I am starting a janitorial/Cleaning business as I have done commercial cleaning in the past I am not very familiar with cleaners and other products. I went to Gem Supply yesterday to buy a pad for my floor scrubber and not sure what I was buying the sale rep at the store Miss Liz Perez walked me through the whole process and explained in detail what all the pads were for and their purpose. She also took the time to answer questions about cleaners and other products however the best part was the prices, they where very good prices on the Items i purchased. I felt very good after I left the store Miss Liz Perez gave me the RED CARPET treatment and that says a lot about this store. Thank you Miss Liz Perez I will defensively be returning.

I have only good things to say about Gem Supply. They have been my go to supply store for my cleaning company. Great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are fair considering the quality of products. No complaints at all. Parking always available and convenient.

I went in there today and their staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. They were amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my machine too. Good Cleaning Supplies

Had to get a case of cleaner today for my job,they had what we needed when nobody else does great place good people

Like always they are an amazing supply company i very rarely have problems with them.

I am shocked at the lack of customer service. I need a belt replacement for my industrial floor sweeper. Tried getting one from GEM supply 3 months ago and then again today. I have made multiple phone calls and have gotten the run around, no call back, parts department not answering phone, then when i get back to customer service......they were like....well thats the only extension they have???? WHAT?With this type of service, I find it hard to believe they are still in business.

This company decides to spam email me for no reason. I have no interest in this place. Do the world a favor and dont do business with people that spam mail.
