Motion is always helpful when I need a part. If they dont have it in stock, they will ship it to me ASAP. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have been working with Rob for 10+ years. He and the rest of the staff are the best out there.
Customer service? these people have no clue what the definition is... They have a sign in their lobby get to 5 billion in sales well i just gave my $10,000 order to someone willing to do something for it. The guy literally tried every way to not take our business. They are now (all of a sudden mind you) closed to cash sales which means you can call them on the phone and they can take your order. My question to corporate is if your physical location is not there to serve customers why not just have a bunch of phone operators taking part number orders in India? seems like a logical next step!
