Very unhappy with Calico. I have order drapes, curtains, shades and furniture for 10 years. The past year my orders were delayed, slow and constant issues. My last and final dealing is drapes. First drapes came with rods. Waited 6 days for rods. And guess what. I didn’t receive all the rods. I had a installer here to hang the curtains and now I have to pay him to come backI say I am finally done with Calico.

The fabric choices and workmanship are good - however, I would warn consumers that while their measurement fee is a flat charge by the trip (ie; measure all windows in the house or just one is the same flat rate) -- their install fee is NOT. I was charged nearly $100 for them to velcro a skirt to my laundry room sink, in addition to the $100 charge for hanging the roman shade.Lesson learned. Get SPECIFIC cost details if youre ordering more than one item to be installed.
