We recently purchased several Sierra Pacific hurricane casement windows and a large hurricane rated glass panel from Garner Windows and we were extremely pleased with everything from start to finish. We began looking for windows this spring and compared Sierra Pacific to several other high quality brands and were impressed with the construction of their windows. Garner Windows has a fantastic display and the salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. They did not try to upsell the product either. It did take 8 weeks to get our windows in but they were very upfront about the timeline and never promised us any sort of quick turn around from ordering to delivery date. When Mike came out to measure, he was very knowledgeable and professional and his recommendation for the window installer, Nick, was greatly appreciated. Nick and his assistant Dave were fantastic; very attentive to detail in our installation (the large glass panel was not an easy install either). We would highly recommend Garner Windows and their Sierra Pacific products for new builds and/or replacement windows. The entire staff and workmen were wonderful to work with. Five stars to all!!

High quality products with expert staff that provide excellent customer service.

Disappointed. We ordered 3 windows and waited nearly 8 weeks for them to come in. On installation day, Garner realized they had mistakenly ordered the wrong size on all windows and the installation was canceled. I lost 1 day of vacation. I talked with the President, Jenny, whos only offer was a measly $200 discount to accept the improperly sized windows. Jenny did not offer a concession to re-order the correct windows even though they are causing an additional 6-week delay which will now conflict with the birth of our son let alone another day off work. Buyer beware, this company is more concerned about their bottom line than making their customer happy. I would not recommend this company.
