We called M&N with a 48 hour notice of having another door company fail to give us a quote after having sat on for 2 weeks. One of their in house installers, Chris, came out and walked our hospital client and provided a quote within 24 hours. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and provided real solutions to a complex project to fix another door installers problems. Their knowledge, depth, and ability to have all services under one roof was a tremendous value.

Our church tried unsuccessfully for more than two years to have someone come out and fix the doors to our sanctuary. No one seemed to have a fix, or know what to do. Mills & Nebraska came up with several options and were able to explain the pros and cons of each option.They went out of their way to get glass which would compliment the existing windows of our church. They located someone who had the glass and did an amazing job! Our sanctuary has an entirely new feel, and is gorgeous.We absolutely cannot say enough positive things about their work.Rev. John G. From experience, I can say that the team at the counter when you walk in are all great to work with and have a great sense of humor. Two thumbs up for always making sure to greet everyone at the counter as they walk in.

Mills and Nebraska have gone above and beyond for me whenever I have asked. I have found myself in several situations that mandated I have a door or frame modified for me, and they have done what was needed to keep me moving. I have used several local door distributors, and they are hands down the best. I would highly recommend them.

They might be expensive for my wallet, but I was in there today to return an item I purchased last week for work and had a pleasnt experience, had no problem at all returning the item .Everyone was nice . The only issue I had was they charge for a re- stocking fee of 15% wow ! I have no idea how it can cost 15% to set a door knob on a shelf and add it back to your invatory but who am I to judge the cost . I thought the door knob itself was expensive at $119.00 total. Just the knob .sorry guys at Mills & Nebraska but its just my opinion.
