Clean area, workshop is clean, mechanics good. Friendly staff.

Sent the wrong product, ignored calls to have the correct product sent, sent me an additional bill (no idea why I was not told the correct price over the phone when I paid)All this because I had to call to order because their website was down. Horrible service. Will never use again.

Ok so we took a rug cleaner to get fixed. Upon arrival, the “tech” was apparently off and we could not get an exact date or someone to look at the machine to give us an estimate. We were told to call the following Monday to get the estimate. That Monday we called and they told us that they have not had a chance to look at the machine, to call back the following day. The following day we called and were told that they had to order some parts for it and had to wait for them to arrive.( mind you still no estimate as to repair cost). Called back a week later and they were still waiting on parts. Called the second week, still waiting on parts. Called third week and parts had not arrived but to not worry because I was going to pay next to nothing. After about a 5 wk I get my first call from them stating that machine is ready and the bill is $280.00. Really? Listen, we were treated with respect and all, but the level of professionalism from the tech dept was awful.

Very good staff and professional products and machines.

We paid for truckmount heat issue repairs to be done and they were not even fixed correctly. We went to a different truckmount mechanic that fixed the issues that we were having with no problem.
