it upon herself to help all of us but she made my little 6 year old look absolutely gorgeous, I know its part of her job description to do these kind of things for customers, we already had the products we were looking for, but her act of kindness went far beyond her job description, even though there were people being rude and not minding their own business she did her whole face and I honestly wish there were more employees like her, not only she gave us good information about products we had doubts on or questions but she took her time and invested in a little girl that wasnt buying nothing and EMBER you made her shine and touched her heart and ours aswell, I hope there were more people and or employees like you, you went over and beyond anyones expectations but you did it with love for your work and love for a complete stranger in this case a 6 year old, the complements she received until we got back home which is a 90 minutes away from Orlando were non stop and you made her day and all of ours, you deserve the best of any recognition in your job and we wish you nothing but success and happiness, thanks for your time and last but not least GOD BLESS YOU. 🙏❤️💕🎉

I was so excited when I heard this store was opening, I have been ordering from morphe for years I own almost all their brushs and almost have every makeup palette. And every time I come in to this store I feel as if Im being treated as a criminal. There is always some one following me way to close like if I was up to no good. It makes shopping in the store really uncomfortable. Word of advice the makeup is amazing just order online.

I’ve come to this location before and have better experience but the last two times I’ve been in I’ve literally walked in and haven’t been greeted with the same welcoming experience I have before these past two times the workers were to busy doing makeup on each other they had no regard to the fact that customers were even around them! The last time I went in I saw two of them taking selfies with each other while I looked around needing help. Also I’m all for having fun with clients but there is such a thing of being way to loud and obnoxious and they have a worker there with red hair that is just way over the top !!! I’ll justvtake my chances in getting my Morphe online rather than enter that store again!!

Walked in with no makeup on and was greeted by absolutely no one. I was looking at the most expensive items in the store and not one person bothered to come see if I needed help or had any questions so I decided to order online instead. Apparently I cant give my skin a break and must go to the morphe store in a full face to be helped 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Was there for the Conspiracy Collection launch on Nov 1st, and while I believe everyone can agree that no expected such a huge turn out, Morphe and their artists did a FANTASTIC job of keeping control.I arrived around 9:10, and there was already about 200 people ahead of me lined up. That line kept growing and growing and yet everything was smooth and not a single person I spoke to in line had anything negative to say about the management. I was able to purchase everything I wanted and was out at noon. Line had gotten a bit shorter by then but still was well watched both by staff and mall security.They had at least 3 of their staff outside the store (HUGE shout out to JoJo!) and inside there seemed to be at least two staff members dedicated to restocking the collection at all times. Before each group was let into the store, the stands were replenished. It helped people get what they wanted quickly and move to checkout so that more people could come in.A sincere THANK YOU to all of you there that day! It broke my heart to hear how everyone else around the world was struggling to get the collection, especially online. But you guys rocked and made everyones day that came out on Thursday! Thank you thank you!Wish I couldve gotten the shade Ryland as well (sold out when it was my turn) but I am more than okay with waiting for the next drop for it. I was able to get both palettes, shade Shane, and the travel bag, thanks to you!

Some friends and I came to this Morphe store for the release of the big Shane Dawson x Jeffree Star collab and this store was so wonderful during this huge release! Despite being overwhelmed with the insane amount of people arriving for the release, the staff were energetic and kept the positive energy alive as we all endured a three hour wait. HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jojo and Nicole, who kept the line efficient and happy. Their energy and positivity made this one of the best experiences I’ve had with enduring lengthy wait times and lines. I would highly recommend this store just because of the wonderful experience I had with these positive people!

So we came for the palette launch today and we waited for 3 hours to get in, but it was by far the best 3 hours Ive spent waiting in a while. I specifically want to thank JoJo and Nicole for being rockstars managing the line for this incredibley popular launch. They were knowledgeable and efficient and they deserve all the praise for keeping the energy up.

I went in last Thursday and got the Jaclyn hill wye shadow pallet and a morphe blush and I’m so pleased with both of them. What gives this review 5 stars however is Preston, he did my make up for me and he KILLED IT!! He was also very patient with me while I asked questions about what and why he was usuing what he was(I’m clueless when it comes to make up). I’m so very thankful for him, and I can already tell I have learned so much from him! So thank you Preston!!I would highly consider giving him a raise, he turned this troll into a QUEEN!

The other day my wife and I walked into morphe and I decided I wanted to buy her the jeffree star brush set and alien pallet, so when we were ready to check out a girl by the name of jojo had a nasty attitude to begin with I did not appreciate it at all. I have been many places n have never expirence customer service like that not only that but we were not welcomed when we walked into the store either no one Acknowledge us or offered any help. I believe the store manager needs to do a better job of training their staff my wife and I will never shop there again...ulta or sephora is the best way to go, I will never recommend anyone to morphe ever again
