I have been using a different company and have not had the best experience. I called EC Waters for service. They were amazing. Cost was not bad but the customer service was great! Riss come out to my house and he was very knowledgeable. He had it fixed in less than an hour and has gained a customer for life. I used to work in customer service and I wish all my guys we as good as everyone I talked to there. From the time I called and made the appointment till tech was driving off. We had a mini split installed in an office in our home. EC Waters came highly recommended and they did not disappoint!!! Technicians And staff were excellent This was the only company that would provide the placement of ac unit exactly where we wanted it. It was extra work for the installers, but they were happy to accommodate us!!!

On Wed, 7/28/21, our ac stopped working. I called E.C. Waters, who have performed regular maintenance on both our home and business ac’s. They couldn’t come out until the next day, Thurs. 7/29. That was understandable. Alan( I think that was his name.) diagnosed the issue and told us they needed to replace the blower motor. He seemed very unconcerned when I asked him questions, just shrugged. He said they would get the part ordered but was not sure when or when it could be delivered, or even a ball park estimate of his experience with delivery from this company . So, I called that afternoon and spoke to Crystal. It was evident from her answers that they had not ordered the part yet. She was non-commit all as to when it would be ordered or how long it might take. She did finally say she would ask them to track delivery and would call me after the part was ordered. No call that day. Now, it’s been 92 Degrees for two days in the house. 🥵 I called her the next day, Friday. She said the part had been ordered but had not asked for tracking info. and had no idea when it would come in. She said she would call on Monday and seemed very unconcerned. We were desperate and started to call friends for recommendations. A friend gave us the info. for Allstar Heating & Cooling. What a difference in attitude and performance! They returned our call on that Fri evening, we’re out at 7:30 am on Saturday, and the blower motor was installed by that afternoon. ( They were $100.00 less expensive too.)Please don’t waste your time with a company that seems to care less. E.C. Waters no longer has my business .

The install of our new A/C system was done in an orderly and very professional manner. Apparently the techs have worked together for some time and each knew what the others task was. Two were working on the Air Handler at the same time (1 upper and the other on the lower part) without getting in each others way. There was very little discussion as to what needed to be done. They protected our hardwood floor and all was cleaned up when they left for the day. very pleased with the work. Waters costs a little more than the other bid I had, but well worth it.

EC Waters has cared for my AC system since 2012. Recently when I was on vacation my 18 year old Trane stopped working. My daughter stopped by the house and let me know. I immediately called Crystal at EC waters and she dispatched Justin to see if it really needed to be replaced. It did. They recommended a new Trane, ordered and installed it the day after I returned. I have been a customer for over 5 years and have had good service. I had an issue several weeks ago with my air-conditioning, it was not cooling well. My unit is a 6 years old Lenox. Many Lenox units have had faulty coils and I had already replaced one 4 years ago, EC Waters did the work. When Allen came out he said the refrigerant was low, would fill it and see how that worked. He did not go in the attic to check the unit. I feel I paid $230 for poor service, just a bandaid to the problem. Very dissappointing.A week later my unit wasnt cooling well again. After researching, refrigerant should not be leaking out at all and usually means there is a leak in the unit, I called another HVAC company and as soon as they looked at the unit they said it was a leak and the coil needed replacing again (Lenox issue). My unit is now working at 100%.

Papers littered on our lawn and a truck parked blocking the mailbox, so our mail wasnt even able to be delivered today. Very surprising since I have heard nothing but good things about this company. I dont think any of this was done deliberatley, but definitely left a bad impression with me.

My AC went out over a holiday weekend. Isnt that always the way? I put in a service call to E.C. Waters on a Sunday morning. They responded to my emergency call within an hour and Wayne came out to service my unit within hours. He was very friendly and efficient and took time to explain to me everything he was doing. EC Waters was recommended to me by 2 co-workers for quality service, professionalism, and timely work. I am happy I asked because these guys are top-notch. When my A/C broke and didnt know if I needed a repair or an entire system replacement, I shopped around for a few quotes from various service providers in the Orlando area. Everyone I talked to seemed sketchy and untrustworthy, and I could never get a consistent answer as to what was actually wrong. Then I called EC Waters and talked to Jason. Jason is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me. We came to the conclusion that it was more economical to do a full system replacement. Jason provided a temporary window unit so I could keep my bedroom cool until the new system was in and ready to be installed. Once the day finally arrived, the team showed-up on time and completed the job within 5 hours! His installers helped me set up the new WiFi thermostats and walked me through how to program everything. I will say, they are a Trane authorized installer, and those units are a bit more expensive versus other brands. However, you definitely get what you pay for with these guys. Do yourself a favor and call these guys if you need A/C work done for your home.

They did a great job replacing my A/C. How they handled some challenges spoke volumes. 1) Apparently there was a defective controller in the new air handler. They were out the Friday I called to diagnose the problem (and provide a workaround so I had cool air for the weekend). They were back Monday morning sharp with new parts to fix the problem. 2) I was also impressed by how they handled an issue with a second return. Apparently the company I had put it in a few years ago cut corners by not doing it to code. E.C. Waters recognized this, proposed the best solution of the three quotes I go and didnt charge me extra to fix the problem. Sure enough, the first thing the inspector did was look at the second return in detail. The solutions suggested by the other two quotes would not have been adequate. So these folks know their stuff, do quality work and operate with integrity. Its now been a month and everything is working good.

Weve been using EC Waters since we bought our house five years ago, and even had them install a pricey split unit in part of our property. However, weve been receiving inconsistent recommendations as to how often they should come and perform maintenance, and it finally bit us in the a$$. Weve had techs tell us every couple of years is fine, most recently a tech told us every year would be better, and now that weve had an issue (with the very thing we told them we were concerned about last time) within seven months of maintenance, I am told over the phone that actually every 6 months is their recommendation, but they can come and look at it for full price. Maybe if wed gotten better information from the start, we wouldnt currently have the hallway ceiling caving in under the leaking air handler. After 5 years of customer loyalty, I would have expected better service in this urgent situation than, well, for $95 we can look at it again. Clearly the $95 wasnt well spent in the first place; not sure I want to double down.

Our A/C went out during a very hot week and we needed relief fast. After seeing some great reviews online, we called E.C. Waters. Jason came out the next day and did a very through assessment of our needs, including household airflow. Two days later, they had a team of four installers out to our house who completed a quality install of a new Trane system in about 4 hours.

Not made to feel important. Cancelled call. Think you would be the first one at 9am. Nope shows up at 12:15pm. Offers nothing to help get the AC going. Froze up. Leaves. No communication. I know the landlord made the call, but?? Left our business to fend for ourselves on a busy weekend.

Wow! Ive had EC Waters maintain my antique units for years and they kept them going far beyond their life expectancy. It finally came time to retire them and purchase two new units. While we had family here, on Friday our air conditioner went out (Murphys law I guess). We have a warranty with American Home Shield who sent out a tech from Harrell Home Services. The tech didnt show on during the four hour window given to us on Saturday night as expected and then came at the very end of a four hour window on Sunday morning. After looking at the system he explained it was the coils and that they would take 2-3 weeks to arrive for replacement and that we had a freon leak, showing my husband some patina on the copper pipes. He then provided another option explaining we could apply the payout from the home warranty on a new system that he could install that day. He gave us a very high quote, which we declined as I wanted to research it further the next day.Monday, I contacted a friend who recommended EC Waters and I spoke to the owner Clark. A very kind gentleman, Alfredo, was sent out the same day who gave us a quote on a better unit for a couple thousand less, but after looking at the system he thought it best to have a tech come out to be certain we needed coils (which he stated would only take a few days to order and install). Tuesday, Tim came and found that the tech from Harrell purposely disconnected some wires and removed the capacitor cap to prevent the system from working, obviously to sell us a new system. Tim also looked at the patina on the pipe where we has a supposed freon and leak and stated that was normal condensation and tested our freon, which was at capacity. Tim had our air back up and running in about 10 minutes and for only a couple hundred dollars. It was such a relief to know honest people and companies still exist and especially nice to have the air back for the rest of our families visit. We will be using this company from now on are more than happy to refer them to all of our family, friends and neighbors.

Technician literally did nothing. Came in looked at a/c unit told us coils were clean ( which we didnt believe since we couldnt remember the last time we had it cleaned) then he checked the a/c unit upstairs that wasnt working and proceeded to tell us our motor and compressor was blown and we needed a new unit. EC Waters promptly sent us estimates for a new unit. Well low and behold a week later another company we hired showed us our coils and blower on the downstairs unit were filthy.. Dust/dirt everywhere. And that upstairs unit is now working. Just needed a new motor. I called EC Waters to complain I pretty much heard crickets over the phone while I complained and then a thanks for telling us. Im still waiting on my wasted $160 to be returned to me or a call from the owner of the company. So far still hearing CRICKETS......dont use this companyAdding to this review. Since writing my review EC Waters made good on their promise and sent a total refund as well as the owner placing a call to us to apologize. I can say that was good customer service and yes Im no longer hearing crickets. Happy New Year😊

We received information about EC Waters AC from my father-in-law who has been using their services since 2002. He has purchased three AC units from them over the years and has their service every 6 months. When I first contacted the company we spoke to Crystal she was very polite and offered lots of information. She made an accommodation to have the owner Clark to come out to the house to give us an estimate on a new AC as our 18 year old trane had finally died.The appointment was originally set for 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Clark called at approximately 8:15 and said he was running a bit early if that was okay and I said absolutely come on over.He wasnt a very pushy salesman he gave me some great options we settled on a 17 Seer Hyperion train, with an extra return duct added in the master bedroom. We were very fortunate that they had an opening two days later for the install. The guys were very professional did a great job and made sure to keep things clean as they were working I was very impressed.In closing I feel like we got a very good deal and our AC has never ran so cold I highly recommend calling EC waters for any of your air conditioning needs.

From the beginning when Ross the service tech came to service the old system and Jason thoroughly explained all the HVAC options, I bought a Trane 16 SEER system for my home. I would highly recommend E C Waters. I called and got a sales person (Jason) that day. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. After the installation on a Monday, Tuesday evening something was wrong. I left a message and assumed they would get back to me the next day. I took a walk with my dog and had to turn around and go home since they were at my house. They fixed the problem and all has been great.

They were the last company to give us a bid and the final company that we decided to go with. From Alfredo who was our salesman, to our installers Wayne & Steve, to Krystal & Deb who set up the appointment & handled the credit, the entire process was seamless. They werent the cheapest and they werent the most expensive, but they were the ONLY company that cared about our comfort. They listened, went over everything from end to end. It can be so hard to select a good contractor for any job and that is why it is so important to go with those you know and trust.Ive known Clark Waters, the owner of E.C. Waters, for 15 years. Ive known him as a friend and as a trade partner. I know many of his associates and even more of his other trade partners. Ive learned to trust him and respect his judgement - as we all have.A few days ago when my A/C unit died during this summers heat I called for help and it was forthcoming quick! The crew that arrived got to my home early and went right to work replacing my old unit with a sweet Trane high efficiency heat pump. The crew were remarkable in that they were super clean and they even left my attic (where the air handler is) cleaner than they found it! The attic, of all places, was left cleaner!Finally, when I went to register this new system for warranty, I had a couple of questions so I called the office for clarification. Crystal, one of the office gurus, told me not to bother with registration as they do all that for me. Unbelievable. Awesome!The project was done turn-key by quick and really good folks. I could not be more pleased. 5 Star ratings are the exception from me. E.C. Waters deserved this rating a review!

Ive been meaning to do this for a long time, but life with a baby has been super time consuming. That being said, the weather happened to get really cold right as our AC broke. We were worried that the baby was going to freeze if we didnt do something quickly. Thankfully, E.C. Waters was able to fix our AC so we could have heat again the very next morning a day before the temperature dropped to the 40s.Your tech Russell took our best interest to heart and didnt exploit our fears for money. You guys took great care of us and didnt charge us any unnecessary costs. I definitely recommend that you consider EC Waters for your heating and air conditioning needs. I had two Trane heat pump systems installed. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and helpful in explaining how to use the new equipment. The entire installation only took 7 hours. We are very pleased with the Trane systems and with EC Waters.

Timely service and very knowledgeable staff. I ultimately chose AC Waters as they were the only quote I received that offered a whole & complete solution (fixing the A/C required some millwork as well). My only recommendation for improvement would be weekend install appointments, but other then that - excellent & very pleased.

Our a/c stopped cooling after a storm. We called EC Waters after finding them on Google and reading great reviews on their service. The reviews were true. Crystal was great on the phone; she gave me a suggestion on something to try to get my issue fixed. It didnt work, but I appreciate the tip that couldve saved me a visit. Russ came out to take a look at the issue. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in 5 mins! I was amazed! Plus, he was super nice. I definitely recommend this company and will call them again if we have future a/c needs.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I scheduled an after hours(meaning it costs more) visit for Saturday June 15th because my AC was not blowing as cold as it should. The tech came out said “I probably have a small leak”, refilled my system with Freon, charged me 269 dollars and left. He made no attempt to find the small leak and said it shouldn’t be a problem…Two days later, Monday 6/15/19 my AC started doing the same thing so I call the company back, the same tech answered the call bc he was on call. He told me to call the office in the morning.I call Tuesday morning and the office makes me wait till Thursday for the tech to come out and actually find the leak.Thursday rolls around and so does the same exact tech, he starts doing his leak detection with a leak detection tool. He doesn’t open up my outside condensing unit, he just dangles the detector inside the unit and when it goes off he assumes my coil has a leak. He doesn’t ever open it up and confirm where the leak is. He then tells me he has to order the part bc its under warranty and I should be up and running the following Monday or Tuesday (6/24 or 6/25).The part ended up taking 12 days to arrive. I cant blame E.C Waters for this, it’s the manufacturer that made shipping take so long. But during this time I was told countless times by the customer service rep, that she would call me back with shipping information and when it would arrive. I called everyday asking for an update and she would always say she was gonna call me right back. She didn’t call me back until Friday 6/28 with news that the part would be in Monday 7/1 or Tuesday 7/2.Here’s where it gets good. 7/3 is the day they finally say they can install my new coil. The same tech arrives and starts taking apart my condensing unit(the first time he actually took the time to do it) and he realized that the coil isn’t bad! There was a tiny pipe that had a hole and he welded it in 10 minutes. Something he could have done the FIRST day I called him on June 15th!!!!It gets even better, his boss rolls up with the coil as the tech just realized his error. He tells his boss the news. The boss goes welp guess we saved you some money, no sincere apologies, or asking me how they can make it right. At this point I have had no ac for a little over 2 weeks.It gets even more better, both the tech and the boss realize that the coil he brought was the wrong one anyway. The boss stopped at the wrong distributor and got a part for a different customer. So if I needed the coil, who knows how long they would have made me wait.The tech patches the leak and fills it up with Freon and says im good to go, even though the split between air coming in and air going out was not correct. He leaves anyway.I waited an hour to see if the house would cool down and constantly check the outcoming air. The air was still not blowing right. So I call the office and speak to a manger and demand a new tech come out the same day.A new tech comes out inspects the system for an hour or so and then tells me a valve when bad bc the AC was off for so long. And since they are closed on 7/4 he can probably get me running on 7/5 because he needs a part.He ended up coming on Monday 7/8 to fix the part that went bad…. I cant exaggerate the lack of urgency or attention to detail this company has for its customers. Just completely avoid them if you need something repaired.
