Fast and friendly service!!

What a shame, the lady on the phone sounded so sweet and nice with me. She took the model number of my mower and said she would call me back shortly with pricing on parts. More then a half an hour had passed with no call back. So I called and it rang until it hung up on me. I repeated several more call back attempts with no luck. The drive to that shop is over a half an hour. I need to confirm that the parts are available, and not have to waste gas and time for nothing. Grass growth waits for no one, especially during the rainy season...

Repair service is fine, but takes weeks! Last fall I took my lawn mower in and it was 2 weeks before they looked at it and another week before a new carborator was put on. My lawn mower wouldnt start over a week ago and I took it in again. I was told it would be looked at Wed. No one called me saying they were delayed. I called Fri afternoon and was told the mechanic had started looking at it that day, but had left for the day and someone would call me Mon. I am tired of having to use a weed eater on my entire lawn!

Sorry I will never recomend this shop to anyone, lack of communication w client . I don’t believe the excuse about my Lawnmower . They took for ever to tell you what’s wrong with my Lawnmower.

Called to have an Echo 58V battery checked under warranty and was told that it would be 4-6 weeks before they could even look at the battery! Testing the battery consists of popping it into a charger for the Echo battery, a LED will flash defective. Takes a minute or two at most. Went to another Echo dealer on North Goldenrod Road and walked out with a replacement battery in under 5 minutes.

I stop by for a Honda recoil . They dont have it but they did all to help me to find out where. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you

I took a Karcher pressure washer in for service and repair due to large leaking of water from the pressure pump area and paid bill over $200 Subsequent difficulty with water pressure led me to take it to a different repair shop who said that the valves had been replaced upside down and there was no oil in the machine. Also Mower Station did not replace the cap that holds the tire on the axle which was one of the reasons for the first repair. The gentleman said that they did not have any. My search online located the right size. I would not recommend this company for a pressure washer repair.
