This place has MOLD and is extremely dusty! Came in here for the first time and had to leave after a couple of minutes. I pretty much had an asthma attack and had to do my inhaler as soon as I got to the car. DO NOT come here if you have asthma or are allergic to mold!

Like a treasure hunt, they have a lot of very unique items. You need to watch the expiration dates. Ive only been there twice but will return whenever Im nearby.Thank You, Sacks.

The store is located on Edgewater drive just like the name implies its a liquidator location. You must have some patience when shopping as the inventory changes daily. The variety is not the same as a regular grocery store no upgrades just product. The prices are pennies on the dollar compared to a regular grocery store. They offer some fresh product as vegetables and greens its best to consume the day you buy them. As shelf life has been exhausted at this point. Overall a great place to save money on essentials.

Discount store items up to .50 cents to eat. Items that have not yet expired in good condition. Good customer service and organization of articles. they sell vegetables. And fruits in good condition. The place is recommended.

I always find some kind of good deal there

Most of the stuff is expired or close to expiration date. Definitely dont buy meat here. It may be frozen, but, its past the sell by date and you cant trust it. Who knows how long it thawed before being refrozen?I did find a few things from Food Lion I just had to get since they arent around here anymore.Still spent nearly $50 and we didnt get that much. Definitely a one time stop.

If you shop at discount stores you know what to expect. That being said this is the best one I visited. Check out some of the photos four examples of the pricings. I wish they had more of them in our hometown. :-)

Wonderful place to get affordable food. Have realistic expectations. It is a discount market that sells slightly damaged (dented cans, expired) and surplus items that grocery stores couldnt sell. I love a good deal and Sacks is full of them. Yes most of the items are expired or close to it and it does take a little more work to find items that are still good, but the amount of money I save each month is great. I really like the freezer section, good deals on meat when in stock. I love getting my canned goods here, dressings, sauces, and individually packaged items. Not a fan of boxed noodles or the juices, but overall its a great place to go if you are on a budget.

Ive never had a problem buying stuff from Sacks, because the majority of grocery goods are still perfectly fine after its expiration date. I used to buy a lot of food here until I found live bugs in my noodles. I have no idea how I didnt notice before I got home, but I havent been back since. The nonfood section is a treasure trove.

Discount grocery store selling expired, damaged or second quality products. You have to pick and choose on some items (expired items that have a lot of oil in them generally dont taste good) and I personally avoid anything thats expired and unsealed. But things like applesauce, most granola bars, coffee and other miscellaneous items are great deals. Theres a lot of gluten free and organic options for cheap. Theres also a produce section and some fridge and freezer items.

Love to go there before I got to chain stores theirs always a deal to be had.And a very kind and friendly staff.

This is supposed to be a discount store, but many of their products are the same price I can found in other stores. I think for the quality of the produce and food it should be much better price than they put, since most of the food are expaired. Very disappointing.

Hit or miss here. Sometimes you hit the jackpot and find great vegan stuff for half price or less! Always check the sell by dates! Some stuff way past expiration.Todays haul included organic basmati rice, several kinds of vegan cereal, Field Roast burgers and much more. Oh, bring your own bag.

I love coming here. It has good deals of all types of food and random household items. They buy closeouts from stores in bulk and they dont always know what they will be getting, so I wouldnt expect them to carry some of the same things every week. They have good sales and good prices on their items. I always come here first when Im looking for something.

This store is a pleasant place to purchase, the workers are pleasant, they even remember my father, when I show up, they were just as pleased to be back at work as I was to shop there, its organized, always a pleasure to shop.

Great slightly damaged and out-of-date items at a great price

People must understand some food has expiration dates to make sure the food is being rotated not because its actually expired. Dairy, fruits and perishables are the ones to be cautious with but can goods unless dented last for years and boxed products like cake mix etc last too.

This place has been a game changer for my large family. You have to dig a little, and no two weeks are the same, but the amount of organic, gluten free and high quality items available for heavily discounted prices are sometimes amazing. Im so glad this palce was recommended to me. This is my first stop on my weekly grocery shopping trip.

Not the cleanest place or the biggest place but have decent deals on most everything they sell. As with most scrstch and dent type stores always look around and check dates before buying. There are many good deals to be had here if you are willing to take the time and look. You can get a box of brand name K-Cups for less than $3.50. I would advise staying away from unsealed items such as boxes of rice or pasta because there is a possibility of infestation from flies or other types of insects.

Can always find a good deal there. Their inventory in stock changes frequently but if you hit it on the right day you can make out great. But a 15 pound block of cheese and some Halo ice cream today

I mainly go here for cereal and snacks for the kids I take my time to check the dates, as a lot of the stuff here is out of date hence the price.I can usually find some good deals that is still within their use by dates and SACKS has def helped give me a few more options on a limited glueten free diet

You cant always find what youre looking for here, but the prices are all pretty much unbeatable.

Best grocery store in town, incredibly low prices for quality produce and name brand packaged foods and frozen meats.

This is a damaged freight and over-runs store. The shelves are stuffed with all kinds of grocery items. You have to know your prices to make certain that you are getting a good deal and watch out for dented cans but I was very happy I went and I plan to return. I just wish that it was closer to me so I could go more often.
