I had a great experience. Walked in and find the exact helmets that I was trying to decide between. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who measured my head and got me squared away for my helmet purchase but he was very nice! He was busy when I was ready to check out so Kenny finished the transaction and he was a pleasure to talk to.

I have purchased many items from Cycle Gear over the years but today I needed the tires on my bike switched out for me. Kenny let me know up front it would take awhile which was perfect because I was dropping them and picking up later. He called promptly to let me know they were done. I have no reservations recommending Cycle Gear for any service or product. I’m specifically referring to the one on State Road 50. Kenny is always awesome to deal with but I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the team members at this location.

I bought a cardo bold that came defective it wold not go in to mech mode or update. I went back a few times to have them help me and they told me to do an up date another thing that it could not do..I wanted to get an exchange but they left me to deal with cardo my self. Im an GM for a parrs company and i would never givey customers tge elbow like they did with me at Cycle Gear. Now its past the 30 days and they realy wont help me

Great experience. Order a helmet in the color my wife wanted but they did not have in her size. Staff was very helpful to determine the correct size. When I went back to get the helmet they move the Bluetooth speakers and mic from the old to the new helmet

I had a fantastic time here, exploring all the options for helmets and gloves and jackets and almost anything else you can think of that is motorcycle related. The employees are all extremely nice and helpful! One in particular, Joe, helped me pick out the perfect helmet for my gigantic round head! He also helped me with a great pair of gloves and set me up with an awesome Cardo speaker system in my helmet. All around great dude, and great shop. I will definitely be back to bug those guys again.

Reserved a pair of RevIt Cayenne gloves, as was only pair in my size, but was not sure how they would fit. Made it easy to guarantee availability to try them on without paying ahead of time. Also ended up buying a pair of boots. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Having problems with my Battery and charger (TL1000R), I deside to take everything to the store. After having problems for months with bad starts and needing jumps, it was both. The battery was acting up and the charger was probably the culprit. Come to find out it was not charging correctly and the LED was flashing back and forth from red to green. He warranted the battery and I purchased a new Dura Boost Tender. Back on the road with no issues. Great Customer Service

Dalton was awesome. I’ve been wearing the same gear forever and was time for some new stuff. He was extremely informative, took the time to properly fit us for helmets and make recommendations for gloves, shoes, etc. Got all sorts of good stuff and am in love with my new Shoei. 1st class service and shopping experience. The only other places I’ve received service and attention to detail at this level is from high-end clothing stores in Millenia. It’s that good. 100% will be back.

Their service was good and selection very good, if a little pricey. One of the new guys put my tire on backwards when mounting, but it can be forgiven because he was in training. They only charged me $30 to mount a tire and put a new valve stem, which I thought was more than fair. 4/5 stars

Always very friendly staff, bought some new gloves and a new lens/faceshield for my agv helmet (which i also bought there a few months ago). I really appreciated that they attached the lens for me and wiped down my whole helmet (covered in bugs from the Florida summer) I dont think youll find too many deals here, but their stock is great and being able to try on motorcycle gear before buying is essential. Will be back the next time I got some money burning a hole in my pocket for some new gear 😂

Clean environment the employees are super helpful and friendly, many many choices if they dont have your size they can order it. Needed a couple of tires Metzler for my bike, they didnt have it in stock, but they special order it for me at no additional cost. I received it within 3 days. I went there yesterday, I had many items on my mind that I am in the market for, I planned on spending up to 300. But I needed to shop and think about what I needed most and what was affordable within my budget. I was escorted by a sales person the entire time I was in the store, making me feel uncomfortable to just look, shop and make my decisions. I appreciate good customer service when I am ready and ask for help. I ultimately left without making any purchases, because I felt pressured.

My wife and I just got our endorsements and bought our first motorcycle. It was recommended we get our gear from Cycle Gear, we were not disappointed. We spent at least an hour with SeanMicheal getting fitted for helmets, jackets and gloves. SeanMicheal was honest and knowledgeable and I never felt like he was trying to upsell us. Incredibly, we found completely matching gear, with purple, for the wife. He was blunt finding me a jacket (Me: its snug, SeanMicheal: The belly!) but ended up with an awesome Icon jacket. The new rider discount was a nice bonus. Thank you for starting off our adventure with the right gear.

Told me as I was walking in the door I needed a mask. This coming from a worker that had his own his chin.( I could literally read his lips.) As another worker was over his shoulder not even a foot away.I guess I should thank them for saving me a couple of hundred dollars I was going to spend there. Ill never go there again. Great shop with a big selection of products. We went to find a helmet and jacket for my son and Carluis was our salesman. He was very helpful, but no pressure; he helped us find exactly what we needed. The store is across town for us, but worth the drive. We will return the next time we need accessories.

I think it’s very rude and annoying to make the person who came to the store wait while they take care of phone calls you’re standing there waiting while they’re talking on the phone it’s very annoying for the customer who came all the way to the store

Rode 2 hours after confirming the day prior that I will be bringing the bike in to get tires changed they placed the tires on hold I got here the next day to find out they had the tires but the dude at the counter was like oh we aren’t a full service shop we can’t help you put tires on you need to bring the rims separate. Wish they would have told me that prior to riding out here that they weren’t so I could make other arrangements. I had purchased an alpine jacket from them in the past so this will be the last time I do business here.

As a business owner I must say Frank is a very valuable asset to this place. Super helpful and got everything we needed for our ride out. Ended up spending over a thousand, but thats truly because Frank knew what we really needed!
