I purchased my new car from this dealership a little over a year ago. I have been having my vehicle serviced here ever since. I had had an issue with my power steering. I took my vehicle in for inspection. Within an hour they had diagnosed the issue. Aaron my service advisor oversaw the part order.I was in at 7:00 am and out by 8:15 am. The service was performed on my car this past Tuesday. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle. I retrieved my car this morning. It is working great. The service team has been efficient and expedient whether it was an oil change, tire repair, or power steering issue. I am highly satisfied with McCarthy Morse!
I drove in without an appointment and they got me in right away. Unfortunately I needed two new keys and key fobs programmed the process takes a very long time. A 1.5 hour wait. Its my first visit to the dealership and I am satisfied so far.
Just had service done today. Quick, easy, and painless compared to other service departments. Tyler was amazing.
Ive been a customer of Morris Chevy for a long time. I first became a customer of theirs when it was Classen Morris Chevy. Their maintenance department has always been very good and fair to deal with. No shady dealings as with some other dealerships. My only complaint is with the cost but that seems to be common now. I had a lot of maintenance done on my truck so I wasnt at the parts department specifically.
I took my Silverado to get it serviced for a recall. Lucas assisted me. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and addressed all my concerns. My truck purchase experience was great at this dealership and their service department is great as well!
Good and friendly/professional sales people! I was happy with the service I received!
The place where I get my Chevrolet parts and have my service done, and thats who I trust.
I called to ask about a key fob replacement. Over the phone they told me that the new fob would be $80 and the service would be $45. I thought that was reasonable and set up a time to go in. When I got there they told me the estimate was between $200 to $300. No thank you.
The employees are sexy. Check out Faye.
I bought my used car here. I had to almost immediately fix the heater. I had to argue and wrangle them to reduce the price since they clearly didnt do a proper job certifying/fixing the car before selling it. Now after about a year I took it back for a fix that clearly should have been covered under the manufacturer warranty. They charged me the diagnostic fee and then said that the problem would be $660, wouldnt be covered by the warrantee, AND there may be more problems after that expensive repair. I took my car to another chevy dealership and they said that the problem was covered under my warrantee and would be no charge and fixed it immediately. DO NOT BUY FROM OR GO FOR SERVICE at McCarthy-Morse! They are either incompetent, liars, or both.
Customer Service was great! Ask for Aaron or Jason, as Service Managers.
Great place friendly guys excellent service
Dont waste your time calling the number google lists. You will only be assaulted by round after round of questionnaires and sales pitches, and never speak to a real person.
