Customer service at this location is not the best. Seems to always take a ridiculous time to get anything done. My most recent visit they did not complete everything I asked for, so had to take my vehicle back and wait even longer. I have always loved taking my vehicle to Big O but I do not recommend this location.

Sam who does the air conditioning there went out of his way to change my worned out hose which was not part of the work order. He saw it needed changing and had some extra ones and did so. Going beyond what was ordered. Thank you so much! I sure will return. I gave it a four star because my appointment was at 11am. And was there until it closed.

Used to be good but I went in to have a tire that had a nail fixed and tire rotation and alignment. They didnt find the nail in the tire. They did rotate the tire but did not do alignment. They took out the contents of my glove box?? They put my stereo on iHeart radio and took it for a test drive? Les Schwab fixed the nail in my tire.

I just recently got a lift on my 4Runner through Big O and was super happy with my service. I called to get a quote for a lift kit install on my vehicle and the worker (Robert) said that he had to call their vendor and he would call me back shortly. I was surprised when he called me back within 10 minutes with the answer! Within a few days they received my kit and a few days after that I got my lift! They are super friendly and super efficient.

I and my sister have gone here for years... We switched from the other tire place, because those people were rude and not very personable...Here at this Big O, they are very personable... I was in and out, without an appointment... I did wait a day to go when they werent so busy... I went in the morning, and was completely back in my car within 20 minutes!

Couldnt be bothered to help my wife. Talked to every phone call and all his buddies before telling her he was too busy to fix a tire with a slow leak. Poor customer service.

Nothing but terrible service. Weeks ago I scheduled a appointment on Monday for four new tires, my appointment was scheduled for Saturday due to work. Brought my vehicle in for my appointment and they sold my tires earlier in the day way before my appointment. They tried up selling me on different tires but my husband was pretty upset with the fact they sold my tires to begin with. So we left. I scheduled an appointment with les schwab they received my buisness for four new tires. Last week went in there for a flat tire repair on my other vehicle since I purchased these tires from them and they have a warranty. Picked up the car and hours later the psi light was still on I called the shop and they said drive it around for 20 minutes and it will go off. Well a week later we purchased a psi reader since the light never went off. Tested them today and the tire they fixed was at 19 psi!! All four tires were different in pressure so they fixed the repair without putting air back in the tire and there was no stem on the tire they supposibly fixed. Took it back down there this time pretty upset and they finally did there job. They lost our business from here on out which is a shame on them due to the fact we have 3 vehicles a trailer and a boat.

Liked them felt trust worthy, dropped me off and picked me up. Friendly and very social able staff. Of course the price was stiff but comparable with others. Good place

AC service, new tires, oil change- all work done perfectly and quickly! Will be visiting again when services are needed!

First time I went in was fine. I got an alignment they tried to sell me tires. The mechanic suggested a camber kit to get theme rear in alignment. So I get back to them a few months later. This time around the guy on the phone won’t let me make a reservation says to just come in first come first serve and that I had a warranty still to get my alignment done up right again. 3 hours later no work done they forgot about me. Mechanic went to lunch instead of filling my order. I watched customer after customer get service before me until I complained a third time and had to Karen on them. I don’t recommend this place not for their in expertise but for their unprofessional order.

Scheduled an 8am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. When I dropped my car off I added a transmission fluid flush. I came back an hour later and my car was still in the same place I parked. I asked whats up and was told the mechanic who works on transmissions just arrived and will start on my car now. I said what about the other work that couldve been done - Oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection? Worker said It is what it is, wait or take your car.was told it is what it is.

Website says free brake inspection. Called to make an appointment and was told 52.50 for inspection and if repairs needed it would go towards repairs. Called Les Schwab and inspection is free. Guess where I’m going?

This place is efficient and quick. But like any tire store you need to know a little about tires and mechanical car things so you dont buy what you dont need. Staff very professional.

Ive been coming here for the last 20 years and have always been pleased with the service. Today I got an online quote for a set of tires and set an appointment to have the work done. The quote was for $331. When I dropped my car off I was informed that the tires would be $431. I showed the gentleman the quote that I had been given when the appointment was made and asked why the price had increased by $100. The gentleman then told me the online quotes are always wrong, and thats not a guaranteed price. I told him that that is a pretty significant difference, and I was told again that the price given online is not guaranteed. I would have went somewhere else at this point, but had no choice as it was a Friday afternoon, the spare was on due to a blowout and needed to have the car for the next day. Given this problem is known by the business and they continue to give false quotes, it sounds a lot like a bait and switch scheme. I have another vehicle in need of tires and an alignment, but Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

These guys will try and rebuild your whole front end when you just go in for tires lol

I needed 4 set of new tires so I took my car there. This one dude gave me 4 quote. I went home and thought about it then the next day I went back and took one of the quote he gave me. When I came back it was a new dude. And the same quote they gave me the day before turn out to be $100 more the next day. Dude say who ever gave me those quote was wrong. I shouldn’t had trust them. Cause last time my mom took her car in and she had no knowledge about cars and they lied to her about her car issue etc.

Tires and balancing done! Fast and furious.

They always charge you more then what they quote you. Their warranty says your tire will be replaced for free if it’s not repairable. Well they replace the tire but charge you $70 for labor. And remember you buy the warranty package.

They have the best prices in townThey work quickly and they inform you if their are other repairs needed. The only complaint is that I ordered tires and instead of taking 3 days to get them in it took 5 otherwise I would recommend this place to all.

I cant believe the switch and bait they did. I set up apt the day before to get 4 new tires. Got to apt early even. The quotes I had received the day earlier were now $100 more then they had given me.I have been a customer with them for 10 years +. I just cant believe that young man would take advantage of a senior citizen. Bad, bad, bad, Big O ( now big ZERO).

I needed my front breaks done and my Husband called to make an appointment. They are always friendly and genuine there! I dropped my car off and they had it ready in a little over an hour! I was amazed! Great value, great service and honest people. Will be bringing all our vehicles there from now on.

Pricing was about normal but the day just try to upsell you on a lot of things going to take it in for something simple and then theyll tell you that theres 10 things wrong with it thats going to cost you a couple of grand and theyre going to try to get you to Finance service that I had was in great the salesman kept talking to the person that I was with there when it was my car I took my car out for a quote-unquote test drive at the last minute without asking me every time in the salesman with walk in and out of the garage he would go and say pack something else on that was wrong with my vehicle and that would cost another thousand to $2,000 to fix I just got a check-up at Firestone a couple hours before the whole thing to spell shady I dont trust Big O the only reason I doubt with them because it was last minute theyre the only ones that would help me

They tried to scam me into about $2k in repairs and parts. I took my car to my normal mechanic Briggs Firestone and the repairs i need are not at all what they were saying i needed at Big O tires. Anyways last time i took it in i said never again will i go but this time i am 100% not taking my car again. I need to stay faithful to briggs they are great people and a great company who i can always rely on to give me a full break down on what exactly I need and why with no shadyness.

I love that Mark is always so friendly and helpful and they do a great job and get me in and out of there quickly. I also noticed how great they were with other customers while I was there. Super busy and still attentive as they were trying to process folks out. I sent my Mom in to get tires and they were awesome with her and she was so happy she went there. They helped her save a lot on her tires and that had her going back to get her car serviced at a later day and again they made sure they used a coupon to get her a discount. I was a couple hours away from getting back home after a great weekend kayaking at Lake Almanor when my right front tire hit a rock on the road and blew a hole in it.AAA towed me to Big O tires in Oroville.All the employees there were very nice and helpful.They didnt have my tire in stock so they gave me a ride to a hotel to spend the night in Oroville.The next day they called me when my car was ready and as soon as they were able they came and picked me up from the hotel to take me to Big O.They were extremely busy but they still took the time to take care of me.I really appreciate all their kindnessAnd once my tire came in, They were quick to install it so I could get back on the road home.

Came here with flat tire and I was out in less than half an hour with a repaired tire. They were really busy, but they were quick and very patient. Great service! Even better if you make an appointment before hand.

Im only giving this place a 2 star because i had a rotate and balance done. Didnt need the rotate, but definitely needed the balance.The guy tells me everything is good, tire pressures are good, the whole bit.I get back home from there, which is only 10 minutes away, and my driver front tire is 10 lbs low?I think Im going elsewhere

Had to wait an hour after the scheduled appointment just to get my tires aligned. Slow service and poor work eithic one of the workers peeled out of the parking lot thinking it was cool and almost caused a wreck.

The Staff at Big O tires got thrown a curve ball and hit it outta the park. I had 4 tires balanced which had previously been balanced at another shop. Big O balanced my tires with stick on weights. The difference was immediately noticeable, very smooth. I drove to the light and a clicking sound was coming from the brakes. Turned out that one of the weights was rubbing a brake caliper. I took it back as they were closing they put hammer on weights and told me to bring it back next day. I did bring it back and they re-balanced 4 tires no charge.

Brought my car to get the tires rotated. And I was waiting outside. They called me saying my car was done. But I didnt even see anyone go in my car or even move it. They tried to say they worked on my car but I know no one did. So be careful when dropping off you car. Dont get scammed guys.

The staff clearly and professionally explained what I needed for my car, which tires would be best and why and what future repairs I need to consider.They did NOT pressure me into completing repairs now but explained a reasonable timeframe I should consider.

I wish I could give a good review but... They put the wrong tires on my car. They were too big and I could not make any tight turns. Unfortunately we did not know this until we got stuck in the street. We almost got in an accident because of it.The manager did apologize and called again to apologize after they got this review. But that is all. We got no money refunded nor any other compensation for our time and trouble. I am afraid the next customer that comes in may get the scraped up ones they took off.We are new to the area and had planned on making Big O our primary auto mechanic for our propertys and personal vehicles. But now, this experience does not instill confidence. If a tire specialist cannot even put on the right size tires, that says something.

The guys here are so polite! and always greet customers with a smile. They explain needed repair in a manner in which I can understand. They have never tried to sell me repairs I didnt need. I feel like I get treated with respect and honesty. In recent purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, they inspected a couple different cars for me and the charge was more than reasonable. I wont go any other place for my vehicle maintenance and repairs.

$900 later telling me I had to get one thing fixed to see if that was the issue or if it was something else. It was said to be fixed and not even close. Then to get home to find out they stole cash and a Harley gift card I had forgotten to take out that was in my center consul. Nice guys inside but I guess the mechanics arent so upstanding.

These guys see a single woman and takes advantage. I went in for an oil change. And they told me I needed a new pan and the guy that helped me was so sweet and so nice. Flirted. It was disgusting. So after checking on parts from another supplier I discovered they were charging me 3 times the amount. Once I called them out on it they dropped the price by $200. I then was driving and my oil light came on. I took it to another company to find out my pan was leaking. So I took it back to find out there were two more holes on each side of the pan. They had to take out the oil, fill the two holes and put more oil in it. Do not go to this store. They are rip off artists.

I ordered new tires, they came close to a price I got over the Internet and worked with me to come up with a satisfactory price. I made the appointment for the next day. When I drove into the lot, the owner was walking out to greet me and get my keys, they were ready when I showed up. The work was done as prescribed and I could have not asked for a better experience. The people were friendly, professional and the shop was clean and comfortable. Was very happy to give them my business. I meet the owner who cares about his business and whats to meet the customers needs. Well done on all accounts.

Showed up with an hour left in day and very busy! But the man named Mark made it happen changed my summer tires too winter for me. I will now be doing business with location only.

Ignore all old reviews of this store. This store has recently changed ownership. The customer service provided by Jim and crew is and will continue to be impeccable. Was in and out on time as promised, and was very pleased with both the hospitality and service.

I came into big o because my car started jumping I said it sounds like my wheel is going to fall off and I needed an oil change. They were too busy to see me but they took the time to take a quick look after I expressed urgency. They took a look to find my coolant line had split due to cold weather on the hill. They ignored the wheel and tried to convince me it was my transmission (you don’t hear a transmission really and that certainly wouldn’t cause a car to jump) and told me to get my oil changed at Avery’s and to not mention the jumping and come back in the morning. To my surprise my tire fell off on the way home and almost sent me off a cliff. I called to let them know they had made a mistake I wasn’t looking for anything for free or anything just to let them know a mistake had been made so it wouldn’t happen again to another potential customer as I never filled out paperwork and didn’t pay them for anything. The man who told me it was my transmission continued to argue with me and hung up the phone abruptly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy and think they definitely take advantage of women who don’t know that much about cars. I was about to buy an all new set of tires and wheels here but after this incident I took my business for not only the repairs from the damage of their mistake but everything else knew I wanted to put on my car to Briggs firestone. I wish I could give less than one star I’m lucky to be alive

Well...very very disappointed, i had no idea how much tires cost i was charged $234.00 per tire for tires worth $170.00 each on top of that i was charged 99.96 for mount and balance, 40.00 for AIR, air ... Im not making this up 35.96 for TPMS service repair kit - what the heck is that ...it should have cost me 683.00 for the tires as quoted by them on their website and with the con of 100$ off i paid $1100.00... my husband says he would pay them to take them off -- we will never use this company again ... Im very very disappointed... i feel like i was sold poop in a box. I am so tired of being scammed and used because Im a women. I wish there was some kind of justice in the world for those of us who just trust people to give them a good deal. Im sooo disappointed.

When my vehicle was hit I knew there was some serious damage. I called several shops and Big O was the only place that could get it in immediately. They had my lifted truck repaired and cruisin like a caddy the next day. Josh, the manager, was extremely informative and helpful. He showed me all the damaged parts and was open amd honest through the entire process. I could have gotten the work done a little cheaper but my rig would have been down for a week or 2 instead of a day. All staff I encountered was friendly and they went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations.

Fast friendly service. I will be using them to service my van from now on.

I usually dont leave reviews but I feel like for something like an auto shop it is a little bit more important. Guys in the shop were friendly, worked with me, didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of bs I didnt need, etc. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend. Went above and beyond. Josh and Mark in particular were very helpful.

They lied about my breaks. My breaks was replaced 6 months ago, I came in for tire check up, they said my breaks are bad and need replaced. Then they quoted me $504.96 for the breaks, and $672.84 for the tires. I dont believe my breaks are due so quickly, so I went to another shop close by. They inspected and told me that the breaks are still good, with 70% remaining life, and then I got my tires changed for $364.87.
