Great service. Professional staff. I went for a quick fill-up on air and an assessment of my tires,at no charge of course. Very helpful and willing to go back to get tire rotation and any other job I require for my tires.

I they are very Profesional and helpful. And they are busy from the time they open until they close. The staff works very hard at customer service which I appreciate. They wouldnt get a 5 star but like I said they are busy and backed up all the time. Always an hour or 3 wait. But they get the job done and in the quickest time possible.

Les Schwab Tire store was totally great. After being stuck in town all night adding air to tire because of it going low. I arrive add the store while they trying to open, them being low on workers and everything going wrong for there day. They worked me in with no appointment found the leak (mini hard to find one at that) repaired my tire with me staying outside never going the as I am allergic to latex. When finished told me to have a nice day and dont worry about paying!!! I ask why and was told not to worry about. Are these people totally awesome or what!!!

These people work hard and stay later than they need to in order to serve the Oroville/surrounding communities. They take in every job that rushes at them. I am an Insta carter this is my only source of Income. I had gotten a flat tire in the middle of an order. The time was after 5pm. I drove to this location where I met Javier the Manager. Even though it was after hours and they were finishing up two customer before me, this whole crew went out of there way to get me back on the road. How can you call yourself a Tire shop? When you can’t even do your job? Came in for my tires changed ( had my own brand new tires). I just needed my tires changed and they told me they don’t do that kind of service...So you’re telling me you’re a tire shop, but can’t change my tires? I understand if it’s busy can ask me if I wanted to wait, but instead told me we can’t do that kind of service.

Took my 2000 Ford explorer in to have front end aligned. When I picked up the car an started home it was shaking around corners. I took it back the guy told me there was air in the power steering line an it would work its way out. We were on our way moving out of state we got to Love lock Nevada an it started shaking bad an making a loud noise. After being stranded for a week I had car looked at an the bushings were hanging. There was no way they could have done what they said

If I could give negative stars I would. I understand completely that my brakes were in very poor condition. That being said, when I brought my truck into Les Schwab I was able to bring my truck to a complete stop numerous times from my home to their store. (about 5 miles in town) Having declined the quite expensive offer to work on my brakes, I got in my truck to head home. Less than half a mile it became very clear that now there was absolutely no resistance whatsoever when I stood on the brake pedal. I cruised right through a red light, thankfully unscathed. I called the shop and they insisted that the brakes were in poor conditions but could give no explanation as to why they did not warn me to not drive the vehicle in the state it was in. They gave no warning at all. Its very lucky for them no one got hurt on my ride home, or Id own a Les Schwab store now. I wouldnt let them air up a tire for me.Kylee your response glosses over the FACT that I had brakes sufficient to stop several times on my way to your store but after you professionals inspected my truck the brakes were fully disabled. No one, I repeat, NO ONE informed me that the truck was in worse condition when you gave me the keys than it was 2 hours prior when I gave the keys to you and left it in your care. The amount of its not our fault arguing Ive gotten from three of you is mind blowing. You did NOT tell me the truck I drove in there was not in the condition it was when I left it. Point blank. Full stop.

I took my vehicle in for them to fix. I pick it up, and later that night the steering goes out So the next day I called them up and explained the situation he asked me if I could get my vehicle Towed down there I explained that it was their error the reason why my car still need to be fixed so then he agreed to have my vehicle towed down there So they fixed it then I was on n my way

I broke down on my way home from work yesterday, the first guy to stop and help me push my car to a safe location was a guy named Kevin. Kevin had also just gotten off work, and he had his Les Schwab uniform on. If the rest of the employees at Les Schwab are like Kevin, Id recommend the place 👌.

Got told that I need a four wheel alignment on a truck that has a solid axle in the rear that is obviously nonadjustable. I insisted on just the front so I dont waste any unnecessary money. They were quite insistent and couldnt tell me why I need all four wheels aligned. Well actually, they came up with yadayada reasons that just went through one ear and out the other. I left elsewhere and I wont be going back here.

Came here to get a plug in my tire. Had about an hour wait. I had a work order placed and left to run a few errands and pick my child up. Returned an hour later gave my keys to them and took my son to the vending machine to pick out a couple things. They have a cool popcorn machine (complementary) and a nice selection of items in the vending machine. Some of the items had incorrect prices which was frustrating dumping money in and not knowing when an item will come out but we managed to figure it out. I bought a drink and sat it on the counter as my 3 year old was becoming upset. I took him outside. When i came back in my drink was gone. I asked the guy working he said he did not see anything. I went home and called them to see if maybe someone else might have seen someone grab it because it really pissed me off that i can have my stuff stolen inside a business that i should trust with my vehicle. I guess because they offer free plugs it attracts scum bags. I would rather pay a fee and not have low lifes steal from me. Overall its my fault for thinking it would be okay to set it down and come back to grab it. I do appreciate the service i received and the employees working were very kind. Just oroville scum ruining shit.

Came last week to have my tires rotated and brakes checked. They ordered the brakes and made an appointment for 11 am. I arrived 15 minutes early and asked if I was scheduled and they have a tech available, yes. I walked about for 45 minutes. Now 11:30, I ask how it is coming along. He had said it would be about an hour. He goes to check on the progress, says the are starting on it.I would suggest not lying about how many people you have available for appointments.Also after the tire change,it pulls to the left.I hope this all works out and I dont die on the road with a wheel falling off or the brakes failI am a little worried right now about my car.

I always go here when I have a tire problem. This time I had a nail in my tire, they were able to repair it. Free😊 and I was in and out in about 30 to 45 minutes. Definitely reccomend them to anyone having tire problems.

On the last day of our road trip we woke to a flat tire. Les Schwab Tire Center in Oroville fixed our flat for free with no questions asked even though we were not prior customers. Wonderful and quick service.

I had a agree in my tire, and they gave me First class service with No charge. I was expecting a small fee, but it was free. even gave me a few lug nuts free to get back on the road. They were extremely nice, and caring. Thanks guys..

Outstanding service. I had a puncture on an original, factory mounted tire. Patched and remounted. Im a 25+ year customer and they didnt charge me for the repair despite it not being a tire they sold me. Ill always be a Schwab customer!

Arrived there at 1 p.m. had all four tires paid for in advance and they spend till quarter till 6 that evening before I got the tires on and was able to leave terrible service Ill never go back

Always fast, and professional. Not even sure that the car i bought had Les Schwab tires on it but still free hole repair. Dang right ill be getting my new tires from Schwab.

All in all it was a good experience. they replace my bad tire and got me in and out and theyre very reasonable amount of time. My only complaint was they didnt put the wheel cover back on properly and I almost lost it on down the road.

We had my sons vehicle towed there, and they kept it for some days, then told us after they looked at the problem we had to take it to another shop that could help us, which meant another of our tow truck uses & a waste of our time! but if they would have looked at it properly in the beginning, then they wouldve known the job was bigger than them! So they get a thumbs down from me.

They were rude at first then got everything set up for 2 tires, they said it would take about an hour and a half. We left an came back an they never even called to let us know they wouldnt touch it, said because it has body damage, wheel spacers and has aftermarket lug nuts...

We were on a family camping trip 3hrs from home, with 3 kids and 2 dogs. My husbands car had a flat as we went to leave. He put the spare on and we drove to the closest town. Looked up tire repair and called around, this shop was just about to close but they told us to come on over. We got there 5 mins to closing. The tire was shot, we ended up needing 2 tires replaced, since the other rear tire was just about ready to go too. They worked over closing time to work on our car and get us back on the road. We really appreciated how fast and efficient they were. Thank you guys sooooo much!! You guys absolutely went the extra mile.

Excellent service and quality products. They always let us do the 90 days same as cash. Then they do free tire rotations and flat repairs. We have kept all our vehicles in New tires for years here.

Purchased 4 new tires at this location around August 2018 the front tires starting wearing down early so I brought the vehicle in to replace them cause I currently have 6k miles left on my warranty cause thats what warrantys are for, instead of replacing them they denied me an made what seamed like excuses to not replace cause I do my own tire rotations.... but he decided to offer me 4 new tires for a ridiculous price of $900... I will try another honest location... Wont ever bring my business to this location again.

I have bought my tires from Les Scwab for 15 years. Over the years I have learned that you must keep the proper documentation proving that you rotate your tires because you cant rely on the clerks to actually list it on the invoice 95% of the time because it is a free service they offer whenever you purchase tires there. About three months ago I had gone in to rotate my tires. During this time, they lost a weight that balances the tires and didnt invoice me for the service they provided me. I realize that I should have made it in earlier than three months later, however, due to the Campfire that happened, I wasnt able to come right back in and get it balanced. Today, just 6 months after I bought my tires that should still be under warranty, got denied when I went in to get them balanced. They couldnt rotate them, they couldnt balance them and I was told that I couldnt even get a quote for two tires but needed to replace all four. I didnt have proof that I had actually rotated my tires in the correct amount of time because one invoice that I had listed my mileage as 123 miles because the person entering it was lazy. Another invoice stated in the comment section tires rotated also but it wasnt listed actually on the invoice. The last time I went in (when they became unbalanced immediately after) they said nothing of them rotating anything! Les Schwab used to be a place that made me feel safe to drive away. This is the third and LAST time I will leave there unsatisfied. You have a motto of great service and friendly folks which should be changed. The people who helped were friendly however, service isnt a service when the company is continuiously jumping through loopholes to make SURE YOU DONT GET YOUR WARRANTY. We have always gotten tires for multiple vehicles from there but this is a bunch of S*@^%!!!!
