Called them looking for a part that I thought would be impossible to find other than having to order off the internet that I needed and didnt have time to order. It was almost closing time for bike shops so I thought my weekend was ruined. Not only did they answer my call but took the time to go dig around in his warehouse and actually had the part I needed. Very knowledgeable and care about even new customers. I recommend anyone in the Orlando area to give them a call for anything you need done to a motorcycle, dirt bike, waverunner or any personal powersport.

I was in a minor accident where I was rear-ended on my motorcycle and while I was physically okay, my bike needed a good bit of work. After my normal shop said they couldnt take my bike in for a few months, I decided to search around and landed on bringing my bike to Sprockets and Im so glad I did. The guys here are knowledgeable, patient, and genuine. They handled basically all of the tough stuff when it came to my insurance claim and because of their diligent work with that, everything I needed was covered. It took a little while to get all of the parts in for my bike thanks to COVID shipping delays, but once the guys at Sprockets received all the parts they needed, my bike was ready that afternoon. When I got my bike back, it felt even better to ride than it did before! Ive already recommended this shop to my buddies with bikes and Ill be back here myself if I ever need to get any work done. Seriously awesome service, staff, and owner!

My neighbor helped me out and took my carbs in to be rebuilt. Without ever meeting me they did an amazing job at an amazing price. Not riding again as of yet due to medical issues, but once I do start riding again they will definitely have my business. Thanks guys.

Hands down best in the business. They maybe not the cheapest option, but remember you get what you pay for. I rather have the peace of mind. Honest mechanics that dont try to upsell you on stuff you dont need. They tell you honestly whats wrong and what should be changed out before you jump back on your bike. I value my life and can see its in good hands with Keith and his crew.

Dont waste your time or money here. Full of lies when it comes to insurance claims. They had my bike for 2 months and never even contacted my insurance agent. Then they lied to me about it and kept my bike outside during the day which caused a few things to fade.

Ive been taking my Ninja here for MONTHS and Ive received nothing but the best service and Ive ordered bike gear AND parts from them. My bike is usually done same day and I can call the day of. All things ordered are in within 7 days and I order on Friday.

Amazing shop, got in and in less than the time it took other shops to not even tell me what was wrong with my grom they told me exactly what was wrong and gave me an amazing price and got it done so fast and i was out on the same day with my bike.
