The staff was extremely helpful. They were attentive and didnt make me feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. Dante Ricciardi was the first to greet us. He had a big welcoming smile and didnt hesitate to spark a conversation. He helped answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect bike. The second time we went to the dealership, we were greeted by Bill Roberts, right away we were led into conversation and talked like we had known him for years. Bill and I immediately began talking about our same interest in the same football team and shared that we almost had the same tattoo.Dante then helped me again proceed with a bike and helped me get a great deal. These two were just a couple of great guys to talk to. I definitely did not feel the same vibe I had got from other dealerships and would highly recommend their services. Not only that, but I good deal on a brand new bike!
Atrocious dealership. This was the worst Indian dealership Ive ever been to. The gentleman at the counter NEVER acknowledged us while we were browsing the store. Nor did he say hello while we were checking out. The dealership as a whole has almost nothing souvenir wise. They have 1 dealer shirt in 3 different colors. They dont carry the dealer specific poker chips which are a huge collectable. When I asked the guy at the counter if they had the poker chips somewhere he responded nope. Would NOT recommend this dealership at all. Very dissapointed I drove 40 minutes from my resort for a hole in the wall building with the Indian name.
How can I buy a motorcycle sight unseen??? The location is straight up in the ghetto hence the electric fence, but no motorcycles on the showroom to see or test ride. I wanted a scout but none available. Sure I can imagine what they look like from pictures, but I want to sit, feel, turn on, ride, etc. They can claim to put out a better product but how will I ever know if they dont ever seem to have one available!?
First off: the entrance is tricky, and I wasnt sure where to park to get here as its inside of a something that looks like a gated impound lot (should have just kept driving back towards the highway).Second: The surrounding area in its entirety was very ghetto looking, and when I had to make a U-turn and turn into several back alleys just to get to the correct entrance, I noticed every building within a 2-mile radius (at least) had bars on the outside windows and an additional barred door to which I am assuming is to stop break ins and robberies. (DEFINITELY should have kept going towards the highway)Third: By the time I actually get to the front doors and park in this impound lot, Im already feeling uneasy from everything Ive taken in, and walk inside of the building (some motorcycle shop) next to the Indian dealership (thats how you get to the Indian dealership) just for every worker there to not acknowledge my existence. I walked around for a few minutes and nobody ever said a word to me or even looked my way. I left that building, and walked to the actual Indian Motorcycle building, to where my presence was *sigh* ignored again.I just bought a few things because I already went through the trouble of getting here and I will GLADLY never come here again. Worst dealership Ive ever been to, and Ive been to quite a few across the country. Nice job, guys.
I will preface this with the fact that I never set foot into this dealer location. I decided to purchase the bike remotely, working paperwork and delivery with the finance and sales departments through email, phone and the US postal system. The initial experience/impression was very pleasant. All of my questions were answered, my financing options were thoroughly explained as well as what to expect during delivery. The paperwork had to be ink signed so after receiving, reviewing, signing and returning I waited, and waited. No additional communication from finance or sales without my initiation (no additional communication from finance at all, not even that my signed paperwork was received). I had several accessories added to the bike, the service department was awesome, very responsive, thorough communication. The sales department, specifically Juan Santa; was difficult to contact on the phone, didnt respond to emails in a timely manner; and when he did respond, most questions asked of him were completely ignored. After I began sending daily inquiries via email, followed up by voicemails, I was finally contacted by the delivery scheduler. Date selection and delivery went very smoothly; the entire process took 19 days and I live one hour and forty minutes away from their location. Overall not a terrible experience but I dont think that I will purchase from them in the future. This would be a three star rating. I am adding the fourth because of the veil of uncertainty, logistical/work location constraints, and additional procedures and precautions businesses are forced to put into place due to COVID-19.
Not what I expected for an Indian Motorcycle dealership to look like. Others Ive been at look much better. Neighborhood is in the not so desirable area of Orlando. They use the old location picture which was a much nicer location.
What an awesome experience getting our bikes at indian of orlando. Bill was great, his guidance made us get the best deal. Bill you are the man!!!Franco and betty
Outstanding staff, incredible service team, extra shoutout to Corey, Service coordinator, this is an establishment that truly puts the customer first.
Great customer service attention and prompt services. Ample parking next to store and a 👍 display of motorcycles for the ride or die fan!
Everyone in there is approachable and ready to answer questions. Juan Santa is the man when it comes to helping people a d selling bikes. Im happy to have bought my bike from them. Thanks Imotorsports. I will return!
I brought the family out during bike week and Dante treated us like family. Extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. Excellent customer service skills, we will be back again just to see him! I wish every interaction I had with sales reps was this pleasant. Thanks again Dante and good luck in all your future endeavors.
Great place and great help
This is the ONLY dealership I trust when it comes to servicing my bike or buying a new/preowned motorcycle. Corey in the service dept is exceptional and so are the technicians. Dante was my salesman and let me just say he is truly passionate about finding the perfect bike for you. He was for me. Go see him and tell him Drew the Jew sent you.
The best motorcycles of the universe!! Staff was super friendly. I would happily buy an Indian motorcycle there. Rockin place!!
Very low inventory
I went in there to purchase a motorcycle and I was not even acknowledged by any sales person. They did not even tried to talk to me just ignore me. Sanford establishment has better customer service
This is the best equipped Indian Motorcycle dealer Ive ever been to...when its time to pick up a Springfield Dark Horse Dantes the man to see. He likes to ride out with his customers well after the business part is finished which I think every salesman should do...an ongoing relationship with their customer .
Not much of a selection for aparel or bikes. Tried to talk to a salesman about the new 3 wheel spider like machines they have & got blown off, he wasnt interested in answering a couple simple questions, And me & my wife were the only ones in the store & there were at least 4 employees on the floor.I would recommend you spend you money somewhere where they at acknowledge you are there.
Bought a Scout Bobber, great service. Dante Riccardi went out of his way to help me during this purchase. Super happy!
Great people, selling bikes fast with great deals
Seems a strange move from their old locations until the centre of what can only be described as a seedy part of town. Ive no idea why anyone would move s business like this to that location but hey they know what they are doing right?
Super friendly staff and some really great deals! Talk to Dante, the big guy will certainly take care of you!
Stopped in to purchase a gift. Item was not available at this location. Everyone was very nice and was apologetic for the inconvenience and said to stop in again the future!
If you want an Indian, you see Danté. Highly knowledge and a funny guy to boot. He takes care of his customers like nobody else.
Great place to find a new motorcycle. Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Drop bike for service, left goggle on mirror, came back to pick up bike, gone. Service for repair is good.
Very nice place and good customer service!
Big D was awesome.
Best of the best!
Nice people
