These guys are awesome. I had some cable made up for a job and it is extremely well crafted. Probably the best I have seen. Parts are at a great price and everyone is friendly. I will definitely continue to buy from this company and I encourage you to do the same if you are looking for this type of gear.

James and Joel were both super helpful with what I needed. The shop is super clean and organized. Their manufacturing area is great looking. Lots of time and money have gone into getting that place where it needs to be. Glad they are my go-to for the products I need. While there another customer came in and they were more than accommodating even though the customer was needy.

Totally disappointed in the failed product and advisement to purchase said product. No customer service after many glitches with the product, ultimately ending in complete failure of the product. Was advised by FWR to purchase said product, I did, and they profited from it. When problems with the product began to occur they were of no help. Upon complete failure of the product, once again, was greeted by poor customer service telling me the product performed just as it should have and they were unable to help me remedy the situation going forward and were quite content to let me exit the store as a completely disappointed customer. If you are looking for product knowledge and product backing, do not do business here. Only giving them one star because it wouldnt let me give them no stars.
