👍👍👍 Best customer service EVER!!!! Staff members Jack & Bob educated me on all my equipment making me feel so much safer and more confident using the equipment. Previous two airgas I had went to 3 different stores and was unable to obtain the information or parts that I needed due to lack of knowledge. Bob and Jack from the division store sent me to the airgas off OBT where employee Greg got me a part I needed and explained everything. I would recommend these stores to any and all gas, welding or tank exchanges solely because of their customer service and great prices. Bob, Jack and Greg thank you so much for everything!!!👍👍👍👍👍

This was my first time in Airgas and it was an awesome experience. I wanted to upgrade my #9 and #26 TIG torches to make them high speed and they had everything I needed. They even able to answer all of my questions about filler metals and tungstens, which some places are clueless about(I have no idea why). If welding gets you hard like it does me, then this is the toy store.

Nice guys. I was in and out quickly, so no complaints. Good advice offered and taken. I will be back.

This company and specially this branch are cons and liars. The driver picked up cylinders from us but did not write the correct amount on the pick up slip. The driver picked up two liquid oxygen cylinders but wrote one instead. For over year I am being billed for the cylinders I do not have . When asked the branch to count their inventory to see what they claim is truthful, they say they cannot . Hence they have not returned my deposits. I call every day to their branch in Georgia explaining the situation over and over. My account was on autopay, the accounts department always messed up the amount on the ticket and i had to call them everytime to fix it so that they wouldnt overcharge me .i have always paid these scumbags on time and now they accuse me of stealing their big ass cylinders that i have no way of transporting if i had to steal it.Also, I have always had problems with their gas, everytime i got delivery the cylinder would spit out so much gas that it used to be out in a week which was supposed to last for atleast 2 weeks .Do not trust this company for your business.

If I could give zero stars I would. They steal your owner tanks!! And then you can’t get oxygen anywhere else because you will no longer have your owner tanks!!!! They bring up prices so you are stuck paying them as much as they want!!

Scumbags. Extremely over priced and will lie to make a sale. Never do business with airgas.
