As one of the popular coffee shops i expected more out of this starbucks, my coffee literally tasted like water down espresso. Paying $7 for a fancy water down espresso is a no go for me. Do better.

I stopped here because my granddaughter likes their coffee. I dont drink their coffee. I like Olsons coffee house so much better.

Ordered on the app and when I got my coffee it was not hot (it took me 5 minutes to pick up) and there was not extra foam like is in my order. Also, I’m pretty sure they put the wrong flavor in it. I order the same thing every time and this is not what I wanted.

If all businesses had great people like this Starbucks, profits would be through the roof ! Savanha( sorry for spelling) Gerard ( and again) and every single person behind that counter bust their butts all the time and still are able to smile and make all those drinks without throwing at you...if I had the money Id give them all $1000.00 to have a good time with...THANK YOU ALL...

This location is good, but not great. Service was great, but their ice coffee doesnt always taste right. We usually have to opt for something else.

Hot coffee so many different kinds

Coffee was great, but we ordered ahead thru the app, got in line in drive thru, with 3 cars ahead of us, and still was asked to park out front and wait.

Friendly faces & voices that make the customer feel appreciated & warm. Love this business model!Jan 2021:I WOULD give five stars but a couple times my order has been gross. I visit the two Starbucks in my town almost daily and always order the same thing-- Mocha Cookie Crumble w/one pump of peppermint syrup. However a couple times, the drink has been super pale and not at all like theyve always done it. Then there was the time when I take the first sip-- it literally tasted like MOUTHWASH. It was the grossest thing Ive ever tasted (esp. when Im expecting the velvety goodness that Ive come to know from Starbucks!). So needless to say, I was disappointed and to add to that, I was unable to go back to get them to redo it because they were about to close.

Stopped at the Starbucks on a road trip. It was nice, clean, cool and had clean bathrooms. Our coffee was ready quickly and were delicious

The WORST Starbucks location Ive EVER had the displeasure of visiting in my life. Do you like your order missing? Not made? Tasting like sewage with ice? waiting for 20+ minutes for a mobile order that doesnt even get made or made how ordered then being told YOU messed up somehow?!?.... then THIS is the store for you!!!!.......you will get all of the above!! :)

THE PRICES ARE A LIL MUCH. BUT THEIR STORE IS CLEAN AND I HAVENT RUN ACROSS ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES IN A BAD MOOD EVER. THEY ARE ALWAYS CHEERFUL, HELPFUL, AND KIND. THERE DRANKS ARE YUMMY!

This is probably the only one star Ill ever give. Basically my drink was spilled on me scalding Tea. To the point I ended up in the emergency room. Why is tea that hot? You cant drink it. The response from the clerk, oh Im sorry do you want a towel and she left. 205+ degree tea spilled on me no Im not freaking okay.

The service was terrible sat and waited 30 min. for 2 coffees and still had to wait another 5 for them to finally make them.

Fast Friendly and always willing to Fix things that arent correct in my order. And they usually fix it so quickly that I dont have to pull around. They take care of me right there in the drive thru. I usually have a large order so I expect delays and possible mistakes. Not all the time, just occasionally. Overall experience is Good

We are a local dog training company. Many of our dogs come from areas outside of Oroville for our board and train program. One thing we like to do is work with dogs in dog friendly outdoor dining establishments. This is an area Oroville lacks GREATLY in forcing us to drive 30 minutes to work on this type of training however Starbucks is a great option! we utilize it often in our training and the staff couldnt be nicer.

I decided to switch my normal Frappuccino with almond milk to soy milk and it was a thousand times better

The current crew of Baristas at the Paradise storeare doing the best job; even my pastry WASNT over heated. I really enjoyed my treat.

Its great here but my drink is 75% full when I purchase a hot drink. I should be getting a 15% discount with that.

Usually a very clean and friendly Starbucks. It is the only Starbucks in Oroville. I love following them on Instagram too!

Waited 25 minutes for a tall moca and had to ask for the money back and leave because now I was late for work. Maybe you should staff accordingly Starbucks if you are going to take online orders. If I see 10 people inside and decide it makes sense to wait in that line for some coffee I don’t assume there are also 50 online orders before me. No complaints for the staff.

This place is hit and miss. Staff is rude... the coffee only tastes good 50% of the time. Sometimes you get a great one.... other times it tastes absolutely foul. There is always a line in the drive through and inside the store and you end up waiting 20-30 minutes. The drive way set up is horrible and someone is bound to get in an accident out front.

While the blended coffees are great, and girl at the window was bright and cheerful with fast service Im still left with a couple complaints.One is the size of your med. Coffees, their about the size of everyone elses smalls.And two, I ordered a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich...either they gave me the wrong ones or its false advertisement. The sandwiches I got were only 3 to 4 inches across but only had 1 small piece of bacon egg and it was not gouda cheese. And for $4 each I was left feeling cheated.I do recommend this place to all for the coffee and great service. If you get food I suggested that you check it.

The drive thru line takes a while sometimes but the service is amazing! Everyone is so sweet

Everyone was pretty friendly. Good and fast service. Only person who was a bit unfriendly, maybe a little rude, seemed to be a female manager-not wearing an apron but working on the register who came from the back, and she spelled my name horribly. Everyone else though was so kind and the drinks were good!

Stuck in line at Starbucks!! Someone standing at the drive through, no menu, asking your order, Dont even have what we want!! 3rd time ! Gouda beacon egg bites. Waste of time!! Every time, no way to get out of drive trough. This Starbucks is just Unreliable!!

I just wanted to thank the Starbucks crew that was working on Christmas day! They were slammed, running around frantically pumping out drinks for everyone. I called ahead to see if they were open and someone politely picked up the phone and let me know they were. When I got there and saw how busy they were I was impressed they even picked up. I placed a pick up order and had to wait a little bit. So while I waited I observed the organized chaos. There were several pick up orders ahead of me and I didn’t recall seeing one customer say thank you or Merry Christmas as they got there drinks and food. Yet, the employees kept a positive attitude, worked great as a team and over all just did a spectacular job. I wish I could have tipped more because they really deserved it. If this review makes it to any of you I just wanted to say thanks again and Merry Christmas!

Not sure why it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee but its not a good place to go if you’re in a hurry. Coffee is not anything special for the price. I like some of the snacks and the employees are pleasant.

Was given half a smoothie. It was supposed to be strawberry banana, but they were out of banana. So I asked why it was half full and they said thats because they were out of banana. 🤣 So I asked again and they got irritated and said it was because they could only do strawberry. So then I pointed out that they could fill the rest of the cup with strawberry and they said it doesnt work like that and theyd have to charge me for another. 🤣 yeah....hire some educated people please.

If you love over priced coffee youll love this starbucks. Honestly its the vibe you receive walking in coupled with the music playing in the background. Being here feels bigger than Oroville. Sadly you will walk out back into Oroville.

I ordered the Carmel crunch frappuccino and instead I got pure coffee. So I went back and told them and the lady was so rude saying that is how it 8s made but Ive been having this drink for a while now so I definitely know what it tastes like. So she takes back the drinks and makes a new one with nothing but whip cream and caramel. Absolutely did not tastes good 😡🤮😖🤦‍♀️

Mobile order was melted when received at the drive thru window. I had to wait in a chaotic drive thru line (10-20mins) where I was cut off by other cars TWICE. When I was handed my drinks I stated “these are melted” (half of the drink was literally gone) and the barista stated “yea they were made a while ago. I can remake them if you’d like” I was offended at that point and drove off. Excuse me but if you wouldn’t drink it...don’t serve it to customers and don’t make the customer feel they are in the wrong for having to wait in your INSANE drive thru line! Starbucks thrives on always making your order perfect, in my experience at least at any other location, remaking them should have been done long before I even had to mention it. Dutch bro’s customer service is so much better. 0 stars if I could!

I enjoy drinking at Starbucks. On this visit, I ordered me up a cup of hot water. It was free! I was both shocked and pleased. I really love Starbucks because of their friendly service, delicious breakfast sandwiches, all my favorite drinks (hot & cold), and my everything w/cheese begal--I can order me up a free cup of hot water for my healthy tea.

Slowest dam drive thur, 9 times outta 10 food is cold in the center. also how you gonna be open at 4 am and not have breakfast food ready??

The Starbucks is relatively new and in a very convenient spot. If youre staying at the Holiday Inn Express, its basically in the parking lot. The dining room is large and clean. Theres plenty of outdoor seating although I dont know why anyone would sit outside in this 97 degree weather. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Tried calling ahead to ask where to park large RV. No answer. Found parking a ways away and walked. Surprised to fond top notch vibe inside! Best of any Starbucks anywhere! Good latte and food, as usual for Starbucks. Manager told me where I can park RV in the future and explained has been having phone problems. Wish I had time to stay and use my laptop!

Very pleased with bring able to go in, sit down, and comfortably nurse my baby without being hassled to purchase anything. Was also able to use the restroom without a purchase.
