ABOVE & BEYOND superior customer serviceI was new to tractor market and shopping around at 4 dealers for a John Deere 2025R. I got quotes and Paul w/ Everglades beat other competitor prices and threw in some free accessories to sweeten the deal.What impressed me was delivery and post-sale services. I’d expect any dealer to ignore after the sales. NOT at Everglades dealer. Mike delivered my tractor and he spent a couple hours showing me how to use it and offered his personal phone for me to call for help when needed. I never thought I needed it. GUESS What? My tractor got stuck in the mud and I called Mike to pull it out. He responded promptly and came to help me.It was truely an awesome experience and I am happy to do biz with Everglades again. Getting landscape supplies here knowing they are trust worthy.
We purchased 12 pallets of sod from Everglades. Prices were competitive. We worked with Steven. He was responsive and any issues that developed were handled quickly and professionally. He is a great Everglades representative. We would recommend this company!!!

Delivered exactly when they said they would and even the driver called to ask where I wanted the pallet dropped. After more than a month working on a DIY project, I would love to say how awesome and great they are. They have all the materials that Ai needed at a very reasonable price. Moreover, they very responsive through text messages. My stuff was always ready at the promised time.Even when I had an issue with the amount of fill dirt that I needed, they got it resolved in less that 10 minutes.People there are very nice and friendly.If you have a yard project to do, I would highly recommend them. They gave me the enthusiasm to do more project.

Brought a tire in for replacement. The shop upon installing new tire on rim bent rim and no longer holds air. Service guy who checked me out noted that they damaged it and it “it still holds air so it should be fine” and then recommended that I take pliers to attempt to bend the rim their own shop bent. So by them bending rim and now doesn’t hold air I will have to replace the rim as well to no ones fault except this service team.

Everglade Equipment Group saved the day.I received top-notch customer service from Everglade Equipment Group.In early April 2021, I contracted with someone who claimed to be an experienced landscaper. I was hesitant to sign a traditional landscape contract with the contractor since there were no customer reviews or referrals associated with his business. I negotiated with them to provide labor and I would order the sod and other materials.Unfortunately, the inexperienced contractor and his workers destroyed by irrigation system, had me order 15 pallets of sod when I only needed 10-11 pallets and did not level the ground as promised. I panicked...my sod was suppose to be delivered in two days.I reached to Everglade Equipment Group to explain my predicament and I met Steven. Steven literally saved the project!!! He provided excellent customer service to me over the course of two months. The amount of time it took to get my irrigation system repaired and to have the ground leveled and ready for re-sodding.Steven and his co-worker Mark worked tirelessly with me until I was ready for the delivery of my sod. Steven even remembered that I had ordered too much sod. He reached out to me before the delivery to ask if I wanted to reduce the number of pallets as I had forgotten. I want to send a shout-out to thank the folks at Everglades / Landscape Supply Co. who provided a stellar experience and exceeded my expectations! Who knew this was even possible ordering dirt? Steven was very courteous and efficient in helping me confirm the volume required to fill a tree well, and accommodating my schedule for the multi-part delivery. Humberto was also very pleasant to work with and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the quality of the fill dirt before dumping. His drop was right on target and saved me a lot of effort moving the dirt.I highly recommend this business and believe their management must be stellar to enable their employees to strive for such customer satisfaction.
Ive have now used Everglades Equipment Group twice. Both times their employees were more than helpful in guiding me to purchase the right kind of sod for my yard. They were polite and understanding with my million and one questions. Customer service even called to address a possible concern over brown grass as opposed to green grass being delivered and took the time to explain about dormancy. Wonderful experience! The online ordering was easy and efficient. I ordered sod and rock for delivery! I was notified when my delivery was on the way. The driver asked where I wanted the sod pallets placed and then placed it exactly where I wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful when I called with a question. Customer service is spot on! Received a delivery of rock today. Humberto was the driver and did an awesome job. He was on time, friendly and courteous. He put the rock exactly where we asked it to be placed and was very fast in the delivery.
I was able to get what I was looking for. On Saturdays, you have to get there before noon before they close. The staff that assisted me was very helpful.
Today was our first day using this company and let me tell you their SOD quality in neyond outstanding! Ive used other sod companies and sod quality is usually questionable, however we were able to use almos every single piece of sod on 17 pallets. Also their driver was awesome! Excellent attitude, very kind, and helpful in suggesting where pallets should be placed. From today forward Everglades will be our SOD go to guys! I highly recomend this company to everyone.
I couldnt be more impressed with this company, and in particular their delivery specialist Humberto. He was prompt, polite, and courteous. He asked before starting to deliver my mulch and rocks if the driveway was an alright place to unload. He offered to help me lay down my tarps and spread everything evenly so the piles were manageable to work on. I appreciate the on-time delivery and ease of ordering through their website. I ordered on Tuesday and they delivered on Wednesday - Less than 24 hour turn around! Killer price and overall solid experience.
I just bought a new John Deere X350 and I found the dealer to be excellent. Jay and Derrick on the sales side were easy going, low or no pressure, answered all of my questions and finally John (delivery) was also excellent (showed the features, friendly and professional). I just had a pallet of sod and 40 bags of mulch delivered. The driver Humberto was super nice and helpful, made sure not to run over my drainfield and explained everything to me. Im not sure if this is the location that serviced my order, but I just had sod delivered and Humberto was very nice, asking where I wanted the pallets placed and making sure there was enough space to move our cars around the pallets. He looks to be a very skilled forklift operator

The stores customer service is absolutely horrible. I bought a mower from them and only had it for a short amount of time and they won’t fix it or refund my money. Do not go to John Deere Everglades to buy and mowers or equipment.

I would highly recommend Everglades for any of your landscaping needs. I’m just a homeowner and needed some gravel and I had the personal help of a real person in customer service who made sure the product was in stock before going to the store and who helped me make prepurchase online. Very rare to see such great customer service these days!
We installed a pool and needed to replace our St Augustine sod. We quoted several landscaping companies and researched sod types suitable for Orlando. Found Everglades through Google and gave them a call. Originally was looking at Empire Zoysia but after our call with Everglades we decided to go with ProVista St Augustine. It sounded more durable with less maintenance. We have a black lab and from our research and discussions, the Zoysia would not have been so resilient to dog urine. We ordered 6 pallets ProVista delivered from Everglades and did self install. Pricing was very competitive and we saved a ton doing install ourselves. We are 5 weeks in and the grass is getting greener by the day. The folks at Everglades were very helpful and knowledgeable and they back their product. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Call 1 Stop Sod.Don’t trust this company. Even the reviews have been faked like the one from Sara Whitley??? Seems very odd that the delivery manager is Steven Whitley and the reviews are so bad they have to fake the good reviews to hide all the bad ones.They sent pictures of brown dead sod and asked if I wanted to wait. This was two weeks after they already had my money, when I said yes, please wait for green sod. They hit me up for a $70.00 increase in sod because I waited. I had even orders another pallet after the increase, so it was not about more money. Principle they tried to charge more money after weeks of having already been paid. Said it was my fault that I waited for green sod. Asked to speak with manager and was told by Michael ( this guy is a joke )his employees were idiots. Michael is the worst case for a manager and I will send this review to all the companies that have product in their store. John Deer Corporate headquarters needs to know how this guy speaks to customers and calls his employees idiots on the phone, Steven was next to him and heard him say it to me. Do not waste money or time with this store. Was told it would be weeks before I could possibly get green sod. The owner of this company needs to know what type of people they have and how the store is being represented. Do not waste your time here. Read all the reviews. There is multiple reviews of how rude this store manager is and nothing is being done. So I will take the time to make sure everyone knows how customers are being treated. They do not care about your business.Called One Stop Sod as soon as I hung up and had green sod delivered three days later. Better sod, better customer service. Stacey was great. My Zoysia has been down for eight days and is very green.

I needed rocks for my yard and I got several quotes and there was so much information out there. Their website was so easy to use, easy to order, cost was the same compared to several others, great communicators, and it showed up on time perfectly as I requested. They were kind and the rocks are gorgeous! I am so happy with the result!

The delivery driver Humberto was very cheerful and professional, and he went above and beyond to make sure the product was deposited right where we needed it. I would definitely recommend this company and will order from them again for my next project.
BUYER BEWARE. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. Sod prices do not include mandatory purchase of wooden pallet. Everglades (formertly Landscape supply) will not refund the money you payed for the pallet (pallet deposit) when you return the pallet. For example if the price for Floratam is $165 you are really paying $173. Its like if you see a price of $299 for a Stihl chain saw and when you buy it you are told you only get the saw for $299 if you buy the carrying case for $50 more. There are many places where you can get better sod at a better price. Do some shopping. Notice to everglades: Change your advertised price to reflect the non-refundable pallet deposit and include notation in advertised price that pallet is not refundable. No where on their sales receipt does it say that pallets are non-refundable. Shame on you for this deceptive practice. It makes one wonder what other deceptive practices are common with Everglades Equipment Group ???
Great experience with Landscape Supply Co. Ordered 2 yards of rock at 2pm on 10/16/19. Rock delivered at 7:40am on 10/17/19, twenty minutes early. Very prompt. Humberto delivered the rock....he truly was a joy! Very positive and cleaned up afterwards. Humberto is Great!

They dont appear to care much for their customers. Went over there yesterday morning to buy two pallets of sod. Everything started off fine as they were very courteous and I was in and out quickly and without hassle. Bought both pallets, but could only carry one pallet at a time as they are fairly large and weigh a lot. They mentioned they would hold the second one there until I got back. Brought the one pallet home, laid down the sod, then went back to get the second pallet ~2-3 hours later. Apparently they SOLD THE PALLET THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR TO SOMEONE ELSE and no longer had any available. They said they would get another shipment in about two hours. Left and came back to pickup the second shipment and it still had not arrived. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes, then finally got the second pallet. The second pallet was very dry and brittle compared to the first as if it had been sitting out all day in the sun, which made it much more difficult to lay down without the base falling apart.I would NOT recommend them for purchasing sod, unless you can carry out all the sod with you in a single trip. Perhaps for other purchases they may do fine.

I think $140 per yard of river rock is kind of expensive. Staff is is super friendly any kind of steel product you need they got it.
The five star rating is a bit of a story, but to sum up, these guys are very courteous people, and if you give then the chance they will make sure in the end you are satisfied with their service.So I ordered salt and pepper gravel over the phone and did not notice that on the invoice they sent me that it said grey gravel. So I received grey gravel, and called them up concerned. They offered to give me a discount, and/or if need be to come out with a crew later and make a swap. I am in Leesburg area, so that would have been pretty expensive for them.I decided the grey gravel was okay, because it really is a nice rock. But the fact they were so calm and humble about everything and willing to do so much to make it right was very nice. Im going to order a couple more cu. yds. of grey gravel from them.

I purchased 1 pallet of sod. When I ordered it, I was told that it is cut fresh when you order it. Well this is not what I got. Went to p/u my pallet and it looked green from the outside... until I got it home and unloaded it and found it all to be yellow. Now you know from experience fresh sod takes at least a week to yellow. I had no choice but lay this sod and I watered it for hours a day for 1 week and keep it very moist but only 25 percent of it survived. And most of the green that is left 4 weeks later is weeds. So needless to say I do not recommend you buy any sod from these people because they will tell you what you want the hear just to sell. you there week old leftover Sod.

I ordered 5 cy of potting soil in error. My mistake was caught when Steven called to confirm prior to delivery. He immediately corrected the error to reflect 5 cy of top soil and the price reduction refund was back in my account within a few minutes not days that it sometimes takes other businesses. I though I would need more top soil and ordered another 5 cy. to be delivered a few days later. It was later determined by my landscape crew that I would not require any more top soil. I called Steven and he immediately cancelled my 2nd order and refunded the charge without any problems. This interaction between Steven at Landscape Supply was very pleasant and the correct way a business should handle any situation thrust upon them. Cudos to Stevens professionalism.

I called landscape supply to have them come in pick up my John Deere and service it. I got the Platinum package and had to pay for it before they would come pick up the lawn more, which was fine. Then there were a few other things that needed fixing Spark plugs And clean the fuel line, belts. again that was fine when we were told the price Tim the service manager told my husband and I both the final price included the platinum package as well....NOT SO!! It ended up costing $1000.00 What kind of JD pros have to deck the deck off just to replace belts?!?!?! Guess the kind that want to take your money ! Talk about getting screwed with your pants on !! I am extremely Unhappy !!!! Classic bait and switch folks!!!!
These guys are great. They have better quality and prices than the home improvement stores. They do great work. They also log your serial numbers when you purchase so that they can track your equipment or tell you the number if you need it. They listen to the needs (residential vs commercial) and help make sure you get real value.

The professionalism, patience, informative concerning the products condition was crazy. Stevens listen and understood my concerns in me having a negative experience with another company with a prior sod delivery years ago. He informed me of the products condition giving it a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. Stevens also gave me updated info as to the delivery trucks whereabouts as it neared my home. The whole experience was outstanding and to me the st augustine I received was 5 stars. This was on December 13. Today only 3 wks later the grass is crazy green and tall. Purchased sod based on reviews. Upon delivery at least 13 pieces, mostly on one pallet, were rotted through, and smelled accordingly. Hoping we could recover the pieces, we worked diligently to revive them. No luck, but most of the other pieces did well given time. We also noticed 3 pieces were some other type of grass, it would appear to be centipede. It stands out drastically. When we called them to see if we could get replacement sections to cover the stuff that arrived rotten and wouldnt recover, or the 3 sections of another species, we were told quite plainly it wasnt their problem, but we were free to buy more. Regardless of what proof we could provide, pictures etc. Fine with me, I will make sure to direct my business, and anyone I talk to, elsewhere, since they cant stand by their product or delivery.
I was a little ignorant, when I first laid my new sod and wasn’t aware that it was recommended to treat for fungus and worms within a few weeks of placing. My sod didn’t make it, but Mike took excellent care of me and helped me to get through my mistake. Great company to work with!
I walked in to Landscape Supply with my father and the minute i walk in the customer service was Extraordinary. I bought my father a riding lawn Mower for Father Day. Well my dad was having issues with the Mower he would tell me it was riding really slow. So, I called the Store and the Manager went to my Dad house and help him with the Mower. I called to see if they could restring my blower 20 minutes before I got there apparently the guy left..... the gentleman over the phone told me $15 to do it! And when I arrived they told me the mechanic wasnt there and if he was there it was $41 plus tax to restring a blower.... they guy at the counter was kinda rude!

I have a small lawn maintenance company. All my teams buy them in this dealer and today I have been a victim of public offense, discrimination and bad treatment by Mike the manager. I love John Deere but I do not recommend this store. My machine was thrown into the street unarmed. I will look for all the means to solve this
Call to get an estimate for delivery and installation of pea gravel for my side yard and front yard walkway. The sales rep that answered the phone was rude an inpatient. After explaining a few time I wanted installation and not just a quote for the materials transferred to another sale rep who provide acceptable over the phone service, but they do not come out and do an inspection to give an accurate estimate as advertised on the website. If it this hard to get an estimate I can not image the difficulty actually getting the work done and get a resolution if you have any issues. I passed and took my business to another company that seemed to appreciate the $2000 worth of business.
We were there on 5/12, and had one of he best (if not the best) retail experiences in a very long time. Buying a mower and generator isnt the sexiest, or funnest, investment one can make. We did it knowing we needed it living in Florida. Michael, Chris, and just about everyone else in the store that day made this experience exceptional. 5yrs from now, well probably have forgotten exactly how much money we spent that day, but well never forget the professionalism, and above and beyond assistance, and support, we received. Kudos to that entire staff. We will be back!
Very easy website to navigate, order and pay online. I placed my order for one cubic yard of white marble rock on Friday at 8pm and received my order the next day on Saturday by 2pm. I would highly recommend Landscape Supply to family and friends.
I went there and needed a part for my mower. They gave me a price which was 4 times hire then another mower shop! I would NEVER go back! They are looking for the QUICK dollar and they didnt get it from me! As a homeowner, I noticed another interesting thing......... While I was in the store, I noticed several landscapers going in the store to buy things, ATTENTION Landscape Business Owners. Did you know that this store now offers a 1, 2, 3 Program (If they replace your sod, and do the spraying of the yard, and mow, they warranty the grass), meaning if you were a landscaper and bought a new mower for 8k, guess what? This store now is in the landscaping (mowing) business. So you might want to think twice, because now they may be your competition. The other big mower stores, dont step on peoples toes, so you might want to think hard about this...... There are other great mower stores around, just not Landscape Supply (in my opinion!!!!)
Just wanted to say that that we had a misunderstanding about a repair I previously had a a stihl trimmer I previously purchased from these guy, but I recieved a call from Rafael to meet up with the store manager Mike, and they were both pleasant, informative and helpful with my situation. I am pleased to have meet both of them and get the misunderstanding resolved. These guys in the store are very informative with the product there selling and have a continuation of great customer service after the sale. Thank guys for all your hard work keep it up.
The most professional staff and A+ customer service I have found with a vendor in a long... time! The quality of the 10 pallets of sod i had delivered (for a very resonable fee) was excellent! I will be going back to buy my next green tractor! Thanks Tim and Steven!
After struggling all spring and summer to mow our bahia grass lawn with a push mower, I started looking into riding mowers and lawn tractors. Still having some questions I stopped in and was helped right away by Alex. He was able to answer my never ending questions related to grass types, equipment, old vs new, various models, etc. In the end I purchased a John Deere S240 lawn tractor and so far have been thrilled with my decision. They were even able to deliver by the end of that same day.A lawn that would take me a very frustrating hour and a half (two if it rained the day before) after one week of growth now takes 20 minutes, and is much more even and clean when I am finished. I now have more than enough time to get to it twice a week and keep it looking clean cut all week long.A big five star thank you to the team at Landscape Supply and the JD S240.
Very unhappy with the service we received with this company. We recently purchased sod and paid on- line for our order. After a week, we were contacted and told that the sod was brown and asked if we wanted to wait 2 weeks. After we agreed, we were told there was a price increase- even though they already had our money! We tried to speak with the manager Mike, who was very argumentative and rude. He obviously did not want our business. He even called his own employees idiots. Luckily, we were able to find exactly what we needed with One Stop Sod. We received our order in 3 days and were very pleased with the GREEN sod!!!!
