Woman who answered phone was rude and impatient. There are too many other companies doing the exact same thing to be rude to customers. If you are unhappy with your job, every business on the planet is hiring right now.

Not the friendliest or most helpful staff. But when you need the parts you have no choice. All in all not too bad but the south location is way better

Poor service! Staff lacks knowledge of the product they sell. There have even been times where they have told us parts dont exist in the unit. So we have to send them pictures of the parts in the unit........LOL......Rather then having good customer skills and making your problems there own they send you to tech support. Ive watch this branch go down hill over the years.

Wont sell to the general public.

Drove up from Kissimmee to purchase a flame sensor. Went in and everyone one was to busy on computers. Waited 10 minutes for someone to serve me only to be told they dont sell to the general public! Ordered the fame sensor from internet while sitting in car park for delivery tomorrow. I do not recommend this place.
