These guys are awesome. My wife brought her bike in for oil change and leak, and they checked it over. Turns out her breaks were done. Like super done. So they took care of that too without trying to rip anyone off. Especially important because people will take advantage of women.These guys know what customer service is which is rare and refreshing these days. Plus they are passionate about bikes. I wouldnt have anyone else work on a bike. Real talk.

These guys are a total lifesaver! I called every shop in town and nobody wanted to mount and balance tires for my 81 GS750. Not only did they do the job, but they were super fast and about 1/2 the price of normal dealership rates. Do not hesitate to work with these guys!!!Awesome shop.

They all also have great knowledge and passion for bikes. They listen and work with you as best they can in whatever situation you may be in. If youre looking for a shop that you can trust, look no further. These men arent the type to try and pull a fast one on you but actually be honest and get the job done.

Absolutely one of the most chillest guys on the block. Cant compare them to any other mechanics out there due to their experience, knowledge and expertise on not just one but several motorcycles.

Left bike at shop to get running and maintenance, shop didnt start on it until week later. Guy told me estimate cost would be 89$ for diagnosis which was cool. And cost of repairs would cost between $500- $545. Finally finished my bike total costs over 750$. My opinion their pushing dishonesty just to get your business. I wont recommend this shop to anyone!

What a great place. I was on my way but running late when I had a little accident. The guys at UAC waited for me and changed my tire as soon as I got there. They also straightened my handlebars and fixed my exhaust rubbing against my swing arm. Whole thing took maybe 30 minutes at most. Thats how great these guys are. Great shop with great people. My bike wont go anywhere else.

Says on the site open on Saturday till 5. Been calling them all day for an estimate on my bike getting some repairs but no answer any of the 8 times I called so I stopped by at 4 after work figuring they were just busy and no one was there, and on top of that theres no answering machine to leave a message to get a call back. Wanted to go to them cause I heard they were great from a co worker but now Im not sure I want to.

After receiving my bike back from these folks I just cant say enough good things about them. From the moment I stepped foot inside the door to the moment I picked my newly serviced bike back up. Everyone there was beyond friendly and kind which made the whole process even more enjoyable. When I picked my bike up, Keith (the owner), and I talked for a bit about bikes and safety and what not which made me feel good that they are looking out for you and your safety; along with your bike. I had new tires, spark plugs, coolant, and brake fluid all replaced with my service and had it back within 4 days, which makes an impatient person like me very happy! Everything looks and runs flawlessly and the pricing was definitely reasonable. If I have any other work that needs to be done I know exactly where Ill be going again without a doubt.

Only place to touch my bikes. Never have to worry if It was done right. No extra charges or surprises. If you dont go to urban youre only cheating yourself.

They will answer your call but will not take you in. Instead they will say we will call you back but they never do. This cycle, no pun intended will repeat. They are too busy and need to add more help.

Wanted to thank these guys a bunchI brought my kawasaki in today and I didnt have much money. Referred by my buddys in lake county riders. Brought bike in I didnt have all the money and I left with a new tire and they even hooked me up with exhaust work. Deff coming back for work with these guys. Great customer service and great individuals all around. Thanks guys

Brought my bike in for repairs. Was told they would look at it within the week. It took almost a month to get the estimate. Waited another month and still no parts ordered and never called back my insurance agent. They gave every excuse under the sun and never even took the time to call me once to tell me theyre running behind on work. Waiting that long and having no progress is the reason for this review. I have since picked up my bike and taken it elsewhere.

1) They really came through in a clutch when my bike needed a carb cleaning due to non start and engine cut off while idle or neutral, picking it up.2) Ive now learned that someone in this shop lifted my plate and used it to ride dirty on the 408 racking up tolls which were assigned to me with video clearly showing a different make and model bike.3) There was a large delay in my getting the bike which I own so I was charged a storage fee.. Okay fair.4) They claim with no evidence that their own repair didnt last so when I contacted them the bike wouldnt start and they had to fix it a second time... Demanding full payment for two carb rebuilds and associated parts. My bike was held hostage.. So there appears to be no warranty for the own work.5) Within 2 weeks of paying the 1,100 ransom for a relatively inexpensive issue, the bike was stalling and cutting off in neutral and within 3 weeks would no longer start.Ill let you for your own opinions from my experience.

UAC is the best! The very friendly and knowledgable staff helped salvage my bike after I fell on it and now it looks brand new and at half the cost I thought it would be. Will definitely be going to urban assault for all future repairs and maintenance

Road down from Ohio on my 94 ultra classic . My chain went bad . Called these guys they had everything I needed to get back on the road . Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

After being a custom for a year or two, these guys are not mechanics or problem solvers, anybody can just change parts out & not think about how to fix Whats wrong In the first place, they may have been a good shop @ somepoint but like most businesses, the more successful you become, the less you want to do.
