The screens are amazing and let air flow through the house, which is very important to us because as of now, we have had no AC for 6 weeks, due to a back-ordered compressor blower motor. Euphrasia was an excellent installer, very personable and fast. Victoria in the office was very kind and helpful to get the process moving quickly for us.

We are head over heels happy with our motorized screen installation! No more mosquitos, love bugs, and mud daubers! The screens seem to be much more robust and made to last compared to regular screening material. We had the wind reader installed to have the screens automatically go up in case of destructive winds come blowing through (since we live in a hurricane state). If we are away on vacation, we don’t have to worry if our motorized screens will get damaged as they will go up automatically to protect themselves. We also have access via a phone app to put the screens up or down from anywhere (we also have local remotes that we fixed to the inside wall near our main exits for the lanai and balcony). We had installed all but one opening with fixed screens on the top balcony so we can have a spiral staircase installed to the one opening for an cleaner look versus having a door installed. The ground level lanai has all motorized screens facing the pool and the side is fixed with a sturdy designer styled 8 foot tall door centered in the screened 13+ foot opening. The best part is we were able to screen our large outdoor kitchen bar opening in a way that no other product could do for us. Allowing us to have the area screened when not in use and open to the pool when in use. They really did a wonderful job. Came on time, finished on time, did a professional and clean job. It was worth every penny and I would absolutely recommend them.

The most professional contractor experience we have had. The location was very challenging. Several other companies were incapable of overcoming the design challenges. The Phantom Screens design was elegant and fit the architecture. They were timely throughout the project and the installation was highly professional. Completed the project on schedule. The cost was reasonable and very competitive. They have my highest recommendation.

I wish I had chosen Phantom Screens the first time. Instead, I originally hired a company where retractable screens were only one of several product lines that they offered and 18 months later, the screens all had to be replaced. This company and product is AMAZING!!!!! Extremely professional, from the first phone conversation to the installation. Angie was quick to give me prices and also different choices which I thought was great. The quality of the motorized screens as well as the way they installed them is superior to any other screen I’ve seen. We will definitely be using Phantom again when we extend our patio.

Great product! Great customer service! Great installation. We live in a neighborhood where we like/ want privacy so we decided on the 95% screen mesh. The screen holds our AC in our patio, keeps the bugs out and creates the privacy we wanted. This job was done in half of a day and I was using my screens immediately. I searched around before purchasing the product and compared to the other companies, The staff for Phantom Screens is what our them over the top. Phil is responsive with whatever questions you have. We absolutely love our Phantom Retractable Screens! We live in an older home and have them installed in a detached outdoor living/kitchen area. The screens are magical, as they bring the outside in while opened and protect the inside from all the critters and bugs while closed. We have had them for 10+ years, so have had to do a little maintenance-but not as much as you would expect. The team at Phantom Screens of central Florida, Angie, Phil and all the others, have been unbelievably responsive when we have had issues. They are sensitive to your need to meet deadlines related to visitors or parties (when you want to make sure things are working) and will do anything possible to make it happen. In short, we love the product and we love the local team that keeps it working like new!
